Indications pour le choix du compresseur
Definizione del consumo aria
a) Identificare la capacità del serbatoio;
b) Riempire totalmente il serbatoio;
c) Rilevare il tempo impiegato per scendere dalla pressione massima
ad una di 4 bar inferiore (es.: discesa da 10 a 6 bar);
d) Calcolo del consumo con la formula:

in secondi ; 60 = secondi in un minuto.
2) Definizione del compressore adatto in base al consumo misurato
Per un buon funzionamento del compressore, e per non pregiudicarne
ùla durata nel tempo, si consiglia di considerare un coefficiente massimo
di utilizzo iniziale pari al 40% del consumo misurato per i compressori
a pistoni, ed al 75% per i compressori a vite.

in l/min; ß = coefficiente di utilizzo: 4 = bricoleur, 2,5 = work,

3) Definizione della portata compressore conoscendo l’aria aspirata

Defining air consumption
a) Identify the tank capacity;
b) Completely fill the tank;
c) Measure the time taken for the pressure to fall from the maximum
to a pressure 4 bars lower. (E.g. to fall from 10 to 6 bar);
d) Calculate the consumption using the formula:

Albero a gomito e albero motore sono realizzati in un’unico elemento, consentendo:
massimo rendimento meccanico,
assenza di organi di trasmissione,
nessuna parte in movimento esposta.
Tra le caratteristiche comuni a tutti i modelli coassiali ricordiamo:
ventilazione convogliata ad alta efficienza,
valvole lamellari realizzate in speciale acciaio inox.
Sono disponibili modelli autolubrificati e lubrificati con potenze da 0,48 a 3 kW.
Coaxial pumps
Crankshaft and driving shaft belong to the same element, thus:

Leggeri e compatti, privi di lubrificazione, con serbatoio
da 2 a 25 litri, dotati di protezione elettrica e maniglia antishock.
Le versioni da 2 a 6 litri sono equipaggiate con riduttore a lettura
diretta, per le versioni da 10 e 24 litri il riduttore è con manometro.
Sono tutti dotati di carenatura integrata per avere un miglior
raffreddamento e una maggiore protezione dalle parti calde.
La versione a terra senza serbatoio e quella su serbatoio
portatile offrono la possibilità di svolgere con estrema
comodità piccole manutenzioni domestiche.
Adatto al bricoleur che ha l’esigenza di utilizzare aerografi per
ritocchi, puntatrici, aspirapolvere, aeropenne, pistole lavaggio, ecc...
Single-cylinder coaxial oilless
1.5÷2 HP
Light and compact, oilless, with 2 to 25-litre tank,
featuring electric protection and anti-shock handle.
Two to six-litre versions are fitted with a reducer
with incorporated readout, whereas 10 to 24-litre versions feature
a reducer with pressure gauge. All versions feature an integrated
casing for improved cooling and to afford better heat protection.
The floor-mounted version with no tank and the tank-mounted
version with portable tank are extremely convenient for minor
maintenance work at home. Ideal for DIY lovers who need to use
air brushes for touch-up jobs, stapling machines, vacuum cleaners,
air pens, washing guns, etc.
Monocylindre coaxial sans huile
1.5÷2 Ch
Légers et compacts, sans lubrification, avec réservoir
de 2 à 25 litres, dotés de protection électrique
et poignée antichoc. Les versions de 2 à 6 litres sont
équipées d’un réducteur à lecture directe,
pour les versions 10 et 24 litres, le réducteur
est avec manomètre. Ils sont tous dotés de carénage intégré
afin d’obtenir un meilleur refroidissement et une plus grande
protection contre les parties chaudes. La version au sol
sans réservoir et celle sur réservoir portable offrent la possibilité
d’effectuer des petites opérations d’entretien domestique
avec une extrême facilité. Adaptés pour les bricoleurs
qui utilisent des aérographes pour retouches, agrafeuses,
aspirateurs, aéropennes, pistolets de lavage, etc.

