Description of the different parts
a) 2 square end elements in bamboo

circolare di 8 mm e lunghezza 320 mm
c) n. 8 elementi in faggio naturale non trattato, appositamente
zigrinati, con sezione circolare 6 mm e lunghezza 320 mm

After use, clean DODRÌ® with a dry/
damp cloth and replace it in the box.
Dopo l’uso, pulire con un panno
asciutto/umido e riporre il DODRÌ®
nella confezione.
Eventual defects present in the
product are due to the natural
material, bamboo: a resistant,
long-lasting plant compressed into
solid panels.
Eventuali difetti presenti nel
prodotto sono dovuti al materiale
naturale bambù, vegetale durevole
e resistente utilizzato in forma di
pannelli massicci.

•rimuovere dalla confezione a), b), c) e d)
•take a), b), c) and d) out of the box
•inserire gli elementi b) negli apposti fori posti
in basso sul lato interno degli elementi a)
•insert the 2 larger rods b) into the holes low
on the inner side of ends a)
•appoggiare uno ad uno gli elementi c)
•one by one, lay the 8 slimmer rods c) onto the top
of ends a)

IMPASTO
DOUGH
• 4 uova intere, 400 gr di farina, sale q.b.
• 4 eggs, 400 gr of flour, pinch of salt
• lasciare riposare l’impasto in un luogo fresco
e asciutto per 30’
• make the dough and leave it to rest in a cool
dry place for 30 minutes
• tirare la sfoglia
• roll out the pasta sheets
Il numero di appoggi di cui è dotato DODRÌ®, consente di
stendere l’impasto ottenuto con le quantità indicate.
This amount of dough makes the right amount of sheets to
drape over the 8 rods of DODRÌ .
Seguendo queste dosi, inoltre, non sarà necessario
aggiungere altra farina durante la preparazione e la pasta
risulterà amabile e gustosa.
In addition, if you stick to these measurements, you won’t
have to add more flour during preparation and the pasta will
be pliable and tasty.
Il canovaccio* contenuto nella confezione è stato
appositamente realizzato per stendere la sfoglia durante la
lavorazione per favorire l’assorbimento del suo contenuto
umido.
The linen cloth* in the pack was made especially for laying
the dough out on during preparation and thus help to absorb
its humidity.

Il DODRÌ® completo di tutti gli appoggi e con la pasta stesa,
può essere agevolmente sollevato e spostato semplicemente
afferrando contemporaneamente i sostegni laterali e
spingendoli l’uno contro l’altro.
