Il presente Manuale di Uso serve da riferimento
per una guida corretta ed una rapida identificazione della macchina in tutte le sue parti e versioni.
The present Operator’s Manual serves as a
reference and guide for correct and rapid
identification of the machine in all its parts and
versions.
I disegni, le tabelle e quant’altro contenuto nel
presente Manuale di Uso sono di natura riservata e, per questo, ogni informazione non può
essere riprodotta nè completamente nè parzialmente e non può essere comunicata a terzi,
senza l’autorizzazione della Ditta Costruttrice che
ne è la proprietaria esclusiva.

contained in the present Operator’s Manual are
of a confidential nature and therefore no
information can be reproduced either completely
or partially or communicated to third parties,
without the express permission of the
Manufacturer who is its exclusive owner.

FOREWORD
Questo manuale di istruzione è parte integrante della macchina e fornisce al personale addetto al funzionamento e alla manutenzione, le informazioni per poter utilizzare la macchina in
modo corretto.
This instruction manual is an
integral part of the machine and
provides the machine operator and
maintenanceman with the necessary
information for being able to use the
machine correctly.

• Questo manuale deve essere letto attentamente e capito prima di trasportare, installare, usare ed eseguire qualsiasi manutenzione sulla
macchina.
• This manual must be carefully read and understood before transport, installation, using and
carrying out any maintenance on the machine.
• Il manuale deve essere conservato con cura
per tutta la vita della macchina e deve essere
trasferito a qualsiasi altro utente o successivo
proprietario.
• The manual must be carefully kept for the entire life of the machine and must be transferred
to any other user or subsequent owner.
• Deve essere posto in luogo vicino alla macchina a disposizione per la consultazione degli
utilizzatori.

eventuali simboli riportati sulla macchina.

understood the instructions for use and any
symbols given on the machine.
• Il manuale deve essere consultato facendo
attenzione a non danneggiarlo; a non asportare pagine, sostituire o cancellare informazioni e modificare il suo contenuto.
• The manual must be consulted taking care not
to damage it; do not remove any pages,
replace and cancel information or modify its
contents.
• Va conservato in luogo protetto da calore, umidità e agenti corrosivi.

Prestare attenzione a questo simbolo; esso indica le operazioni o le
situazioni più pericolose.

Lato destro e sinistro si intendono quelli riferiti
all’utente nel comando guida della macchina.
Avanti e dietro, o anteriore e posteriore si riferiscono alla normale direzione di marcia.
Porre poi attenzione particolare ai testi
evidenziati in grassetto, con un carattere più
grande o sottolineati, poiché si riferiscono comunque a operazioni o informazioni di particolare importanza.
Tutte le norme di sicurezza indicate sono importanti e come tali devono essere rigorosamente osservate.
Gli schemi elettrici, pneumatici, oleodinamici allegati sono ad uso esclusivo del personale tecnico specializzato in grado di eseguire manutenzioni e controlli straordinari.
É assolutamente vietato servirsene per apportare modifiche alla macchina.
Right and left side are intended to mean those
referring to the user seated and in the control
of the machine.
Forward and rear, or front and back refer to the
normal driving direction.
Pay special attention to the words highlighted
in bold type, in large characters or else
underlined, because they refer in any case to
particularly important operations or information.

gruppi della macchina, l’uso di accessori, di utensili, di materiali di consumo diversi da quelli raccomandati dal costruttore, possono rappresentare pericolo di
infortunio e sollevano il costruttore da

Unauthorized tampering/replacement of one or more machine
parts or units, or use of accessories,
tools, or consumable materials other
than those recommended by the
Manufacturer can represent an accident
risk and relieve the Manufacturer of civil
and penal responsibility.

specialized technical personnel able to carry out

Le eventuali modifiche vanno richieste direttamente alla Ditta
costruttrice specificando tutti i dati caratteristici della macchina e le motivazioni; in caso di approvazione, devono
essere eseguite solo da personale autorizzato dalla Ditta Costruttrice e su precise indicazioni della Stessa.
Any possible modifications must be
requested directly from Manufacturer specifying all the characteristic
machine data and reasons; if approved,
they must be carried out only by persons
authorized by Manufacturer and
according to the precise instructions of
the same.
Per ogni operazione da eseguire sulla macchina
si fa riferimento ai livelli di qualifica descritti di
seguito, per individuare il personale abilitato a
svolgerla.
For all operations carried out on the machine,
refer to the qualification levels described below,
in order to identify the personnel enabled to
carry them out.