Lubrificazione a sbattimento, bielle montate su cuscinetti
a rullini, cilindri a V di 90° in ghisa con canna prerodata
per limitare il consumo d’olio, collettori finali per un maggior
raffreddamento dell’aria in entrata nel serbatoio.
Nelle versioni DEG20 e 100 litri è previsto il riduttore filtro
da 25 µ, 3/8” con 2 uscite.
Particolarmente adatti per l’utilizzo di avvitatori ad impulso
da 1/2“, avvitatori a cricco, levigatrici palmari e a disco, trapani,
smerigli a disco, piccoli martelli pneumatici e scrostatori, ecc…

Motorizzazioni monofase e trifase.
Per la versione monofase è prevista la protezione
termica con riarmo manuale contro
le sovratemperature del motore e il cavo
di alimentazione con spina per la versione monofase.
Lubrificazione a sbattimento, ventilazione forzata,
convogliatore ad alta efficienza, cilindro monoblocco
in ghisa, piastra valvole in alluminio pressofuso e valvole
in acciaio, collettore finale per la refrigerazione dell'aria
in ingresso al serbatoio, paracinghia a protezione integrale.
Nelle versioni da 50 litri è presente il doppio manometro
mentre per quelle da 100, 150 e 200 litri è previsto
il riduttore filtro da 25µ da 3/8” con 2 uscite.

against engine overheating and power supply cable
with adapter for single-phase version. Splash lubrication,
forced ventilation, high-efficiency conveyor, onebloc cast-iron
cylinder, die-cast aluminium valve plate and steel valves,
end manifold for air cooling at tank inlet, full-protection belt
guard. The 50-litre version features two pressure gauges,
whereas the 100, 150 and 200-litres versions are equipped
with 25µ 3/8” filter reducer with 2 outlets.

Silenziosi, compatti e modulari. Equipaggiati con gruppi
pompanti coassiali, traino cinghia monostadio e bistadio
con potenze da 2.5 a 10 HP. Pressione di esercizio 10 bar,
disponibili anche con basso regime di rotazione.
Per i modelli con potenze da 4 a 7.5 kW è possibile partendo
da modello base (a terra), implementare il compressore
e renderlo completo aggiungendo il serbatoio
e in un secondo momento l’essiccatore.
Il modello a terra è particolarmente adatto a chi già possiede
un serbatoio.
Silenced compressors
Ideal for small-sized handicraft businesses, body repairers
and small-sized businesses at large. Low-noise, compact,
modular design. Equipped with coaxial pump assemblies,
belt-driven single-stage and two-stage, available
in the 2.5 to 10 HP power range. Operating pressure:
10 bar, also available with low rpm.
On models in the 4 to 7.5 HP power range, users may begin
with the basic (floor-mount) version and supplement
compressor by the addition of a tank. Dryer may be
mounted at user’s convenience. The floor-mounted
model is ideal for users who possess a tank.
Compresseurs silencieux
Idéals pour le petit artisanat et les carrosseries de petites
dimensions. Silencieux, compacts et modulaires.
Ils sont équipés de groupes de pompages coaxiaux,
entraînement par courroie à une et deux étages,
puissances de 2.5 à 10 Ch. Pression de fonctionnement
10 bars, disponibles aussi avec un faible régime
de rotation. Pour les modèles avec puissance
de 4 à 7.5 Ch, il est possible, en partant du modèle
de base (au sol) de compléter le compresseur en
ajoutant le réservoir puis, dans un second temps, le sécheur.
Le modèle au sol est particulièrement adapté pour ceux
qui possède déjà
un réservoir.

