Both rich and complex on the palate, with firm tannins and a long finish. • Well suited to pasta with wild boar ragu, roasted red meats with grilled savory vegetables and medium aged cheeses. Rosso Conero DOC • 85% Montepulciano and 15% Sangiovese • Conero was so called by the Greeks as a reference to the trailing strawberry plants (komaros) that cover the hills. • Aromas of crushed red berries and wildflowers are framed on the nose by a hint of hazelnut. The red berries continue through to the palate, which is vibrant and well rounded with good concentration. • Ideal with hearty minestrone, roasted pork, or pecorino cheeses. San Sisto Verdicchio dei Castelli dei Jesi Classico Riserva DOCG • 100% Verdicchio • Aromas of tropical fruits and honey, nicely framed by vanilla and hazelnut. On the palate the wine is vibrant with a persistent acidity but also shows elegance and roundness from its time spent in French oak. • Pairs well with seafood dishes in cream sauce or fish entrees cooked “al forno,” spaghetti carbonara, hearty frittatas, and almond-crusted chicken. Titulus Verdicchio dei Castelli di Jesi Classico DOC • 100% Verdicchio • Titulus very simply means “title” in Latin • Intense bouquet of peaches and apples with a hint of roses. On the palate the wine is clean, with refreshing acidity and a hint of bitter almond in the finish. • Serve with shellfish dishes, sushi or spicy lime-marinated chicken.
