I prodotti Galvamet 3Tech rappresentano il più
avanzato sistema per la depurazione dell’aria
in cucina e garantiscono la reale e completa
pulizia dell’aria domestica. Una combinazione
esclusiva, brevettata Galvamet, per la cattura
degli inquinanti dispersi nell’aria dalla cottura
dei cibi. Fumo, cattivi odori, e soprattutto
umidità. Galvamet 3Tech infatti permette il
controllo del tenore diumidità sino ai livelli più
salubri e corretti. Galvamet 3Tech rappresenta
la soluzione contro vetri appannati, condensa
sulle superfici, tende inumidite o peggio contro
la formazione di muffe.
Un apposito contenitore provvederà a
raccogliere la componente umida sottratta
all’aria e basterà semplicemente svuotarlo
saltuariamente per continuare ad avere un
ambiente asciutto, sano e ben areato.
I modelli Sigma e Epsilon, dotati della
tecnologia Galvamet 3Tech, tendono in ogni
loro aspetto alla migliore efficienza. I prodotti
sono dotati di uno specifico motore ausiliario in
grado di generare una “tendina di aria” che dal
perimetro della cappa si proietta verso il piano
cottura. Questo speciale effetto barriera, non
permettendo ai fumi di cottura di disperdersi
nell’ambiente, li rende facili da catturare anche
ad una portata, e quindi ad un rumore ed un
assorbimento energetico, assolutamente
ridotti.
The products in the Galvamet 3Tech range
of cooker hoods are advanced kitchen air
filtering systems guaranteeing clean filtered
air. An exclusive design and patented by
Galvamet, to trap pollutants dispersed into the
air when cooking: fumes, odours and above all
vapour. Galvamet 3Tech is designed to control
the vapour moistur which is dispersed into
the air when cooking guaranteeing ahealthy
environment.
A purpose container collects the moisture
extracted from the air which is simply emptied
when needed so as to maintain a dry, healthy
and well-ventilated kitchen.
Sigma and Epsilon incorporate the exclusive
Galvamet 3Tech technology offering improved
performance and efficiency.
These cooker hoods are fitted with a specific
ancillary motor designed to generate an “air
curtain” which runs along the perimeter of the
hood creating a barrier around the hob.
As this curtain effect prevents cooking fumes
from being dispersed into the kitchen, a large
electric motor is not required to extract the air
resulting in a substantial reduction in noise
and energy consumption.

efficacité. Les produits sont dotés d’un moteur
auxiliaire spécifique en mesure de générer
un “rideau d’air” qui depuis le périmètre de
la hotte est soufflé vers le plan de cuisson.
Cet effet spécial barrière empêche que les
fumées de cuisson ne se dispersent dans
l’environnement, et facilite en même temps
leur capture, en conséquence le moteur ne
nécessite pas d’une grande puissance, le bruit

cicli di aspirazione cadenzati nel tempo: 5 min ON – 25 min OFF

Avviso manutenzione filtro antigrasso
Avvertimento automatico all’utilizzatore della necessità di pulizia
del filtro metallico destinato alla cattura dei grassi in sospensione
nell’aria. La corretta pulizia di questi filtri garantisce la protezione
dei componenti interni alla cappa e non genera cattivi odori dovuti
ai grassi nel tempo catturati.

Avvertimento automatico all’utilizzatore della necessità di
sostituzione del filtro ai carboni attivi destinato all’assorbimento

Avvertimento automatico all’utilizzatore della necessità di
manutenzione del filtro Long Life. Questo filtro, ha funzionalità similari
al filtro odori, ma grazie alla speciale struttura e composizione può
essere rigenerato riportando ai migliori livelli di efficacia la sua
capacità di cattura. Il pannello di controllo avvertirà ogni qualvolta
sarà necessario rigenerarlo (lavastoviglie + asciugatura in forno
100°C x 10min) oppure quando opportuno procedere alla sua
sostituzione.
Luce ambientale
Sistema di illuminazione laterale che proietta un alone luminoso
sulla parete che aumenta la luminosità della cucina e che dà alla
vista una nuova e coinvolgente esperienza.
Autospegnimento ritardato regolabile
Funzione che permette di impostare lo spegnimento ritardato del
prodotto, in modo tale che venga ripristinato, nel più breve tempo
possibile, il giusto livello di purezza dell’aria della vostra cucina.
Aspirazione perimetrale
E’ un sistema meccanico che forza l’aspirazione dei fumi di cottura
lungo una fessura posta normalmente sul perimetro della cappa.
L’efficienza di aspirazione viene così incrementata e viene altresì
ridotta la rumorosità del prodotto. Anche l’estetica viene migliorata
in quanto i filtri antigrasso non sono più visibili.
24H comfort
This function allows for cleaning the air in your kitchen when the
hob and cooker hood are not being used. Air extraction cycles are
activated at programmed time intervals: 5 min ON – 25 min OFF.
These timed cycles clean the air of any lingering odours as cigarette
smoke, detergents and stagnant and stuffy smells. This function is
easy to activate and deactivate when required or can be left on for
a full 24 hour cycle after which it is automatically turned off.
Soft ON/OFF light
This function is electronically controlled and gradually increases
or dims the light when turned on and off offering improved and
pleasing lighting performance.
Slow Motion opening
This feature incorporated into the Sphera and Mood cooker hoods
moves the glass front to create a correct extraction surface. As its
name, this movement is slow and precise enhancing the combination
between extraction performance, style and technology.
Adjustable luminous intensity
It is possible to adjust lighting transforming this product into a
luminaire offering the best lighting intensity to enhance the ambient,
the kitchen, the units and finishes around the hob.
Light indicator for grease filter maintenance
The cooker hood automatically informs you when the metal grease
filter designed for trapping grease in the air requires cleaning. It is
of utmost importance to clean these filters to ensure cooker hood
components are protected and to prevent bad odours caused by a
build-up of grease.
Light indicator for charcoal filter substitution
The cooker hood automatically informs you when the active carbon
filter requires replacing. This filter is designed to absorb odours
produced when cooking. It is of utmost importance to replace these
filters regularly as they lose their efficiency and odour trapping
performance.
Light indicator for Long Life charcoal filter regeneration and
substitution
The cooker hood automatically informs you when the Long Life filter
requires maintenance. This filter has a similar filtering property as
the odour filter, but the difference lies in the special structure and
materials which can be regenerated improving filter odour trapping
performance. The control panel automatically informs you when the
filter needs to be regenerated (washed in dishwasher + dried in the
oven at 100°C for 10 min) or when the filter needs to be replaced.
Ambient light
A system incorporated into the side of the cooker hood which
creates a wall washing effect increasing luminosity in the kitchen
offering a new and appealing ambient mood lighting.
Adjustable and delayed self-switching off
This function allows you to programme delayed cooker hood
shutdown which, in the shortest time possible, provides the right
level of air purity in your kitchen.
Perimeter extraction
This consists of a mechanical system that literally forces, pushes,
the cooking fumes extracted along a slit that runs along the
perimeter of the cooker hood. This system increases extraction
performance whilst reducing cooker hood noise emission.
Design and appearance are also improved as the grease filters are
no longer visible.