I compressori rotativi a vite DARI sono progettati
per il funzionamento continuo alle più severe condizioni
di utilizzo, con particolare attenzione alla modularità,
ai consumi energetici, ai bassi costi di esercizio e manutenzione,
alla facilità di installazione ed uso.
Tutto il ciclo produttivo viene realizzato interamente all’interno
dell’azienda: progettazione, lavorazioni meccaniche, assemblaggio,
collaudo, imballaggio e spedizioni. Ogni prodotto, realizzato
conformemente alle normative vigenti, è seguito scrupolosamente

DARI rotary screw compressors are designed for continuous duty
in very hard conditions of use.
These products reflect special attention on modularity, energy
consumption, low operating and maintenance costs, simple

The production cycle - design, mechanical operations, assembly,
testing, packing and shipping - takes place entirely in Fini.
Each product, built according to the standard rules, is carefully
controlled in every phase of this process by skilled staff to guarantee
that the specific tests on quality and operation are fully passed.

Les compresseurs à vis DARI sont conçus pour un fonctionnement

CONDIZIONI GENERALI DI VENDITA
1. Le presenti Condizioni di Vendita, salvo patto contrario espressamente pattuito
nella conferma d’Ordine, si intendono far parte integrante di qualsiasi rapporto
contrattuale di fornitura avente ad oggetto i prodotti commercializzati dalla FINI
S.p.A. | TheCompressorsTeam Division.
La FINI S.p.A. | TheCompressorsTeam Division si riserva il diritto di modificarli
in qualsiasi momento senza preavviso.
Tutte le forniture si intendono accettate ai Prezzi ivi indicati in vigore al momento della consegna, anche se la merce è consegnata in ritardo rispetto alla data
prevista. I prezzi si intendono IVA e trasporto esclusi.
Prezzi, sconti e condizioni delle singole forniture non sono impegnativi per ordinazioni successive. Gli ordini raccolti tramite rappresentanti o incaricati da
S.p.A. sono sempre subordinati all’insindacabile giudizio di FINI S.p.A. |
TheCompressorsTeam Division: pertanto debbono considerarsi impegnativi solo
a seguito della conferma d’Ordine ufficiale di FINI S.p.A. |
TheCompressorsTeam Division.
I Prezzi stabiliti sull’Ordine confermato dalla FINI S.p.A. | TheCompressorsTeam
Division si intendono sempre per merce resa franco stabilimento di Zola Predosa
(BO).
L’imballo standard FINI S.p.A. | TheCompressorsTeam Division è compreso nel
prezzo, gli imballi non standard vengono addebitati al costo. Non si accettano
annullamenti di Ordine nell’ipotesi di merce standard FINI S.p.A. |
TheCompressorsTeam Division già in viaggio e nel caso di merce personalizzata già prodotta.
Non si accetano Ordini di importo inferiore a 300,00 Euro: faranno eccezione
eventuali Ordini di RICAMBI che saranno evasi esclusivamente in contrassegno.
2. La FINI S.p.A. | TheCompressorsTeam Division si impegna a rispettare i termini
di consegna contrattualmente stabiliti, ma non risponde dei ritardi dovuti a casi
fortuiti e forza maggiore, come – in via meramente esemplificativa – difficoltà
negli approvvigionamenti o nei trasporti, sospensioni della somministrazione di
energia elettrica, guasti di macchinari, scioperi ed in generale ogni altra causa
che limiti l’attività produttiva della FINI S.p.A. | TheCompressorsTeam Division.
I ritardi nelle consegne, qualunque ne sia la causa, non danno diritto né a richieste di risarcimento danni, né ad annullamento, riduzione dell’ordine o risoluzione del contratto.
3. Anche se viene pattuita la consegna franco destinatario, la merce viaggia sempre a rischio e pericolo dell’acquirente. I reclami per eventuali ritardi o danni
imputabili al trasporto possono essere rivolti solo ed esclusivamente al vettore
all’atto della consegna della merce.L’acquirente ha l’onere di controllare la
merce immediatamente dopo averla ricevuta: trascorsi 8 giorni dall’arrivo al
destinatario, la merce si intende pienamente accettata.Gli eventuali reclami
riguardanti la qualità della merce sotto pena di decadenza, devono essere inviati per iscritto, mediante Lettera Raccomandata A/R alla FINI S.p.A. |
TheCompressorsTeam Division entro 8 giorni dalla data di ricevimento.
Nel caso si tratti di difetti di funzionamento, accertabili solamente mediante l’utilizzo del prodotto, i termini di reclamo sono di 30 giorni dalla data del ricevimento della merce.Qualora il reclamo venga considerato valido, la FINI S.p.A.
| TheCompressorsTeam Division è tenuta solamente alla pura e semplice sostituzione della merce in porto franco, esclusa ogni altra forma di risarcimento.La
FINI S.p.A. | TheCompressorsTeam Division declina ogni responsabilità per
