Service and technical manual BLATA MOTARD 125 BXM BLATA ENDURO 125 BXE IMPORTANT INFORMATION Determination of service intervals was carried out to ensure safe operation throughout the complete motorcycle life period. Therefore you should follow the service intervals as defined. The list of maintenance tasks to perform may be subject to change. Your Blata dealer shall provide you with adequate advice on regular service inspections upon request. If you use your motorcycle off road only, in dusty, muddy or wet environment, ask your Blata dealer to perform service inspections more frequently and reduce the intervals of regular maintenance. Any service inspections or repairs shall be conducted in Blata authorised service centre only. The service personnel shall also stamp your service book and indicate an inspection or repair performed. Any act of regular maintenance conducted within the warranty period shall be strictly limited to an authorised Blata service centre only and indicated in this service book. Any breach of this rule shall render the product warranty void. The Blata, s.r.o. company shall not be held liable for any damages, wehther direct on indirect, incurred by repairs or service works performed by another service centre but Blata service or any Blata certified service centre. For the sake of your own safety, use original Blata parts and accessories approved by the Blata company only. The product shall be maintained with the use of recommended lubricants or their equivalents only. When using alternative spare parts, uncertified accessories and unsuitable lubricants, the Blata company may not be held responsible for any consequences thereof. For original spare parts, lubricants, accessories certified by Blata and any expert advice regarding their installation ask your Blata dealer. See your User’s Manual for the regular maintenance schedule. The inspection after completion of the first 1.000 km (600 miles) shall be conducted with initial adjustments necessary after vehicle running-in. The inspection shall be followed by regular inspections after 4.000 km (2.500 miles) or 6 months (whatever the first alternative). The service intervals may differ for some items depending on operating conditions. MAINTENANCE PLAN Every ride shall be preceded with an inspection at every maintenance stage. I: check, cleaning, adjustment, lubrication and possible replacements C: cleaning. R: replacement. A: adjustment. L: lubrication. The items listed below require certain knowledge of mechanics. Some items (especially those labelled with * and **) might require more technical information and tools. These shall be consulted with your BLATA authorised dealer. * To be repaired by BLATA authorised dealer, unless the owner possesses the correct tools and service information and the necessary qualifications on mechanic level. ** For the sake of your own safety, do have these maintenance operations performed by your BLATA authorised dealer only. REMARKS: 1. in case of higher mileage covered, repeat actions within the regular intervals specified in this booklet. 2. If operated in unusually wet or dusty environment, the vehicle shall be repaired more frequently. 3. If operated at full performance in rain for long periods, conducts repairs more often. 4. Parts replacement shall be conducted once in 2 years period. Any replacement works require mechanical skills. 5.