Premesso che:

1) La macchina è stata costruita sotto stretta
sorveglianza di personale qualificato, provata e collaudata, con l’intento di eliminare
ogni possibile “negligenza” nel corso della
costruzione.

eliminating any possible “carelessness”
during the course of its construction.
2) Le operazioni di collaudo sono state eseguite simulando normali cicli e situazioni d’impiego della macchina, per una durata non
inferiore a 16 ore complessive.
2) The testing operations were carried by simulating normal machine work cycles and
situations, for a duration of not less than 16
hours in all.

É obbligo del cliente acquistare ricambi originali.
The Customer is obliged to purchase original
replacement parts.
Disegni, riferimenti, descrizioni e numeri di matricola per l’identificazione di tutte le parti meccaniche, sono riportati nel catalogo allegato a
questo manuale.
Drawings, references, descriptions and serial
numbers for identifying all the mechanical parts,
are given in the catalogue attached to this
manual.
Per quanto riguarda le apparecchiature elettriche, elettroniche e pneumatiche consultare gli
schemi allegati.
See the attached diagrams regarding electrical,
electronic and pneumatic equipment.
Nella richiesta di nuove parti si raccomanda di specificare sempre
modello e matricola della macchina per
la quale si acquisisce il ricambio.
When ordering new parts, always
make sure to specify the model and
serial number of the machine for which
the replacement parts are required.

CONDIZIONI DI GARANZIA
WARRANTY CONDITIONS
Le macchine nuove sono coperte da
garanzia per la durata di 12 mesi
dalla data di consegna all’utilizzatore finale.
New machines are covered by a 12month warranty valid from the date
of delivery to the end user.
Per la data di consegna fa riferimento la fattura
di acquisto, nella quale dovranno comparire
sempre il modello ed il numero di serie della
macchina.
For the date of delivery refer to the purchase
invoice, which must always give the model and
serial number of the machine.
Per le parti non costruite negli stabilimenti della
FERRETTI INTERNATIONAL, la garanzia è limitata a quanto concesso dal fornitore.
For parts not made in the establishments of
FERRETTI INTERNATIONAL, the warranty is
limited to that granted by the supplier.
Durante il periodo di garanzia la FERRETTI
INTERNATIONAL si impegna alla riparazione
o sostituzione gratuita delle parti difettose.
During the warranty period FERRETTI
INTERNATIONAL undertakes to repair or
replace faulty parts free of charge.
Gli accertamenti dei difetti e delle loro cause
dovranno essere eseguiti presso il nostro stabilimento di Strada Statale 63, 118- 42040 Santa
Vittoria di Gualtieri (RE).
Verification of the faults and their causes must
be carried out at our factory at Strada Statale
63, 118 - 42040 Santa Vittoria di Gualtieri (RE).
Le spese per eventuali sopralluoghi, eseguiti dalla FERRETTI INTERNATIONAL, le spese di
trasporto ed imballaggio delle parti da riparare
o sostituire, nonchè la manodopera per il montaggio delle medesime, sono a carico del compratore.
The costs for any onsite inspections carried out
by FERRETTI INTERNATIONAL, transport and
packing of the parts to be repaired or replaced,
as well as the labour for their assembly are at
the buyer’s expense.
Le riparazioni o le sostituzioni di componenti con
parti non originali fanno decadere il diritto di
garanzia, questa decade inoltre in caso di interventi non riportati nel manuale ed eseguiti senza nostra autorizzazione.
Repairs or replacements carried out with nonoriginal parts will result in loss of the warranty
coverage, which is also lost in case of
interventions not given in the manual and carried
out without our permission.
Sono escluse dalla garanzia le parti che per natura o per destinazione sono soggette a deterioramento o logorio o a cattiva manutenzione.
The warranty does not cover those parts which
by their very nature or use are subject to
deterioration or wear or poor maintenance.
In nessun caso comunque l’Acquirente può pretendere il risarcimento di danni, di qualsiasi natura o comunque insorti.
Under no circumstances can the Customer claim
compensation for damage, of any nature or for
any reason.
É obbligo del Cliente verificare che al momento
della consegna la macchina risponda a quanto
richiesto sul contratto e non abbia subito danni
nel trasporto.
It is the Customer’s responsibility at the time
the machine is delivered to check that it complies
with that required in the contract and that it
has not suffered any damage during transport.
In tal caso non dovrà utilizzare la macchina e
informare entro 6 giorni la FERRETTI
INTERNATIONAL o il fornitore.
In which case he must not use the machine and
must inform FERRETTI INTERNATIONAL or
the supplier within 6 days.
La responsabilità si intende limitata alla sola riparazione o sostituzione di parti che a insindacabile giudizio del Costruttore si dimostrassero
non efficienti.
Responsibility is understood to be limited to the
repair or replacement of parts which in the
Manufacturer’s unquestionable judgement are
found to be faulty.
É esclusa la sostituzione integrale dell’apparecchiatura, e non si riconoscono richieste di qualsiasi risarcimento per danni eventualmente causati o mancata produzione.
Complete replacement of the equipment is
excluded, and no claims will be accepted for any
damage possibly caused, or for lack of production.

