pubblici interessati alla costruzione della diga.
Una speculazione studiata a tavolino pienamente riuscita grazie alle complicità delle istituzioni di Palermo.

construction des barrages sera une bonne affaire pour eux qui savent comment s’ insérer et s’approprier
de bonne partie de biens publiques..

fermiers et obtenue après des années de luttes. Le capomafia Peppino Garda achète des terres et il
obtient que les financements améliorent les cultures. Enfin il les revend à un prix de grand long supérieur
au corps d'entreprises publiques intéressées à la construction du barrage.