qualsiasi danno a persone o cose derivante dall’impiego dei prodotti forniti.
4. La FINI S.p.A. | TheCompressorsTeam Division si riserva il diritto di apportare,
in ogni momento e senza preavviso, qualsiasi tipo di miglioramento o di modifica ai propri prodotti.
Le fotografie, le descrizioni, le illustrazioni di qualunque tipo e i dati tecnici contenuti nel presente Listino o in qualsiasi altro materiale informativo-pubblicitario
non hanno carattere impegnativo e possono subire variazioni in ogni momento
e senza preavviso.
5. L’installazione dei compressori e gli allacciamenti elettrici e idraulici sono a carico dell’Acquirente.
6. L’eventuale intervento di un tecnico qualificato della FINI S.p.A. |
TheCompressorsTeam Division per il collaudo di primo avviamento verrà fatturato a parte.
7. I Pagamenti devono essere effettuati, alla data e alle condizioni indicate in fattura, presso la Sede della FINI S.p.A. | TheCompressorsTeam Division, oppure
al vettore in caso di spedizione in contrassegno.
8. Per nessuna ragione e a nessun titolo, nemmeno in caso di prodotti riscontrati
difettosi e di cui è stato presentato un reclamo, l’Acquirente può differire i pagamenti oltre le scadenze pattuite. Trascorsi i termini utili per il pagamento,
l’Acquirente, oltre a perdere il diritto all’eventuale sconto pattuito, sarà tenuto a
corrispondere, dietro esplicita richiesta scritta della FINI S.p.A. |
TheCompressorsTeam Division gli interessi di mora correntemente applicati dalle
Banche.
La merce resta di proprietà della FINI S.p.A. | TheCompressorsTeam Division
fino al pagamento totale della fornitura da parte dell’acquirente. Trattenute,
abbuoni, deduzioni, arrotondamenti e/o sconti superiori a quelli pattuiti e risultanti dalle fatture di vendita costituiscono inadempimento contrattuale da parte
dell’Acquirente.
In ogni caso di inadempimento contrattuale la FINI S.p.A. |
TheCompressorsTeam Division si riserva il diritto di esercitare qualsiasi altra
azione, di esigere il pagamento anticipato dei restanti crediti in essere e di considerare risolto ogni rapporto contrattuale in corso, sospendendone l’esecuzione, senza che l’Acquirente possa pretendere compensi e/o indennizzi.
9. Per qualsiasi controversia è competente il Foro di Bologna.
Ai sensi e per gli effetti di cui agli articoli 1341 e 1342 C.C. sono oggetto di specifica approvazione le seguenti clausole: (garanzia di buon funzionamento); 2. (limitazione di responsabilità da ritardo); 3. (ritardi o danni imputabili al trasporto – termini di reclamo da parte dell’Acquirente – limitazione di responsabilità a seguito di
reclamo dell’Acquirente – esenzione da responsabilità per danni a persone o cose);
8. (divieto di differimento dei pagamenti – inadempimento contrattuale
dell’Acquirente a seguito di trattenute, abbuoni, deduzioni, arrotondamenti e/o
sconti superiori a quelli pattuiti e risultanti dalle fatture di vendita – pagamento anticipato – clausola risolutiva – limitazione di responsabilità); 9. (foro convenzionale).
Il testo in inglese delle presenti Condizioni generali di vendita è una traduzione del
testo originale italiano. In caso di discrepanze si precisa che il testo in italiano avrà
assoluta ed esclusiva precedenza e valore.
CONDIZIONI DI GARANZIA
Tutti i Prodotti della FINI S.p.A. | TheCompressorsTeam Division sono coperti da
Garanzia di buon funzionamento per un periodo di 12 mesi dalla data effettiva di
acquisto salvo patto contrario espressamente pattuito per iscritto.
La garanzia si applica solo nei confronti dell’Acquirente in regola con i pagamenti,
se il prodotto è sottoposto ad un normale funzionamento per cui è stato progettato e
sviluppato in ambiente adatto e se l’installazione è stata eseguita a regola d’arte.
Sono escluse dalla garanzia tutte le parti elettriche e tutti i particolari che per il loro
specifico impiego sono soggetti a logorio.
La Garanzia consiste nell’obbligo da parte della FINI S.p.A. |
TheCompressorsTeam Division di provvedere alla riparazione o sostituzione, a suo
insindacabile criterio e giudizio, dei pezzi riconosciuti difettosi dai propri tecnici,
semprechè i difetti riguardino la costruzione dei prodotti e/o la qualità dei materiali (siano cioè imputabili al produttore) e non dipendano dal naturale logorio, da
negligenza, imperizia o uso del prodotto da parte dell’Utente in modo non conforme alle istruzioni, da manomissioni, riparazioni o smontaggi, anche solo parziali,
eseguiti da personale non autorizzato dalla FINI S.p.A. | TheCompressorsTeam
Division, da sfruttamento eccessivo del prodotto o applicazioni inadatte, da caso
fortuito o da forza maggiore.
La GARANZIA contemplata si applica ai sensi della Legge vigente in materia.