• Functional faults resulting from incorrect installation.

• Rotture dovute all’utilizzo di ricambi non originali.
• Break down caused by use of not original spare
parts.
• Spese per il servizio di manutenzione ordinaria o straordinaria.
• Costs for scheduled and extraordinary maintenance.
• É infine escluso dalla garanzia il prodotto riparato o manomesso da terzi non autorizzati,
nonchè gli interventi per vizi o verifiche di comodo.
• And lastly, the warranty does not cover the
product when repaired or tampered with by
unauthorized third parties, and interventions
for faults or chance checks.

intervento.
• The operator or any person interacting with
the machine must carefully read the manual
before any intervention.
• Accertarsi che le seguenti istruzioni siano lette e capite e che diventino di normale applicazione nell’uso e nella manutenzione della macchina.
• Make sure that the following instructions are
read and understood and that they become
routine procedure in machine use and
maintenance.
• La mancata osservanza o trascuratezza delle
norme di sicurezza nell’uso e manutenzione
della macchina sono causa di incidenti.
• Failure to comply with or carelessness in following the safety rules for machine use and
maintenance are the cause of accidents.
• Il Costruttore si esonera da ogni responsabilità per ogni eventuale danno a persone o cose causati da negligenza nella
lettura e nella messa in pratica delle procedure e/o delle istruzioni contenute nel
manuale.
• The Manufacturer is relieved of any responsibility for possible damage to
persons or property caused by carelessness in reading and implementing the
procedures and/or instructions given in
the manual.

• Installazione, messa in funzione e manutenzione straordinaria della macchina devono essere eseguiti da persone qualificate.
• Machine installation, starting up and extraordinary maintenance must be carried out by
qualified persons.
• La macchina deve essere comandata e controllata da una persona al fine di evitare condizioni pericolose alla propria sicurezza e a
quella di altre persone.
• The machine must be commanded and controlled by a qualified person in order to avoid
dangerous conditions for his safety and that
of other persons.

