confronto dei Sistemi DIN (Deutsches
Institut für Normung) e AISI (American
Iron and Steel Institute), abbiamo
sviluppato negli anni una tecnologia

Thanks to an intense activity of
research and development conducted
between 1976 and 1985 we
attended several meetings about
ISO international standard for the
comparison between DIN system
(Deutsches Institutfür Normung) and
AISI (American Iron and Steel Institute)
and worked hard to improve the
quality of our ﬁnal products.

implement technology, enhance the

steel for a reduction of scrap during
blanking process.

gli acciai inossidabili sia martensitici come
l’AISI 420/X39 Cr Mo 17-1 che austenitici
come il PH 15/7 ed il 17/7, abbiamo
trovato il miglior compromesso utilizzando gli
acciai inossidabili serie 300, che rispondono
positivamente sia nelle proprietà meccaniche
che di resistenza alla corrosione, oltre che

haben wir den besten Kompromiss gefunden
und uns für die rostfreien Stähle der Serie
300 entschieden, die sowohl im Hinblick
auf die mechanischen Eigenschaften als
auch auf die Korrosionsfestiget und die
wettbewerbsfähigen Preisen positiv reagieren.
Grâce à notre expérience dans la production
d’anneaux élastiques et de rondelles de
sécurité et après avoir effectué de nombreux
tests avec les aciers inoxydables aussi bien
martensitiques comme l’AISI 420/X39 Cr
Mo 17-1 qu’austénitiques comme le PH
15/7 et le 17/7, nous avons trouvé le
meilleur compromis en utilisant les aciers
inoxydables de la série 300 qui répondent
positivement aussi bien en ce qui concerne
les propriétés mécaniques que la résistance
à la corrosion en plus de prix compétitifs.

arandelas de seguridad, y tras haber
realizado numerosas pruebas con aceros
inoxidables, tanto martensíticos como

has a Hardness of about 58 HRC, on our
progressive stamping machines. Although

conditions of machines that run at 500
blows per minute onto raw material
with 75 - 85 Kg/mm² tensile strength,
BENERI® knurled washers ensure a
perfect seal of the screw, that stands still
even after 1 million press-blows.

La pesatura, la numerazione dei colli e la relativa pallettizzazione
dei cartoni avvengono in modo automatico e la registrazione
informatica di tutti i dati in fase di spedizione permette un
controllo accurato e la rintracciabilità dei lotti di produzione.

department, where a state-of-the-art automatic
equipment sets correct weight and quantity
of boxes and pallets and prints proper labels,
assuring traceability of each box.
