Serie Variant idraulica
L’assenza di spine passanti all’interno del telaio e l’abbandono della saldatura
anche nei punti di tiro, annullano tutte le tensioni dei materiali, permette una
maggiore elasticità, raggiungendo una robustezza impensabile con le precedenti tecniche. I perni di regolazione della larghezza di lavoro, sono imbullonati
esternamente alla trave. Essi sono forniti di boccole cementate antiusura e
lubrificabili esternamente.
In this new type we have omitted the thorn which
passed into the frame and we have also left the point
of soldering in the draught point; in this way we have
annulled all the material-tension, and therefore we
have obtained more elasticity, a very high robustness,
that we never couldn’t have with the past techniques.
The regulation joint of the working-width are bolted
externally of the frame. They have cemented antiworn ferrule, externally lubricated.

Questo aratro nasce in risposta all’esigenza di aumentare e diminuire la larghezza di lavoro.
Questo modello offre diverse possibilità di larghezza di lavoro regolabili manualmente da
30 cm (12”) a 51 cm (20”), con il semplice ed economico “sistema a passo”, allentando un
bullone dalla sede di posizionamento.
This series are designed to variant working width by hand. From 30 cm (12”) to 51 cm (20”). Trouah
the easy and economic “system at step” sit consist in loosening the bolt from its positioning seat.

Nella gamma degli aratri polivomeri Serie 14-16-17-18-20 è stato aggiunto un nuovo accessorio che offre la possibilità di ridurre la lunghezza
dell’aratro.
Questa esigenza è nata per il rispetto delle norme del nuovo Codice della
Strada. Il meccanismo di sgancio è completamente automatizzato.
Il nuovo sistema è composto da due cilindri supplementari collegati in
sequenza e pilotati da alcune valvole speciali.
Alla semplice immissione del fluido idraulico si staccano automaticamente i ganci di blocco e il telaio si smezza facendo perno su una cerniera di acciaio speciale.
Con un altro comando l’aratro si riposiziona in funzione di lavoro e ritorna
ad essere bloccato dai ganci di sicurezza.
Plough with closable frame
The range of ploughs 14-16-17-18-20 Series has been
added a new accessory that allows you to reduce the
length of the plough. This need has been established in
order to make easier the transport of the plough with the
tractor. The release mechanism is completely automated.
The new system is composed of two additional cylinders connected in sequence and piloted by some valves.
The simple input hydraulic fluid detaches aut omatically
blocking the hooks and the frames divides doing pivot
on a hinge of special steel. With another command, the
plough returns on the basis of work and returns to be
blocked by security hooks. All movements are controlled
directly from the cab of the tractor. With respect the rules
of the Highway Code, that is different in every country,
it is not only avoided administrative sanctions, but the
reduction of the length of the plough is a vital function for
security in the road.

Traction unit with hydraulic displacement
The traction unit with hydraulic displacement grants to
regulate the working depth with hydraulic system from
first bodies and to complete the ploughing near ditchers
and borders. It is recommended to 2-furrow ploughs.

Stereable traction unit
The stereable traction unit simplifies the adjustment of
the plough during the ploughing. It facilitates the use of