• Prima di usare la macchina, accertarsi che
qualsiasi condizione pericolosa per la sicurezza sia stata opportunamente eliminata.
• Before using the machine make sure that any
conditions dangerous to safety have been
opportunely eliminated.
• Non lubrificare la macchina quando questa è
in funzione.
• Do not lubricate the machine when it is running.
• Avvertire i responsabili preposti d’ogni eventuale modifica realizzata sulla macchina o irregolarità di funzionamento che possono pregiudicarne la sicurezza.
• Notify the persons in charge in case of any
possible modification made on the machine or
irregularity in its operation that could
jeopardize safety.
• Non inserire parti del corpo nella macchina durante il funzionamento e dove è segnalato il
divieto.
• Do not place parts of the body in the machine
when it is working, and where prohibited.
• É vietato introdurre mani o oggetti attraverso
le feritoie quando la macchina è in funzione.
• Do not introduce objects through the feed
openings when the machine is working.
• É severamente vietato scaricare prodotti o
scarti di produzione o comunque sostanze inquinanti negli scarichi fognari (da lavelli, water,
vasche, ecc.) nei corsi d’acqua, sul terreno e
nell’ambiente. Tali prodotti o sostanze vanno
raccolti in appositi contenitori, stoccati o
riciclati e comunque non abbandonati nell’ambiente.
• The discharging of production products or
scraps or in any case pollutant substances in
drains (sinks, WC, tubs, etc.) and in streams
and rivers, on the ground or in the environment
is strictly prohibited. These products must be
collected in special containers, stored or
recycled and in any case not left in the
environment.
• Durante il funzionamento della macchina assicurarsi che nessun estraneo si avvicini
incautamente alla stessa o ai comandi.
• During machine operation make sure that no
unauthorized persons incautiously approach it
or the controls.
• Nel caso di presenza di terzi nelle vicinanze
della macchina, l’operatore deve sorvegliare

in piccole dosi, evitare l’urto di vomito e rivolgersi al medico.

Maneggiare l’olio quanto meno possibile
e proteggere l’epidermide con creme e
guanti.
Lavare accuratamente con acqua calda
e sapone l’epidermide eventualmente

Oil is toxic: if swallowed, even in
small amounts, avoid the shock of
vomit and see a doctor.
Oil contains dangerous contaminating
agents that can cause skin tumours.
Handle oil as little as possible and protect
the skin with creams and gloves.

Gli oli a bassa viscosità in particolare producono tali effetti, pertanto prestare particolare attenzione quando si movimentano oli usati che
possono essere diluiti in seguito a contaminazione con combustibile.
Ogni qualvolta si devono movimentare oli è necessario rispettare buone norme di cura e igene
personale e dello stabilimento.
Per i dettagli relativi a tali precauzioni, leggere
le pubblicazioni pertinenti emesse dall’ente sanitario locale in aggiunta a quanto segue.
The lubricants used by the Manufacturer are not
harmful to the health if used in the correct way
for the required case.
Nevertheless, excessive or prolonged contact
with the skin can remove the skin’s natural oils,
causing dehydration and irritation.
Low-viscosity oils in particular produce that
effect, therefore pay particular attention when
handling used oils which can be diluted following
contamination with fuel.
Whenever handling oils, always comply with the
personal health and hygiene rules and those of
the factory.

the relative publications issued by the local
health organization, in addition to that given
below.

In caso di incendio, per le parti elettriche vanno
usati mezzi estinguenti a polvere e a gas.
Non dirigere getti d’acqua contro la macchina:
potrebbero causare corti circuiti.
Se la macchina è sottoposta a lungo alle fiamme è possibile lo scoppio dei serbatoi e tubi in
pressione: porre quindi molta attenzione a non
essere investiti dai fluidi contenuti nei tubi e
serbatoi.
In case of fire, powder and gas fire-extinguishers
must be used for the electrical parts.
Do not direct jets of water on the machine as
this could cause short-circuits.
If the machine is subjected to the flames for a
long time the tanks and pressurized pipes may
explode: therefore pay maximum attention in
order to avoid being struck by the fluids
contained in the pipes and tanks.

