The luminaires may only be used in areas accessible to pedestrians and cyclists. Do not
expose to road salt. The luminaire can be walked on and can be driven over by vehicles
with air-filled tyres and can withstand a static load of max. 500 kg (5 kN) (see standard

angewendet werden. Nicht Streusalz aussetzen. Leuchte ist begehbar und überrollbar von Fahrzeugen mit luftgefüllten Reifen und darf statisch mit max. 500 kg
(5 kN) belastet werden (siehe Norm 60598-2-13 Anhang A, Tabelle A1, spez. Zeile 2).
Maximale Umgebungstemperatur: 100°C.
The luminaires may only be used in areas accessible to pedestrians and cyclists. Do not
expose to road salt. The luminaire can be walked on and can be driven over by vehicles
with air-filled tyres and can withstand a static load of max. 500 kg (5 kN) (see standard
60598-2-13 Appendix A, Table A1, especially line 2). Maximum ambient temperature:

Die Haftung von Swarovski bleibt auf Schäden beschränkt, die am Gegenstand des Produktes selbst entstehen. Die Haftung für implizit angenommene Eigenschaften und Pflichten, insbesondere hinsichtlich allgemeiner Gebrauchstauglichkeit und Eignung für einen bestimmten Zweck,
wird ausdrücklich ausgeschlossen. Die Höhe des Schadenersatzes ist
auf die Höhe des vom Käufer geschuldeten Warenwertes beschränkt.
Jeder andere Schadenersatz, insbesondere Ersatz des entgangenen
Gewinns, Folgeschäden etc., ist ausgeschlossen, sofern nicht grobes
Verschulden vorliegt. Die Beweispflicht trifft den Kunden. Im Rahmen
der Produkthaftung haftet Swarovski nur für Personenschäden und für
solche Sachschäden, die ein Verbraucher erleidet. Änderung am Liefergegenstand, Nichteinhaltung der Montageanleitung und insbesondere
der Sicherheitshinweise, Nichtbeachten der Produktinformation, die Verwendung nicht originaler oder von Swarovski empfohlener Teile, oder bestimmungsfremde Verwendung befreien Swarovski von der Haftung. Der
Kunde verpflichtet sich, die Haftungsbeschränkung im Falle eines Weiterverkaufes oder einer Weitergabe auf spätere Kunden zu übertragen. Technische Änderungen vorbehalten. Keine Haftung für Druck- oder Satzfehler.
