IL PARTENARIATO
Un partenariato passa attraverso un semplice processo strategico che prescinde dalla
specificità di ogni singolo progetto:
• Comprendere le necessità implicite nella progettazione
• Definire le risorse e le capacità mancanti
• Identificare appropriati partner, come da bando
• Identificare partner di paesi diversi
Al Project Manager spetta:
• rendere conto formalmente al promotore delle necessità implicite nella progettazione
• proporre possibili partner e/o negoziare proposte diverse da parte del promotore
• concludere formalmente il partenariato
• tenere aggiornato il network dei potenziali partner

• Durata
• Valutazione e quantificazione delle attività comprese
collaborazione
• Distribuzione delle responsabilità/potere decisionale
• Livello di condivisione di strutture e risorse

Riconoscere le differenze tra i partner è un passo indispensabile per
un buon processo di collaborazione.
E’ fondamentale che tutti gli attori coinvolti siano informati sul
perché e come la collaborazione sia nell’interesse dei vari partner.
Esplicitare gli obiettivi condivisi dai partner è fondamentale per:
• conferire un senso di identità al gruppo di lavoro
• chiarire i meccanismi relazionali
• definire ordini di grandezza e perimetro delle attività
• stabilire procedure di controllo condivise
• preparare il terreno a una buona comunicazione

The partner organisation is not in one of the situations which would exclude it from taking part in a Community grant programme and
accordingly declare that the organisation:
 is not bankrupt or being wound up, is not having its affairs administered by the courts, has not entered into an arrangement with creditors or
suspended business activities, and is not in any analogous situation arising from a similar procedure provided for in national legislation or
regulations;
 has not been convicted of an offence concerning its professional conduct by a judgment which has the force of res judicata;
 is not guilty of grave professional misconduct proven by any means which the contracting authority can justify;
 has met its obligations relating to the payment of social security contributions or taxes under the legislation of the country in which it is
established or with those of the country of the contracting authority or those of the country where the contract is to the performed;
 has not been the subject of a judgment which has the force of res judicata for fraud, corruption, involvement in a criminal organisation or
any other illegal activity detrimental to the Communities' financial interests;
 is not currently subject to an administrative penalty;
 has not been declared to be in serious breach of contract for failure to comply with its contractual obligations subsequent to another
procurement procedure or grant award procedure financed by the Community budget.

the contracting authority as a condition of participation in the contract procedure or fail to supply this information.

I declare I have read and accept the rules governing this call for proposals. I will grant
power of attorney in the terms set out in the annex IV of the grant agreement to the
applicant (coordinator) mentioned above, to act in my name and on my behalf in signing
the possible grant agreement and its possible subsequent riders with the European
Commission. I will be bound by the terms of this grant agreement.

The co-beneficiary hereby confirms that he has taken careful note of and accepts all the
provisions of the above agreement with the Executive Agency for Health and Consumers, in
particular all provisions affecting the co-beneficiary and the co-ordinator. In particular, he
acknowledges that, by virtue of this mandate, the co-ordinator alone is entitled to receive
funds from the Executive Agency for Health and Consumers and distribute the amounts
corresponding to the co-beneficiary’s participation in the action.
2.
The co-beneficiary hereby agrees to do everything in his power to help the co-ordinator fulfil
the co-ordinator’s obligations under the above agreement. In particular, the co-beneficiary
hereby agrees to provide to the co-ordinator whatever documents or information may be
required, as soon as possible after receiving the request from the co-ordinator.
3.
The provisions of the above agreement, including this mandate, shall take precedence over
any other agreement between the co-beneficiary and the co-ordinator which may have an
effect on the implementation of the above agreement between the co-ordinator and the
Executive Agency for Health and Consumers.

A signed copy of this mandate shall be annexed to the above agreement and shall form an
integral part of it.