PULSANTE DI EMERGENZA
EMERGENCY PUSHBUTTON
Pulsante a fungo di colore rosso con anello di
base colore giallo che serve per fermare, in caso
di pericolo, tutti i movimenti della macchina togliendo l’alimentazione elettrica ai motori.

Verifica dei dispositivi di sicurezza
“Pulsante di emergenza”
A macchina in funzione, premere il pulsante a
fungo di emergenza (1), la macchina si arresta, si deve interrompere ogni forma d’energia,
e il pulsante a fungo deve rimanere premuto.
Eseguire la verifica premendo il pulsante di
START sul tastierino (T) e la macchina non deve
partire in nessun caso.
Per riavviarla, riarmare il pulsante di emergenza (1) e premere START.
Checking safety devices
“Emergency pushbutton”
With the machine running, press the emergency
mushroom pushbutton (1), the machine stops,
interrupts any form of energy, and the mushroom pushbutton must remain pressed.
Carry out the check by pressing the START

Per la movimentazione della macchina imballata, è necessario l’uso di appositi mezzi sollevatori la cui capacità massima di sollevamento non

Se la macchina viene fornita avvolta con telo
nylon gli eventuali accessori, ricambi e materiali di consumo, saranno imballati in scatole di
cartone. Per la rimozione dell’imballaggio tagliare il nastro di nylon, prestando attenzione a non
danneggiare la macchina o parti di essa.
Verificare che il contenuto sia conforme all’ordine
e alla documentazione di accompagnamento.
Lo smaltimento dell’imballo dovrà essere fatto
a cura dell’acquirente secondo le indicazioni delle
locali leggi vigenti.
If the machine is supplied wrapped with nylon
cloth, any possible accessories, replacement
parts and consumable material will be packed
in cardboard boxes. To remove the packing,
cut the nylon tape, paying attention not to
damage the machine or parts of it.
Make sure that it complies with the order and
the accompanying documentation.
The packing must be disposed of by the
customer according to the provisions of current
local regulations.

VELOCITÀ
Permette di cambiare la velocità del simulatore
in qualsiasi momento.
Normalmente il simulatore lavora ad una velocità media se la si desidera cambiare è sufficiente pigiare Minimo oppure Massimo.
Quando si accende la macchina questo parametro si posiziona automaticamente in Medio.
SPEED
This option permits to change the speed of the
simulator in every moment.
Normally the simulator works on a medium
Speed, if you wish to change it is enough to
press Minimum or maximum Speed on the touch
screen. When you switch on the machine the
speed parameter positions automatically on
Medium Speed.

Si utilizza per selezionare la modalità di funzionamento del simulatore.
1C=1 PERSONA: selezionando questa modalità il simulatore funzionerà nel modo “1 Credito
per persona” ad esempio 1 gettone=1 passeggero.
Il simulatore finisce il giro correttamente solo
se per ogni credito corrisponde un passeggero .
In casi i passeggeri sono superiori ai crediti la
macchina si ferma e scrive (credito insufficiente) sul monitor.
PROCEDURE
It is used to select the working procedure of the
simulator.
1C=1 PERSON: if you select this procedure the
simulator will work in the way of “1 Credit per
person” for example 1 Token= 1 Passenger.
Il numero di passeggeri non può
aumentare o diminuire dopo 10
secondi dalla partenza, se avviene la
macchina va in “Restore”.
The number of passengers can not
increase or decrease after 10
seconds from beginning of the
simulation, if this happens the simulator
goes to “Restore”.
1C=1 RIDE: selezionando questa modalità il
simulatore funzionerà nel modo “1 Credito 1
giro” che significa che con 1 credito possono
salire anche 3 persone.
Il Simulatore finisce il giro correttamente qualunque sia il numero di passeggeri.
1C=1 RIDE: if you select this procedure the
simulator will work in the way “1 Credit=1 Ride”
which means that with 1 credit can go inside
the simulator also 3 passengers.

