> The History of Sandrigarden
La storia della Sandrigarden inizia nel 1960 in provincia di Vicenza, con la realizzazione
di un primo modello di rasaerba. Tre anni dopo, l’azienda inizia la produzione dei primi
modelli di barbecues. Queste due tipologie di prodotti costituiscono da sempre il core
business dell’azienda. Negli anni novanta Sandrigarden cresce con un trend esponenziale, sia in termini di volumi di vendita che di prodotti nuovi.
Nel 1999 Sandrigarden acquisisce il sito produttivo di una importante multinazionale
del settore, arricchendo il proprio know-how e incrementando la propria capacità produttiva. Dal 2000 ad oggi l’azienda si sviluppa anche nell’est Europa ed in Cina, dando
vita a due nuovi siti produttivi dedicati alla produzione di alcune
macchine destinate alla grande distribuzione.
Grazie a queste azioni e agli investimenti nella ricerca e sviluppo, Sandrigarden può contare oggi su una gamma molto
ampia, che spazia dalle seghe a catena ai soffiatori, dagli
arieggiatori ai decespugliatori.
Tutto ciò fa di Sandrigarden una delle aziende più importanti del settore garden, in grado di offrire ai propri
clienti prodotti innovativi con un ottimo rapporto qualità
prezzo.
The history of Sandrigarden began in 1960 in Vicenza district, when the company
made its first lawn mower. Three years later, Sandrigarden produced a complete
range of barbecues. These two products have always been the core business of
the company.
In the nineties, the company was growing with an exponential trend and, thanks
to huge investments, new ranges of products have been introduced. In 1999 Sandrigarden bought the plant of an important multinational company, increasing
know-how and production capacity. In this occasion Britech was founded, young
and dynamic company specialized in the creation of electric products
for garden and do it yourself. Few years later SG starts its own
factories in China and in Hungary, where some of the OPP
models are manufactured. Thanks to the new plants and
continuous investments in research and development,
SG can count on a very wide range of products, starting from chain saws to blowers vac, from scarifiers to
brushcutters.
SG is one of the most important companies into the
garden business, able to offer innovative and quality
products at attractive prices.

La produzione di Sandrigarden è dislocata principalmente su 4 siti produttivi, in Italia, in Ungheria ed in Cina.
Gli stabilimenti italiani di Molteno (LC) e Rosa’ (VI), espressione della
tecnologia e del “made in Italy”, sono all’avanguardia nella gestione dei processi produttivi e nel controllo qualità, e costituiscono ormai da anni la base di produzione per la maggior parte delle macchine commercializzate sul mercato Europeo.
In questi due stabilimenti, partendo dalla materia prima, viene svolto tutto il ciclo di trasformazione dei componenti, nonché l’assemblaggio e il collaudo finale delle macchine.
Con l’aiuto dei robot di saldatura, delle presse per lo stampaggio delle lamiere, del forno di
verniciatura a polvere epossidica, delle macchine piega-tubi, Sandrigarden è in grado di
trasformare le materie prime in prodotto finito, mantenendo l’assoluto controllo dell’intero processo di produzione e garantendo in prima persona la qualità dei propri prodotti.

SG has 4 main production plants, 2 in Italy, one in Hungary
and one in China. The two Italian factories in Molteno (Lc)
and Rosà (Vi) are leader in technology and quality control and
since many years they manufacture most of the SG products range
sold all over Europe. In these plants raw materials are stamped, bent, powder
coated, welded, assembled up to the finish product.

Sandrigarden produce la propria gamma di macchine per il giardino dalla A alla Z, controllando e certificando ogni fase del processo produttivo, per garantire qualità e durata. Ogni
progetto è interamente sviluppato in Italia, al fine di mantenere costante la qualità di tutti
i prodotti, anche di quelli realizzati negli stabilimenti all’estero. Gli stabilimenti di Molteno
(LC) e Rosà (VI), espressione della tecnologia e del “made in Italy”, sono all’avanguardia
nella gestione dei processi produttivi e nel controllo qualità. In questi siti produttivi, le
materie prime vengono lavorate e trasformate in prodotti finiti.
> TECHNOLOGY
Sandrigarden produces in-house almost all the components of its products, checking
the process and the assembling, in order to guarantee quality and reliability to the
customers.
Every project is developed in Italy by Sandrigarden Engineering dept. and each product is
manufactured under a strict quality control process. Stamping, plastic moulding, automatic welding, painting and assembling, can be made in house in Rosà and Molteno plant.

