The Project
Since December 2004 thanks to an agreement between the “X
Municipality Cinecittà” and The Faculty of Economics of
“Roma Tor Vergata” University – Department of Business Studies
Aim
Foundation of “Centre of Social Economics”
General objectives
Establishment of a social network in X Municipality; Workshop
to agree and determine activities to be developed;
Involvement of experts from the social professions and from
organizations working in the Third Sector and in local
development politics.

In 2002 in Cantieri Project of Department of Public Administration (DFP)
“LABORATORIES OF INNOVATION” are activated to develop know-how, to
improve the understanding of change phenomenons, to test new tools that
improve public administration performances and service quality
“Innovative Finance Laboratory” was established in ott 2002. DFP and
University of Tor Vergata coordinate up to 2004
The Laboratory continues its activity of support and training for PA in
partnership with Sviluppo Lazio SpA (Regione Lazio) and Finance Focus of
MIMAP Master Programme

To identify financial needs in local governments through
“Comunità di Pratica” of: San Donato Milanese, Roma Sud,
Comuni Sud Salento, Comuni Provincia Catania
To analyse experiences, identify financial and
organizational solutions to be implemented in the
“comunità di pratica” and exporting these experiences [i.e.
Bond emission in pool of Castelli Romani (50 mil. €)]
To spread knowledge and awareness on innovative finance
issue through seminars and training courses for Public
