This “Use and Maintenance” booklet is an integral part of the equipment and must be readily on hand
for the personnel in charge of the
running and maintenance of the
machine.
The user, the operator and the
maintenance engineer are
obliged to have a knowledge of
the contents of this booklet.The
descriptions and illustrations contained in this publication are not
intended as binding.
Without altering the main characteristics of the machines described, the manufacturer reserves
the right to make any modifications to the mechanisms, components and accessories that are
deemed necessary for the improvement of the product or for
constructional or commercial reasons, at any time and without any
commitment to update this publication promptly.

WARNINGS
- The installation and use of the
equipment, either partial or total, is restricted to expressly authorized personnel only.
- It is obligatory to earth the metal frame of the equipment.
- Do not start up the WETMIX® if it
is disconnected from the silo/
premixed product feed container..
- Read the waming and hazard
notices on the machine carefully.
- It is forbidden to remove the
warning and hazard notices from
the machine.
- It is forbidden to carry out maintenance, make repairs, modifications or take any measures not
strictly necessary for the work
cycle when the equipment is running.
First of all, disconnect all the
electric power supplies to the
machine.
- It is forbidden to remove the
guards and safety devices trom
the machine.
- It is forbidden to start work
with the guards open, or to
open them during operation.
- Always wear safety gloves while
operating on the machine.
- At the end of the work shift, always disconnect the machine
from the power supply.
- All electrical and non-electrical
maintenance operations must
conform to CEI Standards 64-8

WARNHINWEISE
- Die wenn auch nur teilweise
Installation und Bedienung der
Ausrüstung durch nicht ausdrücklich autorisiertes Personal
ist verboten.
- Die Erdung des Metallgehäuses der Ausrüstung ist unbedingt
erforderlich.
- Es ist verboten, den WETMIX®
in Betrieb zu nehmen, wenn er
nicht an den Silo/Behälter angeschlossen ist, der das vorgemischte Produkt zuführt.
- Die auf dem Gerät angebrachten Warn- und Gefahrenschilder aufmerksam lesen.
- Das Entfernen der Warn- und
Gefahrenschilder vom Gerät ist
verboten.
- Die Durchführung von Wartungsarbeiten, Reparaturen.
Änderungen und anderen für
den Arbeitszyklus bei laufendem Gerät nicht unbedingt notwendigen Arbeiten ist verboten.
Vor jedem Eingriff ist unbedingt die elektrische Versorgung
des Geräts zu unterbrechen.
- Das Entfernen der auf dem
Gerät angebrachten Schutzund Sicherheitsvorrichtungen
ist verboten.
- Arbeitsbeginn mit offenen
Schutzvorrichtungen oder deren Öffnen während des Betriebs ist verboten.
- Das Gerät nur mit Schutzhandschuhen bedienen.
- Bei Betriebsschluß das Gerät
immer von der Stromversorgung trennen.
- Jede elektrische und nicht elektrische Wartung ist gemäß der
Normen CEI 64-8 462.2 463.1
573.3 durchzuführen.

- Il est interdit d'effectuer des opérations de maintenance, des réparations ou modifications non
strictement nécessaires au cycle
de travail la machine en service.
Auparavant débrancher obligatoirement toutes les alimentations électriques de la machine.
- Il est interdit d’enlever les protections et les sécurités installées sur la machine.
- Il est interdit de commencer le
travail avec les protections
ouvertes ou de les ouvrir pendant le travail.
- Opérer sur la machine seulement avec des gants de protection.
- A la fin de la période de travail
débrancher toujours la machine des alimentations électriques.
- Toute opération d’entretien
électrique et non électrique doit
se conformer aux normes CEI

NORME GENERALI
- E’ vietata l' installazione e l'
uso, anche parziale dell'attrezzatura da parte del personale
non espressamente autorizzato.
- E' obbligatorio il collegamento
a terra della carcassa metallica dell' attrezzatura.
- E' vietata la messa in servizio
del WETMIX® se scollegato dal
silo/contenitore di alimentazione del prodotto premiscelato.
- Leggere con attenzione le targhe di avvertenza e pericolo poste sulla macchina.
- E' vietato rimuovere le targhe di
avvertenza e pericolo dalla
macchina.
- E' vietato manutenzionare, eseguire riparazioni, modifiche e
quanto non strettamente necessario al ciclo di lavoro con l'attrezzatura in funzione.
Prima di tutto è obbligatorio disinnestare tutte le alimentazioni elettriche della macchina.
- E' vietato rimuovere le protezioni e le sicurezze presenti sulla macchina.
- E' vietato iniziare il lavoro con
le protezioni aperte o aprirle
durante il lavoro.
- Operare sulla macchina solo
con i guanti di protezione.
- Al termine dei periodi di lavoro
scollegare sempre la macchina
dalle alimentazioni elettriche.
- Qualsiasi manutenzione elettrica e non elettrica deve attenersi alle norme CEI 64-8 462.2

handling of foodstuff. The maximum permitted product grain size
is 4 mm.

