BI CONDEX
In breve. Ideale per la composizione di sistemi fumari in edifici ove non presente idoneo
vano tecnico di passaggio, il sistema BI-CONDEX nasce dall’esigenza di creare adeguati
presupposti strutturali per consentire corretta esalazione dei fumi derivanti da generatori
a condensazione.
La serie BI-CONDEX è formata da una parete interna in polipropilene (Sistema EUROPLAST), resistente sino a 120° C (certificazione prodotto plastico secondo normativa UNI
EN 14471), ancorata ad una parete esterna in acciaio AISI 304 mediante apposito centratore stampato a caldo. Seguendo le indicazioni forniteci dalle normative in materia
attualmente in vigore (UNI 11071 / UNI EN 10845), esistono svariate possibilità di utilizzo
del prodotto.
Quando si usa. Rispettando i parametri essenziali presenti nelle sopracitate normative
(caratteristiche prodotto / requisiti di installazione / idonea ventilazione del cavedio) la
serie BI-CONDEX può essere totalmente bloccata nella muratura, creando adeguata aereazione alla base ed alla sommità del sistema. La serie BI-CONDEX può essere inoltre
asservita contemporaneamente allo scarico dei fumi e all’adduzione aria comburente del
generatore, utilizzando l’apposito terminale di esalazione e attenendosi scrupolosamente alle indicazioni fornite dal costruttore del generatore concernenti lo sviluppo massimo
realizzabile del Sistema Fumario coassiale.
Come si installa. Giunzione classica maschio-femmina: entrambe le pareti che compongono il sistema hanno la stessa conformazione morfologica (innesto femmina rivolto verso la sommità di evacuazione) poiché si presuppone l’installazione esclusiva in cavedio /
vano tecnico o “sotto traccia”, direttamente nella muratura. Il sistema BI-CONDEX rappresenta una scelta pratica, sicura e semplice: grazie alla meticolosa attenzione e cura nelle
calibrature maschio e femmina viene garantita una perfetta tenuta nell’accoppiamento
con possibilità di rotazione del prodotto a 360°, evitando problemi di allineamento tipici dei sistemi conici, ad avvitamento e combinati. Abbinando il sistema generatori che
producono fumi umidi o vapori di cottura deve essere installata nella sede femmina la
guarnizione di tenuta, certificata e garantita secondo la normativa europea EN 14241-1,
senza dover utilizzare “in opera” mastice siliconico e costose paste anticapillarità. Per una
perfetta tenuta meccanica ed alla trazione è consigliato l’utilizzo dell’apposita fascia di
tenuta, disponibile in due distinte versioni per necessità pratiche ed estetiche.

Briefly. Ideal for the composition of flue systems in buildings where there is no suitable
technical shaft, the system BI-CONDEX arises from the need to create adequate conditions to allow correct structural evacuation of the fumes resulting from condensing generators.
BI-CONDEX System is composed by a polypropylene inner wall (EUROPLAST system), resistant up to 120° C (product certification UNI EN 14471), fixed to an external wall, realized
in stainless steel AISI 304, by an hot forged centering element. Following the directions by
the current legislations concerning “gas flue evacuation systems” and “distances between
multiple flue systems in the same technical shaft” (UNI 11071 / UNI EN 10845) there are
several possibilities in using this product.
Using. Respecting the essential parameters contained in the above-described legislations (product features / installation requirements / appropriate ventilation of the technical shaft) BI-CONDEX series can be totally blocked in the concrete walls, creating appropriate ventilation from the base to the terminal hat of the system. BI-CONDEX series can
also be simultaneously used for the evacuation of flue gas and air adduction of the boiler
too, using a special terminal hat and carefully following the manufacturer’s instructions
concerning the maximum achievable development for coaxial flue systems.
Installation. Classic junction “male-female”: both wall of the system have the same morphology (female coupling facing the top of evacuation) because it requires the installation in technical shaft or “concealed” into the concrete, directly into the wall. Thanks to
the meticulous attention and care in the calibrations male and female is guaranteed a
perfect seal in coupling with the possibility of rotation of the product to 360 °, avoiding
alignment problems typical of conical systems, screw and combined. Combining the
system with generators that produce wet smoke or cooking vapors shall be installed in
the female seat the gasket, certified and guaranteed according to the European standard
EN 14241-1, without having to use “application on site” of silicone caulk and expensive
capillary pasta. For a perfect seal and mechanical traction is recommended to use of the
special locking clamp, available in two different versions for practical and aesthetic needs.
