The importance of security and quality of the products grows day by day. We therefore, decided to emphasize the quality
and security level reached by our products and proceeded with the certification of a wide range of them. We relied upon
one of the most serious and well known European bodies, TÜV SÜD, that tested our products submitting them to several
tests apt to determine in an objective way their performance, the quality and the security of ARTEFERRO INOX products.

GLASS U Ridefinisce completamente il concetto di Ringhiere in vetro.
Il montaggio è semplicissimo e veloce infatti è stato studiato per
rispondere alle esigenze dell’installatore. Il sistema di fissaggio non
prevede l’utilizzo di cementi, questo facilita di molto la sostituzione
del vetro dove necessario.
GLASS U a new concept for glass railings. It is extremely easy and fast to
install, since it was studied expressly for installers. This system does not require
the use of concrete during installation. This allows for easy replacement of glass
where necessary.

HORIZONTAL PRESSURE RESISTANCE
Consiste nell’applicare una forza orizzontale di 200 kg/ml
all’altezza del corrimano per 300 secondi.
Al rilascio della forza non ci devono essere rotture deformazioni
evidenti del supporto in alluminio.
The test consists of applying a 200 kg/lm horizontal
force on handrail level for 300 seconds. When the
strength is released there must be no break or evident
deformation signs on the aluminium support.
RESISTENZA ALLA TRAZIONE
TRACTION RESISTANCE
Abbiamo infatti applicato una forza trainante di 500 N (50 kg) per
300 secondi ad una lastra fermata dal sistema Glass U. I risultati
dei test sono stati più che positivi, al rilascio della forza non vi
erano nè deformazioni nè rotture.
We applied a 500 N (50kg) driving force for 300 seconds
on a sheet blocked by Glass U system. The results of
the test are more than positive. When the strength was
released there were no deformations or fractures
RESISTENZA ALL’IMPATTO
IMPACT RESISTANCE
La prova consiste nel far impattare un vetro supportato dal profilo
ad "U" con un corpo di 50 kg colpendolo nel punto più critico
della sua struttura. Il pendolo realizzato con il peso deve misurare
una lunghezza di 1.5 mt e deve percorrere 30 ° dal momento del
rilascio al momento dell’impatto con il vetro.
The test consists of impacting a glass supported by "U"
profile with a 50 kgs body , by hitting it in the most critical
point of its structure. The pendulum realised with the
weight must have a length of 1.5mt and has to cover a
30° angle from the moment of the release to the moment
of the impact with the glass.

CORROSION RESISTANCE
I prodotti sono stati inseriti in una camera in grado di eseguire
la prova in conformità alla norma ISO 9227:2006. La camera
nebulizza una soluzione di sale NaCl al 5% con pH compreso fra
6,5 e 7,2 ad una temperatura costante di +35 °C.
Durata della prova: 120 ore.
The products have been put inside a saline fog room, to
carry out the test according to ISO 9227:2006.
The room nebulises a solution of salt NaCI at 5% with
pH level between 6.5 and 7,2 at a constant temperature
of +35°C.
Length of the test : 120 hours.

Respect the torque wrench setting given by the

Inserire all’interno del profilo in alluminio la guarnizione ad U prescelta
Install the carter to cover the screws for the whole
length of the U shaped profile
Insert in the aluminium profile the chosen U shaped
rubber gasket

garantire la perfetta funzionalità delle ringhiere. Esclusivamente personale competente e qualificato deve effettuare la cura, la manutenzione e l’ispezione. A tal proposito si consiglia di impiegare personale indicato dalla ditta costruttrice; in caso
contrario l’Ind.i.a. S.p.A. declina ogni responsabilità.
ISTRUZIONI DI PULIZIA
Si usano parti metalliche in acciaio inox garantendo in tal modo una resistenza alle diverse condizioni atmosferiche.Per la pulizia delle ringhiere non utilizzare acidi, soluzioni alcaline, agenti aggressivi, abrasivi e corrosivi.
WARNINGS

The installation of the articles has to be carried out by skilled workers, following the instructions indicated in the technical sheets supplied by Ind.i.a. S.p.A. Maintenance operations and checking are periodically needed in order to grant the perfect
functionality and efficiency of the railings. Inspection and maintenance operations have to be carried out only by competent and skilled workers.
We therefore suggest to employ workers indicated by the manufacturer, otherwise Ind.i.a. S.p.A. refuses all responsibilities.
CLEANING INSTRUCTIONS
The use of stainless steel metallic parts guarantees the resistance to the different atmospheric conditions. To clean the railings do not use acids, alkaline solutions, aggressive, abrasives or corrosives agents.