WITHOUT CREDIT: selezionando questa modalità il simulatore funziona senza necessità di
inserire gettoni o crediti, praticamente gratis.
Il Simulatore accetta lo Start anche senza credito con 1–2–3 passeggeri.
WITHOUT CREDIT:if you select this procedure the simulator will work without the need to
insert any tokens or credits, pratically for free.

botton on the touch Screen.

Il PC potrebbe essere spento o non funzionante. La seriale potrebbe essere scollegata.

The cyclic sense of the phases is not correct,
reverse the phase.
Batterie UPS scariche: provvedere alla sostituzione.
UPS battery low: proceed to replace with new
ones.
Restore.
Si attiva tutte le volte che i passeggeri dopo 10
secondi dalla partenza aumento o diminuiscono
di numero fermando il file di movimenti che riprenderà solamente quando le condizioni sono
uguali a quelli iniziali.
Si attiva anche in caso di apertura di una porta
durante la simulazione.
Restore.
It is active all the times that during the simulation after 10 seconds from start the number of
passengers in the capsule is increasing or
decreasing, the restore stops the movement file
and brings the machine to rest position while
the movie is continuing and start again the
movement only when the initial conditions of
number of passengers is same as at the
beginning. The restore is active also in case of
opening of one door during the simulation.

SET LIMIT: serve per regolare la corsa dei cilindri. É espresso in percentuale da 0 a 100%.
É possibile regolare il limite inferiore e il limite
superiore del cilindro.
SET LIMIT: it is used to adjust the stroke of
the cylinders. It is a percentage from 0 up to
100%. It is possible to adjust the bottom and
top limit of every cylinder.
SET PARAMETER: premere “ENTER” per entrare. Selezionare con le freccette il filmato che
si vuole modificare.
Una volta selezionato il filmato è possibile modificare i seguenti parametri:
- Integrator factor: è un fattore che modifica
la violenza del filmato selezionato. Il fattore è
un numero compreso tra 1 e 20. Più ci avviciniamo a 20 più il simulatore perde violenza
durante il funzionamento.
- Syncronism factor: è utilizzato per sincronizzare il movimento con il filmato.
Se si inseriscono valori negativi si anticipa il
movimento.
Se si inseriscono valori positivi si posticipa il
movimento rispetto al video.
1 Secondo è uguale a 5.

the movements begins earlier than the video.

IMPORT RIDE FROM CD ROM: è utilizzato per
il caricamento di un nuovo filmato nel computer. Bisogna inserire il CD nel lettore e premere

HYDRAULICH TEST: serve per alzare il
simulatore in modo manuale per procedere a

HYDRAULICH TEST: it is used to lift the
simulator manually in order to proceed to

FUNZIONE RESTORE
RESTORE FUNCTION
Questa funzione permette al computer di controllare le condizioni di partenza della macchina
abbinando CREDITO a PERSONA.
Passati i 10 secondi di controllo da parte del
computer, se vi è una variazione di passeggeri
in più o in meno all’interno del simulatore, il
computer interrompe il file di movimento portando la macchina in posizione di riposo fino a
quando non sente le condizioni corrette per portare a termine la simulazione.
This function permits the computer to control
the starting conditions of the machine combining
CREDIT to PEOPLE.
After 10 seconds of checking from the computer, if there is any changes in the number of the
passengers inside the capsule, the computer
stops the movement file bringing the simulator
to rest position until it feels the correct conditions
in order to continuing the simulation.
Ad esempio: l’utente inserisce un credito, entrano in due persone del simulatore, sullo schermo al plasma compare la scritta “CREDITO 1”;
si siedono tutti e due e si allacciano le cinture di
sicurezza, chiudono la porta, selezionano il filmato con le quattro frecce e premono “START”
(Fig. 1); la macchina si mette in posizione di
lavoro. Dopo 10 secondi, avvenuto il controllo
del computer dando esito negativo, il
simulatore si porta in posizione di riposo e sullo
schermo compare la scritta “CREDITO INSUFFICIENTE”, mentre il video del filmato continua senza interruzioni fino alla fine, ma non si
perde il credito inserito inizialmente.
Le soluzioni per i due utenti a questo punto sono
due: o uno dei due utenti scende dal simulatore,
oppure si deve inserire un altro credito, in quanto
il simulatore aveva rilevato la presenza di due
utenti, quindi numero 2 crediti.
For Example: the user insert 1 Credit but 2
people go inside the simulator, on the plasma
screen appears “CREDIT 1”; both passengers
sits down and fasten the seats belts, close the
doors, select the movie with the 4 green arrows
and press “START” (Fig. 1); the simulator
starts normal working.
After 10 seconds is carried out the control from
the computer with a negative result, the
simulator goes back to rest position and on the
screen appears “INSUFFICIENT CREDIT”,
while the video continues without any
interruption until the end, but the initial credit
is not lost.
The passengers have 2 options: one of the 2
passengers leaves the simulator or they add
another credit, as the computer detected the
presence of 2 users and needs 2 credits.

