Chinese cooking for sweet sour pork
Half a kilo of pork
Two eggs
Three cups of self raising flour
One cup of water mixing with the flour
Half cup of vinegar
Half cup of water
One cup of sugar
Half a litre of vegetable oil
Add a pinch of salt
METHOD
1. Slice pork into small pieces add pinch of salt, eggs, self-raising flour and mixing with water.
2. To prepare the sauce heat up water add sugar, vinegar and tomato sauce.
3. Heat the oil and cook the pork.
4. Once the meat is cooked add pineapple pieces and sauce on top.
To Die for Burgers

1 pound ground beef
1/2 cup minced onion
2 garlic cloves, pressed
Montreal Steak Seasoning
2 Avocados
1 red onion, sliced thin
1 jar roasted red peppers
6 large onion rolls
Mix together ground beef, minced onion and pressed garlic. Pat
into patties and sprinkle with Montreal Steak Seasoning. Grill to
your liking. Place on an onion roll and top with red onion, lots of
roasted red peppers, and avocado slices.

Spaghetti 400 gr
Aglio 2 spicchi
Olio extravergine di oliva 1/2 bicchiere
Peperoncino q.b.

Mentre cuoce la pasta, tritate l'aglio e fatelo colorire con il peperoncino in una
padella grande con l'olio.
Scolate la pasta al dente e ripassarla nella padella con il condimento, aggiungendo
un paio di cucchiai dell'acqua di cottura per renderla cremosa.
Per gli amanti dei sapori forti, potete aggiungere alla salsa delle acciughe.
