Pour quoi?
What for?
Un appel à projets stratégique ciblé sur l’axe 3 du programme sur l’accessibilité territoriale
sera ouvert du 1er Avril au 30 Septembre 2011. Le séminaire de lancement offrira de
l’information technique générale ainsi que des consultations individuelles sur les contenus
des projets pendant la phase « avant-projets » - une période obligatoire (1er avril-30 Mai
2011) prévue pour la rédaction et l’envoi au STC Med des « avant-projets ».
A strategic call for proposals dealing with the 3rd Priority axis of the programme on territorial
accessibility will be opened from 1st of April until 30th of September 2011. The launching seminar
will offer general technical information as well as individual consultation on project contents during
the draft project phase, a compulsory period (1st of April – 30th of May) during which applicants
shall fill in and send to the JTS their “draft projects”.

La première partie du séminaire se constituera d’une session générale concernant les
procédures techniques du prochain appel. La deuxième partie sera dédiée à des
consultations individuelles. A ce propos il est nécessaire de transmettre le module
d’enregistrement. À la confirmation de la participation, chaque projet sera informé de
l’horaire pour la consultation individuelle.
The first part of the day will be composed by a general presentation on technical procedures of the
upcoming call. The second half of the day will be dedicated to an individual consultation. Please send
a registration form. By confirming the participation, each project will be informed about the time of the
individual consultation.

How do projects have to prepare?
Comment les projets être préparés ?
Chaque rencontre individuelle aura une durée maximum de 20 minutes. La rencontre devra
être préparée à l’avance. Pour chaque échange la procédure suivante est prévue:
Une présentation rapide du projet (max. 5 minutes) doit être faite par le chef de file.
Celle-ci doit comprendre une description générale du projet ainsi qu'une présentation des
objectifs, activités prévues et résultats
Après cette introduction, les partenaires du projet auront un retour par le programme: la
conformité avec le Programme Opérationnel et les Cahiers des Charges sera discutée afin
d’accroitre les chances d’éligibilité ainsi que toutes autres questions concernant le contenu.
Cette discussion ne doit pas durer plus de 15 minutes. Pour être en mesure de discuter tous
les points prévus dans l’échéancier et afin de permettre à tous les projets d’avoir la
possibilité d’être aidés, nous demandons aux partenariats de préparer l’introduction sur le
projet et se mettre d'accord sur des questions à l'avance.
Une traduction simultanée sera assurée durant la première partie (procédure
de candidature). La rencontre individuelle pourra se dérouler en Anglais ou en Français.
Each individual consultation meeting will last maximum 20 minutes. Thus it shall be prepared well in
advance. For each exchange the following procedure is foreseen:
A short project presentation (max. 5 minutes) shall be given by the lead partner. It shall include a
general description of the project as well as a presentation of objectives, foreseen activities and
outcomes.
After this introduction, project partners will receive input from the programme side: the coherence
with the Operational Programme and the Terms of Reference will be discussed as well as possible
necessary changes to increase the chances of being eligible and other content oriented matters. This
discussion shall not last longer than 15 minutes. In order to be able to discuss all open points in the
foreseen time schedule and in order to allow all projects the possibility to receive these inputs, we
kindly ask the partnership to prepare the project introduction and to agree on open questions in
advance.
Simultaneous interpretation will be provided during the first part (application procedure). The
individual consultation can be held either in English or in French.