Remove packing from gear motor.
During each phase of the installation always handle the mixer
using appropriate hoisting equipment fixed on the welded lifting
eyes on the pipe.

WETMIX®
The control panel can be supplied
mounted on the WETMIX®;
in this case, the ELECTRIC PANEL/
MIXER and WATER SUPPLY PANEL/
MIXER connections are made by
WAM®.
If the MIXER and PANEL are supplied
separately, proceed as follows:
1) Open the mixer motor terminal
board and connect the mixer power cable ends (sect....).
This cable must have a 3P+T CEE
16A IP65 plug at the other end to
fit into the plug marked “MIXER”
on the panel.
2) Proceed in the same manner to
connect the vibrator to the silo.
N.B: (cable not included)
3) Make the PANEL/MIXER water supply connection using a special reinforced spiral tube having Ø
20mm, internal ....., fixing it to the
MIXER end by means of a clamp
and connector, and on the panel
side by means of a “QUICK RELEASE” type coupling.
4) Connect the 3P+T CEE 16A plug
to the electric panel socket after
ensuring that the main switch on
the electric panel is in position “0”.

Die Schalttafel kann auf WETMIX ®
montiert geliefert werden.
In diesem Fall werden die Anschlüsse ELEKTRISCHE SCHALTTAFEL/
MIXER und HYDRAULISCHE
SCHALTTAFEL/MIXER vom WAM ®
ausgeführt.
Im Fall getrennter Auslieferung von
MIXER/SCHALTTAFEL ist auf die folgende Weise vorzugehen:
1) Die Klemmenleiste des Mixer motors öffnen und das Stromversorgungskabel des Mixers (Querschnitt …..) an die Kabelschuhe
anschließen Dieses Kabel ist an
der anderen Sie mit einem Stecker
3P+E EWG 16A IP65 versehen,
der an die Steckdose auf der
Schalttafel anzuschließen ist, die
mit “MIXER” gekennzeichnet ist.
2) Auf die gleiche Weise vorgehen,
um den Rüttler des Silos anzuschließen.
Anm.: (Kabel nicht inbegriffen)
3) Den hydraulischen Anschluss
SCHALTTAFEL/MISCHER vornehmen, indem man ein Rohr mit entsprechender Spiralverstärkung und
Innendurchmesser von 20 mm
anschließt, das man am Ende des
MISCHERS mit Schelle und Anschlussstutzen desselben befestigt, und auf der Seite der Schalttafel mit einem Anschluss vom
Typ “QUICK RELEASE”.
4) Die Stromversorgungssteckbuchse 3P+E EWG 16A am Stecker des
Schaltkastens anschließen, nachdem man sichergestellt hat, dass
der Hauptschalter des Schaltschranks in der Position “0” steht.

L’autre extrémité de ce câble doit
être munie d’une fiche 3P+T CEE
16A IP65 qui sera branchée à la
prise repérée sur l’armoire par le
sigle “MIXER”.
2) Procéder de la même manière pour
connecter le vibrateur du silo.
N.B: (câble exclu)
3) Réaliser le raccordement hydrique
ARMOIRE/MÉLANGEUR en utilisant un tube renforcé par gaine
hélicoïdale diam. 20mm, interne....., en le fixant à l’extrémité du
MÉLANGEUR avec un collier et
un raccord de celui-ci, et du côté
de l’armoire avec un raccord de
type “QUICK RELEASE”.
4) Brancher la prise d’alimentation
3P+T CEE 16A à la fiche de l’armoire électrique après avoir vérifié que l’interrupteur général de l’armoire électrique est sur la position
“0”.

3) Effettuare il collegamento idrico
QUADRO/MIXER utilizzando un
tubo apposito rinforzato e spiralato Ø 20mm, interno....., fissandolo all’estremità del MIXER con fascetta e raccordo dello stesso, e
nel lato del quadro con raccordo
tipo “QUICK RELEASE”.
4) Allacciare la presa di alimentazione 3P+T CEE 16A all’apposita spina del quadro elettrico dopo essersi assicurati che l’interruttore generale del quadro elettrico sia in
posizione “0”.

Frequenz bei Vollast messen.
e) Mischer mehrfach unter Volllast anlaufen lassen und dabei wiederholt Stromaufnahme, Spannung und Frequenz
direkt am Motor messen.
