The importance of security and quality of the products grows day by day. We therefore,
decided to emphasize the quality and security level reached by our products and proceeded
with the certification of a wide range of them. We relied upon one of the most serious
and well known European bodies, TÜV SÜD, that tested our products submitting them to
several tests apt to determine in an objective way their performance, the quality and the
security of IAMdesign products. The positive results obtained with these tests allowed us
to certify our products according to the laws in force in many European countries. We can
therefore guarantee our customers high quality products.
La sicurezza e la qualità dei prodotti al giorno d’oggi assumono un importanza sempre
maggiore,abbiamo quindi deciso di evidenziare il livello qualitativo e la sicurezza
raggiunti dai nostri prodotti certificandone una vasta gamma. Per fare questo ci siamo
affidati ad uno degli enti piu seri e conosciuti d’Europa TÜV SÜD che ha testato i nostri
prodotti sottoponendoli a molte divere prove atte a determinare in modo oggettivo le loro

Da oggi sei più sicuro!
Infatti Ind.i.a. spa ha testato e certificato
una vastissima gamma di supporti per
vetro compresi il Da Vinci Clamp System e
il The Glass System. Essi hanno ottenuto
l’approvazione e la certificazione dall’ente
TÜV, da tutti riconosciuto con uno dei più
severi uffici di controllo qualità.
Sono stati approvati secondo la norma DIN/
EN 12600
RESISTENZA ALLA PRESSIONE ORIZZONTALE
HORIZONTAL PRESSURE RESISTANCE
Test volto a verificare eventuali deformazioni o rotture
dovute all’applicazione di un carico di 3.5 kN per la
durata di 1 min, tale test è effettuato applicando la
forza nel punto più favorevole a causare il cedimento
dell’oggetto in prova. Il carico è applicato da una pressa
tarata che registra la forza applicata ed eventuali
cedimenti. Tutte le pinze testate presso i laboratori TÜV
Italia S.r.L hanno superato i test di compressione senza
registrare deformazioni o rotture.
This test is meant to verify the possibility of
deformations or breaks due to the application of a 3.5
kN load for 1min. The test is done applying the force
on a specific point which is more subject to cause the
failure of the tested object. The load is applied by a
calibrated press that registers the applied strength
and possible failure. All the clamps tested at TUV Italia
s.r.l.’s laboratories passed the compression tests with
no sign of deformations or fractures.

TRACTION RESISTANCE
La prova consiste nell’applicare per 300 secondi una
forza trainante di 500 N (50 kg) ad una lastra fermata
con un supporto per vetro. Al termine del test non vi
devono essere movimenti, deformazioni o rotture.
The test consists of applying a 500 N (50kg) driving
strength for 300 seconds to a sheet blocked by a
glass clamp. At the end of the test there must be no
movements, deformations or fractures

Actually, Ind.i.a. spa has tested and certified
quite a big variety of glass clamps including
the Da Vinci Clamp System and the Glass
System. They obtained TUV’s approval and
certification. TUV is known world wide as one
of the most severe quality control agencies.
They have been approved according to DIN/EN
12600 safety standards.

RESISTENZA ALL’IMPATTO
IMPACT RESISTANCE
La prova consiste nel far impattare un vetro supportato
da 4 morsetti con un corpo di 50 kg colpendolo nel
punto più critico della sua struttura. Il pendolo
realizzato con il peso deve misurare una lunghezza di
1.5 mt e deve percorrere 30 ° dal momento del rilascio
al momento dell’impatto con il vetro.
The test consists of impacting a glass supported by
4 clamps with a 50kg body , by hitting it in the most
critical point of its structure. The pendulum realised
with the weight must have a length of 1.5mt and has to
cover a 30° angle from the moment of the release to the
moment of the impact with the glass.
RESISTENZA ALLA CORROSIONE
CORROSION RESISTANCE
I prodotti sono stati inseriti in una camera in grado
di eseguire la prova in conformità alla norma ISO
9227:2006. La camera nebulizza una soluzione di sale
NaCl al 5% con pH compreso fra 6,5 e 7,2 ad una
temperatura costante di +35 °C.
Durata della prova: 120 ore.
The products have been put inside a saline fog room, to
carry out the test according to ISO 9227:2006.
The room nebulises a solution of salt NaCI at 5% with
pH level between 6.5 and 7,2 at a constant temperature
of +35°C.
Length of the test : 120 hours.

AVVERTENZE
Conservare il presente manuale ed in particolar modo il manuale di installazione. Leggere attentamente il manuale di istruzioni prima di effettuare l’assemblaggio ed il montaggio dell’accessorio. Ricordarsi di rispettare sempre la legislazione in

nel libretto di installazione a corredo. Non montare od utilizzare il prodotto in presenza di dubbi sul montaggio, non installare ed utilizzare il prodotto se mancano accessori a corredo dello stesso, in tali casi consultare il proprio rivenditore di zona
o il produttore Ind.i.a. S.p.A..
ISPEZIONE, MANUTENZIONE
L’installazione delle attrezzature deve essere effettuata da personale competente, secondo le indicazioni indicate sulle schede tecniche fornite da Ind.i.a. S.p.A. Sono necessarie manutenzioni e controlli continui per poter mantenere in efficienza e
garantire la perfetta funzionalità delle ringhiere. Esclusivamente personale competente e qualificato deve effettuare la cura, la manutenzione e l’ispezione. A tal proposito si consiglia di impiegare personale indicato dalla ditta costruttrice; in caso
contrario l’Ind.i.a. S.p.A. declina ogni responsabilità.
ISTRUZIONI DI PULIZIA
Si usano parti metalliche in acciaio inox garantendo in tal modo una resistenza alle diverse condizioni atmosferiche. Per la pulizia delle ringhiere non utilizzare acidi, soluzioni alcaline, agenti aggressivi, abrasivi e corrosivi.
WARNINGS

Do not forget to act always in accordance with the law in force in the country of destination and for special constructions check the local or national construction rules (for example in Germany the DIN 18065 and the law: Bauo Bauordungdrechtes).

The installation of the articles has to be carried out by skilled workers, following the instructions indicated in the technical sheets supplied by Ind.i.a. S.p.A. Maintenance operations and checking are periodically needed in order to grant the perfect
functionality and efficiency of the railings. Inspection and maintenance operations have to be carried out only by competent and skilled workers.
We therefore suggest to employ workers indicated by the manufacturer, otherwise Ind.i.a. S.p.A. refuses all responsibilities.
CLEANING INSTRUCTIONS
The use of stainless steel metallic parts guarantees the resistance to the different atmospheric conditions. To clean the railings do not use acids, alkaline solutions, aggressive, abrasives or corrosives agents.
