During the SMART Meeting (May 27-28-29), a free bus service
will be all-day available, from opening to closing of the scientific

“Amendola” underground station and the meeting venue would
take approximately 20 minutes by foot.

switch to the suburban rail line S3/S4 and get off at “Domodossola”

Milano Malpensa Airport
The “MALPENSA EXPRESS” train service will take you directly
from the airport to the centre of Milan in 40 minutes, arriving at
the Ferrovie Nord “Cadorna” station. Take the Metro Red Line 1
(Rho Fieramilano direction) to “Amendola” (1 km from MiCo - Ala
Nord). Alternatively, take the suburban rail line S3/S4 and get off

The “AUTOSTRADALE” or “AIR PULLMAN” bus service will
take you directly from the airport to Milan Central Station in

All abstracts received will be evaluated by the Scientific Committee,
which will decide whether to accept them as oral presentations or
posters (the Author’s preference will be considered).
All accepted papers will be published on www.smartonweb.org
Authors are required to submit their abstracts to the Organizing
Secretariat before April 6, 2015 by completing the online
procedure at www.startpromotion.it
After a correct submission, a confirmation message will be
automatically sent to your email address.
At least one of the Authors is required to be a registered
participant to the SMART Meeting.

Per il Convegno (27-28-29 Maggio) è stata attivata una navetta
gratuita che collega la Metropolitana Linea 1 Rossa, fermata
“Amendola” (presso la fermata dell’autobus n. 68) all’ingresso del
MiCo (via Gattamelata, 5 - ingresso Ala Nord) con orario continuato
dall’inizio alla fine dei lavori scientifici. Dalla fermata “Amendola“
della metropolitana all’ingresso del MiCo di via Gattamelata, 5
(ingresso Ala Nord) il percorso a piedi è di circa 20 minuti.

Trasporti pubblici
Biglietto urbano - Costo: € 1,50. Valido per 90 minuti dalla
convalida, consente di viaggiare su tutta l’area comunale di Milano.
Il biglietto è utilizzabile su tutti i mezzi di superficie, e per un solo
viaggio in metropolitana e sulle tratte ferroviarie urbane gestite
da Trenord, Passante Ferroviario compreso.
Biglietto giornaliero urbano - Costo: € 4,50. Permette di utilizzare,
per 24 ore dal momento della convalida, l’intera rete di trasporti
(tram, bus e metro).

INFORMAZIONI ECM PER IL CORSO NURSING
Per il Corso Nursing “La Gestione del Paziente con PICC e
Midline” è stato richiesto l’accreditamento ECM per la figura
professionale “Infermiere”.
Il Corso darà diritto a 9 crediti per l’anno 2015 (Infermieri).
Ai fini dell’ottenimento dei crediti ECM è assolutamente
indispensabile compilare in ogni sua parte (in particolare nome e
cognome, data e luogo di nascita, codice fiscale e indirizzo e-mail)
il Modulo Dati Personali, la Scheda di Valutazione del Gradimento
ed il Questionario di Valutazione dell’Apprendimento. In caso
di compilazione errata, incompleta o incomprensibile, non sarà
riconosciuto alcun credito formativo.
I partecipanti dovranno registrare la propria presenza in aula ad
inizio e fine lavori.
Attenzione: per conseguire i crediti formativi sarà necessario
garantire la propria presenza al 100% del tempo totale, rispondere
correttamente al 75% delle domande contenute nel Questionario
di Valutazione dell’Apprendimento, compilare tutta la modulistica
e riconsegnarla al termine del Corso al Desk ECM presente in
sede.

I partecipanti sono invitati a presentare i contributi scientifici
inerenti l’anestesia, la rianimazione o la terapia intensiva sotto
forma di presentazioni orali e/o poster (le presentazioni orali
potranno essere in Italiano o in Inglese, senza traduzione
simultanea). Vi preghiamo di leggere attentamente le istruzioni
che seguono prima di inviare l’abstract.
Gli interessati dovranno trasmettere l’abstract del proprio lavoro
scientifico alla Segreteria Organizzativa del Convegno entro e
non oltre il 6 aprile 2015 utilizzando esclusivamente l’apposita
procedura online al sito www.startpromotion.it Dopo l’invio,
un messaggio di ricezione verrà automaticamente trasmesso
all’indirizzo email comunicato.
La presentazione di abstract è subordinata all’iscrizione al
Convegno di almeno uno degli Autori.
Poiché ogni abstract è numerato automaticamente dal sistema, si
prega di NON inviare lo stesso abstract più di una volta (nemmeno
se ci si accorge di errori dopo l’invio). Se si rilevano degli errori
nell’abstract già inviato, si prega di contattare la Segreteria
Organizzativa ([email protected]).
Gli abstract possono essere inviati solo attraverso la procedura
disponibile online (compilazione dei campi e caricamento del file).
Non saranno accettati abstract inviati via fax o per posta.

Richiesta di esenzione IVA Enti Pubblici
Gli Enti Pubblici che desiderino richiedere l’esenzione IVA sul

Penali di annullamento iscrizione

The fascinating home-museum created by Gian Giacomo Poldi
Pezzoli inside its XIX century residence in the heart of Milan
exhibits his private collection of great Italian paintings from the
15th century to the 18th century. Among the masterpieces: works
by Vincenzo Foppa, Giovanni Bellini, Sandro Botticelli, Piero della
Francesca and the most famous “Portrait of a Woman” by Pollaiolo.
It also houses several other collections: ancient Murano glasses,
weapons, jewels, clocks and watches, sculptures, porcelains,
fabrics.

An immersion into the countryside just to the South of Milan,
characterized by rural landscapes, fields, water channels, farms
and medieval abbeys. The most famous is the abbey of Chiaravalle,
founded in 1135 by Bernardo of Clairvaux and a group of
Cistercian monks, who introduced new agriculture techniques
and created a farming network that shaped the landscape and
boosted the local economy. The imposing church worth a visit
for the frescoes, the wooden choir, the original bell tower and
the pleasant cloister. The abbey of Viboldone lies a peaceful
rural landscape. Founded in 1176, it is one of the most important
medieval complex in Lombardy especially for the 14th century
fresco paintings reflecting Giotto’s influence.

Hilly and vineyard coloured, Franciacorta has an incredibly rich
landscape with old villages, castles, medieval abbeys, vineyards and
wine cellars where the Franciacorta sparkling wine is produced.
The first part of the tour features a visit of Castello Bonomi and
gastronomic tasting in the special atmosphere of an art nouveau
style estate. The excursion will continue with the lunch at Borgo
Santa Giulia, amazing wine farm surrounded by vineyards. After