(S) ed in caso di attivazione sul touch
screen compare la scritta “RESTORE

ARRESTO DELLA MACCHINA
STOP OF THE MACHINE
Vi sono quattro modi per provocare l’arresto della macchina, ognuno con caratteristiche e indicazioni di opportunità diverse.
The machine can be stopped in four ways, each
of them has its characteristics:
1) ARRESTO TEMPORANEO PROVOCATO
DALL’UTENTE ALL’INTERNO DEL
SIMULATORE. Premendo il pulsante di
“STOP” la macchina si porta in posizione di
riposo pronta per un nuovo ciclo.
1) TEMPORARY STOP CAUSED BY THE
PASSENGERS INSIDE THE SIMULATOR.
Pushing the botton “STOP” inside the capsule the simulator goes to rest position ready
for a new ride.
2) ARRESTO DI EMERGENZA
Premendo sul pulsante di emergenza si causa l’arresto immediato di tutte le funzioni
della macchina. Per ripartire, una volta eliminato le cause che hanno portato all’utilizzo del pulsante di emergenza, riarmare quest’ultimo e la macchina è pronta per un nuovo ciclo.
2) EMERGENCY STOP
If you press the emergency push-button,
the machine immediately stops.
To restart after eliminating the causes that
led to use of the emergency pushbutton,
reset the latter and the machine is ready
for a new ride.
3) ARRESTO PER INTERRUZIONE DELLA
RETE ELETTRICA.
Con la macchina in funzione, in caso di interruzione della rete, la macchina si posiziona orizzontalmente portandosi successivamente in posizione di riposo.
3) STOP DUE TO BLACK OUT.
During the working of the machine is case
of power failure the machine goes
immediately to rest position.
4) ARRESTO A FINE SEZIONE DI LAVORO.
Quando il simulatore è fermo e sul display
compaiono i trailer, premere il pulsante (5)
ed attendere la chiusura del programma (circa 20 secondi), dopo di chè ruotare l’interruttore generale (1) in posizione “OFF”.
4) STOP AT END OF WORKING SESSION.
When the simulator is in rest position and
on the screen appears the demo of the
movies, press the botton (5) switch off PC
and wait for shut down of the programme
(about 20 seconds), then turn the main
switch (1) in position “OFF”.

• É buona norma eseguire un periodica pulizia
della macchina al fine di eliminare corpi estranei (es. polvere, sostanze estranee ed imbrattanti, ecc.) che potrebbero usurare eccessivamente tutte le parti mobili della macchina.
• It is a good rule to carry out periodical cleaning
of the machine in order to remove foreign
bodies (e.g. dust, foreign and dirtying
substances, etc.) that could excessively wear
all the mobile parts of the machine.

outer appearance of the machine, remember
that it is easier to detect faults or problems on
the chassis or in the hydraulic or electric
circuits if the machine is clean.

