• Do not limit the testing only the functional specifitation but put
ourself in the shoes of the customer
• Planning using the rolling wave method
• Customized Procedures based on the team and the project
type.

What other APM activities do you suggest to
perform in order to better implement the practice?
• Increase face to face informal meeting, reducing the time
and introduce new simple tools
• Train the developer to work considering modification part of
their daily job
• Redece the permanent structure heavy and improve the
project team

What APM activities suggested by APM model, do
you consider really outside your mental model
and your project environment?
• Agile methodology not applicable with formal and/or
unavailable customer
• The typical PM prefer use many rules to achieve better
autority
• Agile methodology is less applicable in oil and gas project
where big investment occour.