GENERAL SALES CONDITIONS
1. These Conditions of Sale shall be considered applicable to any supply
Contract (or agreement for sale) concerning the FINI S.p.A. |
TheCompressorsTeam Division products unless otherwise expressly specified in
writing and accepted.
These Conditions of sale are not binding and may be subject to change without
prior notice.
All the supplies are understood to be accepted at prices included in the Official
FINI S.p.A. | TheCompressorsTeam Division price list that is effective when the
goods are despatched even if these are delivered late in comparison to the
scheduled delivery date. Prices, discount and conditions of single supplies are
not binding for following orders. FINI S.p.A. | TheCompressorsTeam Division
reserves the right to accept or refuse the orders: therefore any order must not
be considered as accepted until the Company has issued an order
confirmation.
All deliveries of the goods are always priced ex works FINI S.p.A. |
TheCompressorsTeam Division factory in Zola Predosa (BO). Packaging in
cardboard boxes is included in the prices: Packaging in cases or wooden
boxes will be charged at cost. The Customer cannot cancel orders accepted by
FINI S.p.A. | TheCompressorsTeam Division without the consent in writing.
Orders concerning the standard goods already shipped can never be
cancelled.
Orders concerning customized goods already produced can never be
cancelled.
2. FINI S.p.A. | TheCompressorsTeam Division engages itself to respect the stated
delivery times, but it is not responsible for delays due – for example – to
difficulties or problems in procurements and in transport suspension or in
energy supplies , breakdowns failure of machinery, strikes and any other cause
that limit the FINI S.p.A. | TheCompressorsTeam Division production. The
delivery delays shall not entitle the Purchaser to claim for consequential loss or
damages nor to cancel or reduce the order or solve the contract.
Delivery terms are never binding.
3. Goods always travel at risk and peril of the Purchaser even if the delivery is
free-of-charge.
The claims for delays or damages due to the transport must go only to the
forwarding agent when goods are delivered. The Purchaser must check the
goods immediately after having received them: After 8 days from the arrival to
the recipient goods shall be considered accepted.
The possible claims concerning the quality of goods must be sent addressed in
writing to the FINI S.p.A. | TheCompressorsTeam Division within 8 days form
the date of receiving.
Having used the product, the claim terms become 30 days from the date of
receiving delivery of the goods. If the FINI S.p.A. | TheCompressorsTeam
Division accepts (in writing) the claim (if the claim is considered valid), the FINI
S.p.A. | TheCompressorsTeam Division must only replace the goods free of
(transport) charges, without any other penalty or indemnity. The FINI S.p.A. |
TheCompressorsTeam Division cannot accept any responsibility for any
damage to persons or things caused by the use of its products.
4. Technical data specifications and pictures indicated in this price list are not
binding and may be subject to change without prior notice.
5. Electrical connection and pneumatic installation is at the Customer’s cost.
6. Any visit by FINI S.p.A. | TheCompressorsTeam Division’s technical personnel
for testing and commissioning will be invoiced separately.
7. The Purchaser must respect the terms of payment stated in the FINI S.p.A. |
TheCompressorsTeam Division’s order confirmation and indicated in the invoice
even if the products supplied are defective and there has been a claim to the
Company.
8. The FINI S.p.A. | TheCompressorsTeam Division reserves the right to cancel
any discount agreed in case of payments not made within the stipulated terms.