Sandrigarden offers a wide range of
electric lawn mowers, available in 4 different sizes and in different deck materials (plastic or steel). Powerful electric
motors from 1000 W up to 1800 W deliver great cutting performances. A self
propelled model is also available (SG
948 E SP).
All the Sandrigarden electric lawn
mowers are equipped with a safety
switch that stops the blade and the motor in case the operator loses hold of the
handle bar.
Sandrigarden powerful electric motors
offer a light and easy alternative to petrol mowers. In addition to this, electric
lawnmowers are quiter and without gas
emissions.
Compact and lightweight mowers, ideal
for small and medium lawns.
Sandrigarden electric lawn mowers
are very “user friendly”: cutting height
can be adjusted easily, start switch is
simple and reliable, grass bag is easy
to assemble.

Tutti i rasaerba elettrici Sandrigarden
sono dotati di un interruttore di sicurezza
che arresta immediatamente la lama e il
motore nel momento in cui l’operatore si
allontana dal rasaerba.
I potenti rasaerba elettrici Sandrigarden offrono una valida alternativa ai rasaerba a scoppio. Inoltre, la silenziosità
e l’assenza di emissioni gassose, garantiscono un eccellente comfort di utilizzo.
La gamma Sandrigarden è in grado di
offrire rasaerba elettrici per ogni esigenza, grazie alle diverse motorizzazioni
disponibili e grazie alle 4 larghezze di
taglio.
Leggeri e compatti, questi rasaerba
sono indicati per giardini di piccole
medie dimensioni. I rasaerba elettrici
Sandrigarden sono veramente “user
friendly” : l’altezza di taglio può essere
regolata facilmente, l’interruttore di avviamento è semplice e sicuro, il sacco
raccoglierba è di facile montaggio.

Sandrigarden petrol lawnmowers are
equipped with the best engines: you can
choose Honda, Briggs&Stratton or Sandrigarden OHV.
These powerful engines guarantee durability, performances and efficiency in
every working condition.
Central cutting height adjustment: all
the Sandrigarden petrol lawn mowers
are equipped with a centralized height
adjustment system, that allows the operator to easily change the height of the
cutting blade. The desired cutting height
can be easily selected using a single lever
on the side of the deck.
All the Sandrigarden models can be
equipped with a rear self propulsion
system (except model SG 46 SDM).
This make it easy to cut your grass faster
and effortless.
Sandrigarden petrol lawn mowers are
made with strong steel or aluminum
decks and use wheels with ball bearings. These quality components
guarantee durability, performances and
efficiency in every working condition.
I rasaerba a scoppio Sandrigarden
sono equipaggiati con i migliori motori:
si possono scegliere motori Honda,
Briggs&Stratton e Sandrigarden OHV.
Questi potenti motori garantiscono affidabilità, durata nel tempo, ottime
performances e efficienza in ogni condizione di lavoro.
Regolazione dell’altezza di taglio centralizzata: tutti i rasaerba a scoppio Sandrigarden sono dotati di un sistema centralizzato per regolare l’altezza della lama di
taglio. L’altezza di taglio desiderata può
essere facilmente selezionata utilizzando
la leva di comando posta sul fianco del
rasaerba.
Tutti i rasaerba a scoppio Sandrigarden
possono essere equipaggiati con un
sistema di trazione sulle ruote posteriori
(eccetto il modello SG 46 SDM). Questo
renderà più facile e veloce il taglio del
prato.
I rasaerba a scoppio Sandrigarden sono
costruiti utilizzando resistenti scocche
in acciaio o alluminio e si muovono su
ruote con cuscinetti.

