Questo accessorio della serie “RALLY” protegge il capolino anteriore
dai danneggiamenti dovuti ad urti o cadute. La sua particolare
sagomatura, studiata per avvolgere la carena della moto enduro
nella parte superiore, consente inoltre di avere un portapacchi
anteriore, molto utile quando si usa la moto per
lunghi viaggi. La protezione si installa senza modifiche alla moto;
tuttavia, devono essere già installati il Proteggi serbatoio
cod. 109, oppure cod. 110. La griglia proteggi faro corrisponde al
cod. 160 non compreso nel cod. 112.

This “RALLY” series special guard protects the
headlight fairing against bumps and falls. Its
particular shaping was designed to wrap the
upper section of the headlight fairing of enduro
bike. This guard server also as bag carrier and is
very useful for long strip. The guard can be installed with
out any modification to the bike, but requires the previous
installation of the “RALLY” or “RALLY PLUS”
fuel tanks steel guard( cod. 109 or 100). The
headlights guard is an option and correspond to the code 160
shown in this catalogue and not included in the code 112.

Il proteggi serbatoio “RALLY PLUS” ha le medesime

protezione ancora maggiore; infatti oltre alle funzioni descritte in
precedenza, la rete installata sulla parte frontale fa da schermo
totale contro i sassi sollevati dalla ruota anteriore ed in tale modo
salvaguarda il motore, il radiatore , il telaio, e la carena;
contribuendo a mantenere inalterata nel tempo l’estetica della
moto.

The “RALLY PLUS” fuel tank guard has the same features as the
“RALLY” cod. 109 model but assure increased protection; in fact,
besides all the functions described before, the steel wire installed
on the front side acts as a rock shield (against stones thrown by
the front wheel); the engine, the radiator and the frame are in this
way fully protected, helping to maintain a good bike look for a long
time.

The “RALLY 1” rear carrier has been designed to accurately fit the
bike model of destination; it can be installed using the existing
frame fittings becoming in this way integrating part of the bike
itself. The carrier has a wide loading plate, two practical lateral
handles which also protect the seat and is supplied complete with
fixing bolts. The carrier can carry on until kg. 15.

CAVALLETTO CENTRALE “RALLY”
Il cavalletto centrale “RALLY” è stato studiato per l’utilizzo su
moto da enduro provviste solo del cavalletto laterale. Come è noto
il cavalletto centrale offre una stabilità maggiore del
veicolo in condizione di riposo ed inoltre permette di effettuare quelle
piccole operazioni di manutenzione che richiedono la
rotazione della ruota posteriore (smontaggio ruota, tensione e
lubrificazione catena ecc..).Il cavalletto è regolabile nella posizione di
chiusura, utilizza gli attacchi già esistenti sulla moto
e viene fornito completo di bulloneria per il fissaggio.

The “RALLY” central stand is suitable for enduro bike provided
with side stand only as standard equipment. It is well know that th
central stand offers higher stability of the vehicle at the rest and
furthermore allows for service operations that require rear wheel
rotation,(wheel removal, chain tensioning and lubrication ecc.)
The stand is adjustable in tis closing stroke, can be installed
on the existing bike connections and is provided with all the
fixing bolts.

PARAMOTORE IN ACCIAIO “RALLY”
This skidplate is suitable for 4 stroke enduro bikes; the
wraparound design protects the engine from bumps and rocks
damage. As compared to standard guards, this skidplate
provides additional protection; the weight, thanks to the materials
used (punched steel plate and wire net) is really low. The
skidplate is supplied with all the fixing bolts.

La ricerca e la progettazione, il collaudo ed i dati dimensionali ,effettuati dalla RIKY CROSS SAS consistono in prove paragonabili ai
crash test , dove, il prodotto installato sulla motocicletta viene continuamente provato, in condizioni normali ed estreme per garantirne
la sicurezza , e la stabilità del mezzo stesso.
Vengono effettuati i calcoli, per l’ingombro , la sporgenza degli spigoli; soggetti a normative di legge.
Per i cavalletti di stazionamento centrali, posteriori ed anteriori, vengono effettuate prove di inclinazione, come previsto dalle normative.