Delays in payments shall result in application of penalty interests according to
current bank interests rates until payment is received the FINI S.p.A. |
TheCompressorsTeam Division retain the legal ownership of the goods
delivered.
9. For all continual defaults the FINI S.p.A. | TheCompressorsTeam Division
reserves the right to try any other legal action, to claim the anticipated
payment of all the pending invoices (or credits) and to consider as resolved
every business relationship in progress, (suspending the pending deliveries of
goods on order) not completing the pending orders, without any penalty or
indemnity (for damages) for the Purchaser.
Under and for the effects of articles 1341 and 1342 Italian Civil Code the
following clauses are subjected to express written approval: (warranty of adequate
functioning); 2. (limitation of the responsibility for delays); 3. (delays or damages
caused by transportation – terms for the claims of the Purchaser – limitation of
responsibility after claim of the Purchaser – immunity for damages to persons or
things); 8. (prohibition of payments postponement – anticipated payment –
resolution clause – limitation of responsibility).
The English text of this General Conditions of Sales is a translation of the original
Italian text.
In case of discrepancies the Italian text is the only one available.
WARRANTY CONDITIONS
All FINI S.p.A. | TheCompressorsTeam Division Products are covered by warranty
for a period of twelve months from the invoice date unless otherwise expressly
specified in writing and accepted.
The warranty is valid only if the Buyer has fully paid for the products and the
products are running on a normal conditions designed for, in suitable environment
and correctly installed.
Excluded from the Warranty are all electric components and all the wear and tear.
The Warranty makes FINI S.p.A. | TheCompressorsTeam Division responsible to
support the costs of repairing or replacing all parts that are defective according to
their engineers, as long as these defects are due to manufacturing problems or
quality of the materials (which are the manufactures responsibility).and are note
dependant on normal wear and tear or negligence of the operator or improper use
of the product.
Also if the product was not used according to the instructions or wholly or partly
dismantled or repaired by unauthorized personnel or by excessive usage of the
product or unsuitable applicationa or due to force major.
The warranty considered is applied under law.
CONDITIONS GENERALES DE VENTE
1. Les présentes Conditions de Vente, sauf pacte contraire expressément établi dans
la confirmation de la Commande, sont considérées comme une partie intégrale de
n’importe quel rapport contractuel de fourniture ayant pour objet les produits
commercialisés par la FINI S.p.A. | TheCompressorsTeam Division.
Les Prix et les conditions de vente reportés dans le présent catalogue ne sont pas
contraignants.
La FINI S.p.A. | TheCompressorsTeam Division se réserve le droit de les modifier à
tout moment sans préavis.
Toutes les fournitures s’entendent acceptées aux Prix indiqués et en vigueur au
moment de la livraison, même si la marchandise est livrée en retard par rapport à
la date prévue.
Les prix, les remises et les conditions de chaque fourniture ne sont pas
contraignantes pour les commandes successives.
Les commandes prises à travers des représentants ou des responsables sont
toujours assujetties à l’avis sans appel de la FINI S.p.A. | TheCompressorsTeam
Division: elles doivent par conséquent être considérées comme contraignantes
seulement par suite de la confirmation officielle de la Commande de la part de la
FINI S.p.A. | TheCompressorsTeam Division.
Les Prix établis sur la Commande confirmée par la FINI S.p.A. |