• Do not spray water directly on the electromechanical parts or the relative wiring.
• Evitare che spruzzi d’acqua raggiungano la

IMPIANTO IDRAULICO
HYDRAULIC SYSTEM
Controllare il livello dell’olio del serbatoio idraulico ed eventuali perdite da tubi flessibili usurati
o tubazioni danneggiate.
Controllare le guarnizioni dei tubi oleodinamici,
in quanto potrebbero presentarsi delle piccole
perdite dovute all’assestamento delle guarnizioni
coniche; in tal caso stringere i raccordi in modo
adeguato.
Control the oil level of the hydraulic tank and
possible oil leaks from flexible worn pipes or
damaged pipes.
Control the seals of the oil-pressure pipes,
because there can be some leaks due to the
conic seals adjustment; in this case fasten the
joints in the right way.
If the piping must be replaced you
have to clean it carefully before
mounting them.
In caso di sostituzione delle tubazioni effettuare un’accurata pulizia
delle stesse prima del montaggio.

care in cleaning the radiator core, and ensure

heating efficiency.

lato olio, lo scambiatore dovrà essere smontato. Lo sporco può essere rimosso flussando in
contro-corrente un prodotto detergente, tipo
percloretilene o sostanza sgrassante, compatibile con l’alluminio.
CLEANING OIL SIDE: dismantle the heat
exchanger for cleaning the oil section.
Dirt must be flushed out with a detergent (in
counter-current) such as perchlorethylene or a
degreasing product compatible with aluminium.
PULIZIA LATO ARIA: la pulizia lato aria può
essere fatta con aria compressa, con direzione
del getto parallelo alle alette per non danneggiarle. Se lo sporco accumulato è oleoso o grasso, può essere rimosso con getto di vapore o

AIR SIDE CLEANING : to clean the air section
use compressed air, aiming the jets parallel to
the fins to avoid damaging them.
If the dirt build-up is oily or greasy, use hot
steam or water jets, with great care.

(D) ed introducendo olio tipo Q8 HAENDEL
68 dopo di chè chiudere il tappo.

Durante il normale utilizzo della macchina, se si
dovesse visualizzare sul pannello operatore (A)
un messaggio riferito all’intasamento filtro, sta
a significare l’intasamento del filtro di mandata. Bisogna quindi controllare l’indicatore (B)
che si presenta di colore rosso.
If when using the machine in normal conditions
an alarm message comes up on the touch screen
(A) indicating clogged filters this signals should
come on this signals that the delivery filter is
clogged or dirty. You have to check the indicator
(B) which is in red colour.
SOSTITUZIONE FILTRO IDRAULICO
HYDRAULIC FILTER REPLACEMENT
Per eseguire la sostituzione:
To replace proceed as follow:
1) Svitare la cartuccia (D) aiutandosi con una
chiave da 30 mm inserendola nella parte
esagonale sottostante (E).
1) Unscrew the cartridge (D) from underneath
(E) using a 30 mm spanner.
Nell’operazione di sostituzione cartuccia, provvedere a posizionare
nella zona interessata un recipiente per
la raccolta dell’olio.
When replacing cartridges always
position a container or tub
underneath to collect any hydraulic oil.
2) Sostituire la guarnizione OR usata con
quella nuova, fornita insieme alla cartuccia
nuova, stendendo su di essa un leggero velo
d’olio.
2) Replace worn O-rings with the new ones
provided with the new cartridge.
Spread a thin layer of oil on the O-rings.
3) Rimontare il tutto stringendo bene sull’esagono (E) con la chiave da 30 mm.
3) Remount the various parts and securely tighten the hexagonal nut (E) in position using
a 30 mm spanner.

Se è spento il problema è elettrico. Verificare che arrivi tensione alla valvola “cut

materials available on the market. Its frame and
its moving parts are plentifully over dimensioned
in relation with its use. For this reason it probably
will last more than 20 years, provided that it is
periodically serviced and its wearable parts are
changed when necessary.
