pièces suivantes:

bulletin d'inscription entièrement rempli
•
quittance de la finance d'inscription ou
chèque ou No carte de crédit
•
copie du pedigree
•
pour CCh copie du ou des certificats de
champion
•
pour CU copie de la confirmation par la
fédération nationale du succès obtenu à un
concours pour chiens d'utilité avec
mention, resp. d'une épreuve pour chiens
de chasse
Si le jeu de documents est incomplet, la
demande ne sera pas traitée et considérée
comme non reçue!

Entry form filled in correctly

Receipt of entry fee payment or cheque or

Copy pedigree
•
For registration in Champion class, copy of
the champion certificates
•
For Working class, copy of the
confirmation of the National Canine
Organisation stating that the registered dog
has successfully passed a working trial

sont interdits d'exposition. Pas de
remboursement en cas d'inscription

gestattet, Hunde mit kupierten Ohren
oder Rute auszustellen. Meldegeld wird
nicht zurückgezahlt

citées dans le programme. En cas de non
respect, l'exposant se verra refuser l'entrée et la
finance d'inscription ne lui sera pas
remboursée !