TheCompressorsTeam Division se réfèrent toujours à la marchandise livrée franco
fabrique de Zola Predona (Province de Bologne).
L’emballage standard FINI S.p.A. | TheCompressorsTeam Division est compris dans
le prix, mais les emballages non-standard sont débités au prix coûtant.
On n’accepte pas l’annulation d’une Commande de marchandise standard FINI
S.p.A. | TheCompressorsTeam Division déjà en voyage ou de marchandise
personnalisée déjà produite.
Les Commandes d’un montant inférieur à 300,00Euros ne sont pas acceptées:
exception faite pour les Commandes des PIECES DE RECHANGE qui seront
exécutées exclusivement contre remboursement.
2. La FINI S.p.A. | TheCompressorsTeam Division s’engage à respecter les délais
de livraison établis dans le contrat, mais ne répond pas des retards dus à une
force majeure ou à un cas fortuit, comme – à simple titre d’exemple– des difficultés
dans les approvisionnements ou dans les transports, des coupures de courant, des
pannes de machines, des grèves et, en général, toute autre cause limitant la
production de la FINI S.p.A. | TheCompressorsTeam Division.
Les retards dans les livraisons, pour toute cause que ce soit, ne donnent droit ni à
réclamer des dommages /intérêts ni à annuler ou à réduire la commande ou à
résilier le contrat.
3. Même en cas de livraison franco destinataire, la marchandise voyage aux
risques et aux périls de l’acheteur.
Les réclamations pour des retards éventuels ou des dommages que l’on peut
imputer au transport peuvent être adressées seulement et exclusivement au
transporteur au moment de la livraison de la marchandise.
L’acheteur a le devoir de contrôler la marchandise immédiatement après l’avoir
reçue: 8 jours après l’arrivée à destination, la marchandise est considérée comme
entièrement acceptée.
Les réclamations éventuelles concernant la qualité de la marchandise doivent être
envoyées par écrit, sous peine de déchéance, par Lettre Recommandée avec accusé
de réception à la FINI S.p.A. | TheCompressorsTeam Division dans les 8 jours qui
suivent la date de réception de la marchandise.
S’il s’agit de dysfonctionnements, que l’on peut constater seulement en utilisant le
produit, les délais de réclamation sont de 30 jours à compter de la date de
réception de la marchandise.
Si la réclamation est considérée comme valable, la FINI S.p.A. |
TheCompressorsTeam Division est tenue seulement à la pure et simple restitution de
la marchandise franco de port, toute autre forme de dédommagement restant
exclue.
La FINI S.p.A. | TheCompressorsTeam Division décline toute responsabilité pour
n’importe quel dommage aux personnes ou aux choses dérivant de l’utilisation des
produits fournis.
4. La FINI S.p.A. | TheCompressorsTeam Division se réserve le droit d’apporter, à
tout moment et sans préavis, n’importe quel type d’amélioration ou de modification
à ses propres produits.
Les photographies, les descriptions, les illustrations de tout type que ce soit et les
données techniques contenues dans le présent Catalogue ou dans tout autre
matériel d’information ou publicitaire ne sont pas contraignants et peuvent subir
des variations à tout moment et sans préavis.
5. L’installation des compresseurs et les branchements électriques et hydrauliques
sont à la charge de l’Acquéreur.
6. L’intervention éventuelle d’un technicien qualifié de la FINI S.p.A. |
TheCompressorsTeam Division pour le test de la première mise en marche sera
facturée à part.
7. Les Paiements doivent être effectués, à la date et aux conditions indiquées sur la
facture, au Siège de la FINI S.p.A. | TheCompressorsTeam Division ou au
transporteur en cas d’expédition contre remboursement.
8. L’Acheteur ne pourra différer les paiements outre les délais établis pour aucune
raison et à aucun titre que ce soit, même pas en cas de produits dont on a constaté
