Codice identificativo assegnato al DDP dal Fornitore. È
responsabilità del Fornitore definire questo numero in
accordo alle proprie regole di identificazione della
documentazione; un unico numero definisce ciascun P/N
fornito (con variazione dell’issue per modifiche al DDP
riferito ad uno stesso P/N, mentre un cambio di P/N implica
sempre un nuovo DDP con un nuovo codice identificativo).
Agusta suggerisce di assegnare lo stesso numero del P/N
del Fornitore, aggiungendo il prefisso “DDP” (p. es.: per il
P/N AX-2546-16 il numero del DDP sarebbe “DDP AX2546-16”).

Identification code assigned to DDP by the Supplier. It is up
to the Supplier to define this number according to its own
documentation numbering rules, maintaining a unique
number for each supplied P/N (varying the issue for DDP
change related to the same P/N, while a P/N change always
implies a new DDP with a new identification code); Agusta
suggests to assign the same number of the Supplier P/N,
adding the prefix “DDP” (i.e. for P/N AX-2546-16 the DDP
number should be “DDP AX-2546-16”).

“Manufacturer P/N” coinciderà con il Part Number del
Fornitore e questo Campo non deve essere compilato.

If a Subcontractor is manufacturing the item according to its
own detail drawings, the Subcontractor's Name and
identifying Part Number shall be reported; this P/N will be the
“Manufacturer P/N”. Otherwise the “Manufacturer P/N” will
correspond to the “Supplier P/N” and this Box shall not be
filled.

Number and revision of the document defining the
requirements applicable to the item (functional and
qualification requirements as for HW and SW and NNU (if
applicable)); if the item is part of a system shall not be
reported the general system specification, but the detailed
“Equipment Specification”. This specification could be a
“Source Control Drawing”, for “simple” item.

Una croce in questo campo definisce un requisito per il
quale l’avvenuta dimostrazione di conformità costituisce un
vincolo obbligatorio per permettere l’installazione dell’item
su di un aeromobile per Attività di Volo Sperimentale (“Flight
Clearance”).
Tipo di attività che deve essere eseguita per dimostrare la
conformità al requisito (“by test, “by design”, “by analysis”
“by similarity”) e, se la dimostrazione è stata eseguita, il
riferimento al report applicabile tra quelli elencati nel Campo
17(b).
Se la dimostrazione non è ancora stata eseguita, scrivere
“To be performed”; altrimenti, se i risultati sono conformi al
requisito scrivere “Compliant”, se non lo sono scrivere
“Not compliant” e riassumere la non conformità e le relative
limitazioni (se ce ne sono).
20(d)
Indicare il nome del Fornitore e marcare il livello di
conformità raggiunto dall’item.
21(a)

its own detail drawings, the Subcontractor is the
“Manufacturer”. Otherwise the “Manufacturer” correspond to
the “Supplier” and the Fields “Supplier Name” shall not be
filled.

Qualora il Fornitore abbia delegato la realizzazione dell’item
ad un Sottofornitore che opera in accordo a disegni di
dettaglio propri, il Sottofornitore è il “Manufacturer ”.

Campi “Supplier Name” non devono essere compilati.
Allo stesso modo, in quest’ultimo caso, il secondo gruppo di
firma (Agusta “Main” Supplier Name) non è applicabile e il
Manufacturer Name coincide con l’Agusta “Main” Supplier
Name.

A cross in this Box defines a requirement for which the
achieved compliance demonstration is considered
mandatory to allow the installation of the item on the aircraft
for Experimental Flight Activities (“Flight Clearance”).
Type of activity to be performed in order to demonstrate the
compliance to the requirement (“by test, “by design”,
“by analysis” “by similarity”) and, if the demonstration has
been performed, the reference to the applicable report, listed
in Box 17(b).
If the demonstration has not yet been performed, write “To
be performed”; otherwise: if results are compliant to the
requirement write “Compliant”, if not write “Not compliant”
and resume the non compliance and the relevant limitation
(if any).
In the same way, in this last case, the second group of
signature (Agusta “Main” Supplier Name) is not applicable
and the Manufacturer Name is the Agusta “Main” Supplier
Name.
