OPPAL – THE PERMANENT OBSERVATORY ON THE
LOCAL PUBLIC ADMINISTRATION
The OBSERVATORY discusses the major issues burdening real estate
investments in Italy. This specific project aimed at analysing the status
quo in some of the most important Local Public Administrative Agencies
in Italy, out of the firm belief that the Local PAs play a decisive role in
town transformation and redevelopment processes.