la défectuosité et pour lesquels on a présenté une réclamation
Après l’expiration des délais de paiement, l’Acheteur ne perd pas seulement
l’éventuelle remise qui a été établie, mais sera également tenu à verser, sur
demande explicite par écrit de la part de la FINI S.p.A. | TheCompressorsTeam
Division, les intérêts de retard appliqués couramment par les Banques.
La marchandise reste la propriété de la FINI S.p.A. | TheCompressorsTeam
Division jusqu’au paiement total de la fourniture de la part de l’Acheteur.
Les précomptes, les réductions, les déductions, les arrondissements et/ou les
remises supérieurs à ceux qui ont été établis, et qui résultent des factures de vente
constituent une non-exécution contractuelle de la part de l’Acheteur.
En cas de non-exécution contractuelle, la FINI S.p.A. | TheCompressorsTeam
Division se réserve le droit d’exercer toute autre action, d’exiger le paiement
anticipé des créances restantes et de considérer tout rapport contractuel en cours
comme résolu, en en suspendant l’exécution, sans que l’Acheteur puisse prétendre
des dédommagements et/ou des indemnités.
9. Le Tribunal de Bologne est compétent pour toutes les controverses.
Aux termes et pour les effets visés aux articles 1341 et 1342 du Code Civil italien,
les clauses suivantes doivent être approuvées spécifiquement:
(garantie de bon fonctionnement); 2. (limitation de la responsabilité pour cause de
retard); 3. (retards ou dommages imputables au transport – délais de réclamation
de la part de l’Acheteur– limitation de responsabilité par suite de réclamation de
l’Acheteur – exemption de la responsabilité pour les dommages aux personnes ou
aux choses); 8. (interdiction de renvoi des paiements – non-exécution contractuelle
de l’Acheteur par suite de précomptes, réductions, déductions, arrondissements
et/ou remises supérieurs à ceux qui ont été établis et qui résultent des factures de
vente – paiement anticipé – clause résolutoire – limitation de responsabilité); 9.
(tribunal conventionnel).
Le texte en français des présentes Conditions générales de vente est une traduction
du texte italien original.
En cas de discordances nous précisons que le texte en italien aura la valeur et
priorité absolue et exclusive.
CONDITIONS DE GARANTIE
Tous les Produits de la FINI S.p.A. | TheCompressorsTeam Division sont couvert par
la Garantie de bon fonctionnement pour une période de 12 mois à compter de la
date effective de l’achat, sauf pacte contraire expressément établi par écrit.
La garantie s’applique seulement à l’égard de l’Acheteur en règle avec les
paiements, si le produit est sujet au fonctionnement normal pour lequel il a été
conçu et développé dans un environnement adéquat, et si l’installation a été
exécutée selon les règles de l’art. Toutes les parties électriques et tous les détails
dont l’utilisation spécifique est sujette à détérioration sont exclus de la garantie.
La Garantie consiste dans l’obligation de la part de la FINI S.p.A. |
TheCompressorsTeam Division d’exécuter la réparation ou le remplacement, selon
son avis et son jugement sans appel, des pièces dont les propres techniciens ont
constaté la défectuosité, à condition que les défauts concernent la construction des
produits et/ou la qualité des matériaux (qu’ils soient donc imputables au fabricant)
et ne dépendent pas d’une usure naturelle, de négligence, d’inexpérience ou
d’utilisation du produit de la part l’Utilisateur de façon non-conforme aux
instructions, de manipulations, de réparations ou de démontages, même seulement
partiels, exécutés par un personnel non-autorisé par la FINI S.p.A. |
TheCompressorsTeam Division, d’une exploitation excessive du produit ou
d’applications inadéquates, de cas fortuit ou de force majeure.
La GARANTIE en question s’applique aux termes de la Loi en vigueur en la
matière.