Sandrigarden scarifiers will remove old
clippings, moss and weeds from your
lawn, giving your lawn what it needs: air,
nutrients and light.
This will ensure the health of your lawn
for many years, improving the absorption of air and nutrients.
The steel blades will give great scarifying
performances, in every working condition. SG horizontal shaft engines deliver
great performances and reliability.
Also a model with a powerful 1300W
electric motor is available.
Working depth of the blades can be adjusted with two levers on the rear axle.
A 40 liter fabric catcher bag is available
as an optional. With this accessory you
can collect clippings, moss and weeds
during scarifying process.
Gli arieggiatori Sandrigarden ti aiuteranno a rimuovere dal tuo prato i vecchi
residui di taglio, il muschio e le radici,
ridando al tuo giardino una nuova vitalità. L’assorbimento di nutrienti (aria,
luce e acqua) aumenterà in modo considerevole, garantendoti per anni un
prato rigoglioso e in salute.
Il set di lame in acciaio garantisce
prestazioni ottimali, in ogni condizione
di lavoro. Il motore ad albero orizzontale
Sandrigarden fornisce allo scarificatore
la potenza necessaria per eseguire le
operazioni di manutenzione del prato in
maniera veloce ed efficiente. E’ disponibile anche una versione con motore
elettrico da 1300W.
Il sistema di regolazione della profondità
di lavoro è molto semplice e resistente.
La regolazione può essere effettuata
azionando le due leve poste sull’assale
posteriore della macchina
Un sacco raccoglierba da 40 litri è disponibile come optional. Con questo
accessorio è possibile raccogliere i residui del processo di arieggiatura.

quality components for reliability and
performances. Four models and four
different displacements plus the electric
version, to meet every customer need.
Chain lubrication is provided by an automatic oil pump that keep always the chain
in perfect conditions. Easy start with air
purge! Sandrigarden petrol chainsaws
are equipped with air purge system, that
“push” fuel into the carburettor for an
easy start operation.
AVS system, less stress to your arms
and hands. Sandrigarden petrol chainsaws are equipped with special antivibration springs and dampeners that
reduce vibrations significantly. Arms
and hands are protected from engine
vibrations, providing maximum comfort
in every working condition. This system
makes your job easyer and comfortable.
SG 1225/30 CS top handle chain saw:
the power of a petrol chain saw inside
a compact and light body. This arborist
chain saw delivers a very good powerto-weight ratio. Therefore SG 1225 CS
is ideal for tree maintenance operations,
but also for cutting firewood.
Tutte le motoseghe Sandrigarden sono
dotate di barra e catena OREGON. Componentistica di elevata qualità per garantire affidabilità e prestazioni. Quattro
cilindrate più la versione elettrica, per

La lubrificazione della catena di taglio è
garantita da una pompa olio automatica
che mantiene la catena in perfette condizioni durante l’utilizzo. Un facile avviamento grazie al primer! Le motoseghe
Sandrigarden sono dotate di primer, che
ha il compito di “spingere” la benzina nel
carburatore facilitando cosi’ le operazioni
di avviamento.
Sistema AVS, meno sollecitazioni per
le tue braccia e per le tue mani. Le
motoseghe Sandrigarden si avvalgono
di speciali molle e ammortizzatori per
ridurre significativamente le vibrazioni.
Le braccia e le mani sono protette dalle
vibrazioni prodotte dal motore, consentendoti di lavorare con il massimo comfort in ogni situazione.
SG 1225/30 CS: la potenza di una motosega a scoppio all’interno di un corpo
leggero e compatto. Questa motosega
per potatura è caratterizzata da un ottimo rapporto peso-potenza. Di conseguenza la motosega SG 1225/30 CS
è indicata per la manutenzione degli
alberi, ma anche per il taglio della legna
da ardere.

electric trimmers and petrol brushcutters. Every user can find the right product to meet every need.
Sandrigarden petrol brushcutters can be
equipped with many different engines:
SG 2-stroke engines, Kawasaki 2-stroke
engines and Honda 4-stroke engines.
High quality engines deliver great cutting
performances and durability.
Sandrigarden brushcutters are equipped
with double line TAP&GO cutting heads.
TAP&GO system allows the operator to
readjust the length of the cutting string
just by pressing the cutting head on the
ground. The spool can be replaced very
quickly and easily.
The new Sandrigarden range of petrol
brushcutter is equipped with a new high
quality set of components: aluminum
tubes with autolube bushing, rigid steel
shafts with star profile, antivibration
system on engine-tube connections,
high quality cutting heads and gear
boxes.

I decespugliatori a scoppio Sandrigarden
possono essere equipaggiati con diverse
motorizzazioni:

Motori di elevata qualità, in grado di garantire prestazioni e durata nel tempo.
I decespugliatori Sandrigarden sono equipaggiati con testine di taglio
“TAP&GO” a doppio filo. Il sistema
TAP&GO consente all’utilizzatore di
mantenere la lunghezza ottimale del filo
di taglio semplicemente premendo la
testina sul terreno. Il filo può essere sostituito facilmente ed in pochi secondi.
La nuova gamma Sandrigarden di decespugliatori a scoppio è dotata di una
serie di nuovi componenti di elevata
qualità: tubi in alluminio con boccole
autolubrificate, alberi di trasmissione
rigidi in acciaio con profilo rullato alle
estremità, sistema antivibrazioni tra
motore e tubo, scatole ingranaggi e testine di taglio di elevata qualità.

