Temis and ICM Idrotermica are two companies in the Marca
Trevigiana region that have been active in civil and industrial
engineering for many years, each with its own path that has resulted
from sacrifices and satisfactions. Both companies have been able
to recently innovate their activities and enter the renewable and
alternative energy sector with expertise and professionalism.
Today Temis and ICM Idrotermica have decided to take advantage
of a new opportunity: uniting themselves to obtain a critical mass
and present themselves as a “single contact” in the market,
maintaining their own identity but being able to provide a more

Impianti elettrici civili - industriali - navali - fotovoltaico
Temis srl nasce nel 1993 dall’unione di un gruppo di
validi professionisti con esperienza decennale nel settore
dell’impiantistica.
L’azienda, attiva nell’impiantistica civile, industriale e navale,
opera grazie ad un’efficiente organizzazione, l’affiancamento
costante al cliente, l’esecuzione dei lavori avvalendosi
esclusivamente di manodopera interna, assicurando al cliente
un valido servizio post-vendita.
Negli anni l’azienda ha completato progetti complessi in campo
navale per importanti committenti internazionali (Fincantieri spa,
Carnival Corporation, Princess Cruises, Costa Crociere...) e nel
fotovoltaico, nuova frontiera delle fonti energetiche rinnovabili.
ICM IDROTERMICA
Nel 1996 i fratelli Claudio e Carlo Modolo fondano la ICM
Idrotermica trasferendo l’esperienza pluriennale maturata nel
settore termoidraulico in un’impresa dinamica ed affidabile.
ICM Idrotermica progetta ed installa impianti industriali e civili di
riscaldamento e di condizionamento, opera con professionalità
nel settore del risparmio energetico, dal solare termico alla
geotermia, dalla cogenerazione agli impianti a vapore, dal gas ai
fluidi speciali e agli impianti aeraulici realizzati anche in ambienti
con atmosfere particolari (ATEX).
L’azienda è l’interlocutore ideale per Industrie e Privati perché cura
ogni singolo aspetto del progetto, sia tecnico che amministrativo:
• PROGETTAZIONE: corretta formulazione del preventivo,
dimensionamento
dell’impianto,
predisposizione
della
documentazione necessaria (Relazione Tecnica 311/06,
ISPESL, Certificazione e diagnosi energetica, business plan),
esecutivi impiantistici);
• REALIZZAZIONE: installazione ad opera di tecnici qualificati che
operano con rapidità e professionalità; assolvimento di tutti gli oneri
burocratici grazie alla presenza di valide professionalità iscritte ai
vari ordini professionali, monitoraggio e controllo dell’avanzamento
lavori per gestire eventuali variazioni in corso d’opera;
• MANUTENZIONE: programmi di manutenzione ordinaria e
straordinaria tarati sulle esigenze del cliente (es.: compilazione
Libretto d’Impianto), compresi gli impianti elettrici derivanti da
quelli meccanici.

Temis srl was established in 1993 by a group of industry professionals
with a decade of experience in the plant engineering sector.
The company, which is active in civil, industrial and maritime plant
engineering, operates thanks to its efficient organisation, close
proximity to the customer, work approach that relies exclusively on
in-house labour and by providing its customers with high quality
post-sales support.
Over the years, the company has completed complex projects in
the maritime sector for important international customers (Fincantieri
spa, Carnival Corporation, Princess Cruises, Costa Crociere...) as
well as in the photovoltaics sector, the new frontier of renewable
energy sources.
Brothers Claudio and Carlo Modolo established ICM Idrotermica
in 1996, transferring their multi-year experience in the thermo
hydraulics sector to a dynamic and reliable company.
ICM Idrotermica designs and installs industrial and civil heating and
conditioning systems, offering its expertise in the energy savings
sector, from solar thermal to geothermics, from cogeneration to
steam plants, from special fluid gas to aeraulic systems that are also
implemented in environments with particular atmospheres (ATEX).
The company is the ideal partner for Industrial and Private
customers as it pays close attention to every aspect of the project,
both from a technical as well as from an administrative point of view:
• DESIGN PHASE: the correct formulation of the estimate, sizing of
the plant, preparation of the necessary documentation (technical
report, 311/06, ISPESL, energy certification and diagnostics,
business plan), plant engineering executive designs;
• IMPLEMENTATION PHASE installation by qualified technicians
who work quickly and professionally; completion of all bureaucratic
requirements thanks to professional staff registered in the various
professional associations; monitor and control of work progress in
order to manage any variations during the project;
• MAINTENANCE: scheduled and extraordinary maintenance
programs customised for the needs of the customer (e.g.: filling
out the plant log), including the electrical systems deriving from the
mechanical systems.

in quanto il suo impianto viene costantemente monitorato ed

impianti di sicurezza, antincendio, hi-fog, di condizionamento,
di local entertainment, di telefonia per aree pubbliche per le più
importanti navi da crociera varate negli ultimi anni dalle più grandi

achievement of ICM Idrotermica and Temis.
An active presence in the FINCANTIERI Monfalcone and Marghera
shipyards has made it possible to implement security, fire-fighting,
air conditioning, local entertainment and telephony systems for
public areas for the most important cruise ships launched over
the past years by the largest cruise companies in the world.

rinnovabili (biogas, cogenerazione) ponendosi come aziende