Get a perfect hedge using one of the
SANDRIGARDEN hedge trimmers. You
can choose an electric or a petrol one,
but their low weight and ergonomics deliver great results in every condition with
the maximum comfort.
Sandrigarden electric hedge trimmers
are the perfect solution for small and
medium sized hedges. The power up to
600 W and the blades up to 61 cm length
ensures performances in all the cutting conditions. Safety is guaranteed by
the quick stop function which stops the
blades in less than 0.5 seconds.
Model SG 926/55 HTG is equipped with
AVS, that reduces significantly engine
vibration levels and makes work less
tiresome. Spring elements connect the
SANDRIGARDEN 2-stroke engine to the
frame, insulating front and rear handle
from vibrations coming from the engine.

un tagliasiepi Sandrigarden. Puoi scegliere tra modelli con motore elettrico
o a scoppio, ma qualunque modello tu
scelga, il peso ridotto e l’ergonomia dei
comandi ti garantiranno un ottimo risultato nel massimo comfort di utilizzo.
I tagliasiepi elettrici Sandrigarden sono la
soluzione perfetta per siepi di piccola e
media dimensione. Le potenze fino a
600 W e le lame lunghe fino a 61 cm
garantiscono ottime prestazioni in ogni
situazione di taglio. La sicurezza è assicurata dal dispositivo di arresto rapido che
ferma le lame in meno di 0.5 secondi.
Il modello SG 926/55 HTG è dotato del
sistema AVS, che riduce notevolmente i
livelli di vibrazioni avvertiti dall’operatore
e rende il lavoro meno faticoso. Un set di
molle assicura il motore 2 tempi SANDRIGARDEN al telaio del tagliasiepi,
isolando l’impugnatura frontale e posteriore dal motore stesso, riducendo le
vibrazioni su mani e braccia.

The rotating rear handle (model SG
926/55 HTG) provide a great grip in
every working condition, giving the
operator the possibility to cut the edge
safely and comfortable. 180° rotating
angle allow the operator to cut the side
or the top of the edge in an effortless
way, keeping always an ergonomic
position and a perfect grip on the tool.
This system will ensure great cutting
results.

Sandrigarden offers a wide range of
front tillers. A small electric model plus
two tillers equipped with 4-stroke engines. Working width from 27.5 cm to
53 cm. All the model have single speed
gearbox.
Sandrigarden petrol tillers are equipped
with a front transportation wheel and
rear drag bar.
Sandrigarden petrol tillers have a durable and strong steel frame. Front tines
are made of special steel that can break
up the ground in a very efficient way.
All the controls are located close to the
operator in order to work with comfort
and efficiency.
Sandrigarden electric tiller is equipped
with a powerful 750 W electric motor.
This model is good for small grounds.
Petrol tillers are equipped with the
powerful SG 1245 OHV engine. The
two models are perfect for medium
sized ground.
Sandrigarden offre un’ampia gamma
di motozappe, costituita da un modello elettrico e da due motozappe con
motore 4 tempi. Larghezza di lavoro da
27.5 cm a 53 cm. Tutti i modelli sono
dotati di un cambio a velocità singola.
Le motozappe Sandrigarden sono equipaggiate con una comoda ruota per il
trasporto (ripiegabile) e con un vomere
posteriore.
I tiller a scoppio Sandrigarden sono
dotati di un resistente e durevole telaio
in acciao. Le frese frontali sono realizzate con un acciaio speciale, in grado
di “lavorare” il terreno in profondità.
Tutti i controlli sono posizionati vicino
all’operatore in modo da garantire un
lavoro confortevole ed efficiente.
La motozappa elettrica Sandrigarden
è equipaggiata con un potente motore
da 750 W. Il motore SG 1245 OHV è
indicato per terreni di piccola dimensione. Questo motore a valvole in testa
ha una cilindrata di 140 cc in modo da
garantire ottime prestazioni anche nelle
situazioni di lavoro più gravose.