L’installazione delle attrezzature deve essere effettuata da personale competente, secondo le indicazioni indicate sulle schede tecniche fornite da Ind.i.a. S.p.A. Sono necessarie manutenzioni e controlli continui per poter mantenere in efficienza e
garantire la perfetta funzionalità delle ringhiere. Esclusivamente personale competente e qualificato deve effettuare la cura, la manutenzione e l’ispezione. A tal proposito si consiglia di impiegare personale indicato dalla ditta costruttrice; in caso
contrario l’Ind.i.a. S.p.A. declina ogni responsabilità.
ISTRUZIONI DI PULIZIA
Si usano parti metalliche in acciaio inox garantendo in tal modo una resistenza alle diverse condizioni atmosferiche.Per la pulizia delle ringhiere non utilizzare acidi, soluzioni alcaline, agenti aggressivi, abrasivi e corrosivi.

Do not forget to act always in accordance with the law in force in the country of destination and for special constructions check the local or national construction rules (for example in Germany the DIN 18065 and the law: Bauo Bauordungdrechtes).

check, maintenance
The installation of the articles has to be carried out by skilled workers, following the instructions indicated in the technical sheets supplied by Ind.i.a. S.p.A. Maintenance operations and checking are periodically needed in order to grant the perfect
functionality and efficiency of the railings. Inspection and maintenance operations have to be carried out only by competent and skilled workers.
We therefore suggest to employ workers indicated by the manufacturer, otherwise Ind.i.a. S.p.A. refuses all responsibilities.
CLEANING INSTRUCTIONS
The use of stainless steel metallic parts guarantees the resistance to the different atmospheric conditions. To clean the railings do not use acids, alkaline solutions, aggressive, abrasives or corrosives agents.

Realizzare un cancello, una recinzione, una scala o, in generale, una
composizione in Acciaio Inox o ancor più in Ferro Battuto mette l’artigiano
nella condizione di dover scegliere tra migliaia di possibilità realizzative a
livello estetico. Tale ricchezza è, naturalmente, resa possibile dalla grande
varietà di articoli disponibili e dalla possibilità di ottenere da loro molteplici
composizioni.
Tale gamma di prodotti, di linee e di motivi che possono essere assemblati,
creando ad ogni passaggio differenti effetti, porta l’artigiano in un terreno che
molto si avvicina all’arte in quanto la progettazione comporta precise scelte
estetiche che ben si adattino all’ambiente dove verranno collocate.
 
Una delle necessità più frequentemente avvertite dai Fabbri e dai loro clienti
è quella di visualizzare la composizione preventivandone al contempo i
materiali e stimandone quindi agevolmente i costi, e potendone modificare
l’aspetto “con un click”. Per venire incontro a tale necessità Ind.i.a. spa da anni
abbina ai suoi già riccamente illustrati cataloghi (oltre 2000 foto ambientate)
un software di progettazione 3D chiamato Arteferro CAD.
Tale strumento è quindi un aiuto per i fabbri ed architetti nel visualizzare
l’effetto di insieme ed inoltre è un efficace strumento di vendita nei
confronti del cliente che riesce a visualizzare con immediatezza e efficacia
la composizione che desidera, sia essa una scala, un cancello, una recinzione
o altro. Per restare al passo con i tempi il software è stato strutturato per
essere un prodotto esclusivamente web e verrà reso disponibile nel corso
dei primi mesi del 2010.
 
La principale novità introdotta con la nuova versione del Software, chiamato
Arteferro CAD 4 - Web configurator, è la sua fruibilità esclusivamente online. Tale scelta è motivata dalla volontà di proporre ai professionisti e agli
“Innamorati del Ferro Battuto e dell’ Acciaio Inox” un programma che sia
costantemente
aggiornato tramite l’inserimento di sempre nuovi articoli e composizioni precostruite senza il peso di continui aggiornamenti del programma. La libreria di
articoli disponibile arriverà a contare oltre 10.000 pezzi selezionati da Ind.i.a.
spa e conterrà anche la linea
di prestigio “Gonzato Design”. La prima release del programma permette di
realizzare composizioni in Ferro Battuto e verrà seguita anche dalla funzione
per progettare con l’acciaio Inox.

The broad range of product lines and to-be-assembled patterns also inspire the
creation of
diverse aesthetic effects. Creative uses of wrought iron and stainless steel allow any
craftsman the freedom of artistic style, since the creation or design process entails
precise aesthetic choices which have to perfectly suit the environment in which they
will be placed.
One of the needs most frequently felt by blacksmiths
(fabricators) and their customers is the need to visualize designs and evaluate the
materials used in those designs at the same time. This allows for easy estimation of
costs and the chance to make changes with just a click of the mouse.
Ind.I.A. S.p.A. has strived for years to meet these needs by offering in its catalogues,
which are already rich in illustrations with more than 2000 set pictures, a 3D design
software program called Arteferro CAD. The software has proven itself a valuable
tool in helping blacksmiths, architects and designers visualize and complete entire
projects. Furthermore, it is an effective sales tool for attracting customers because;
it enables users to play around with model designs, it is fast and easy to use, and it
allows users to thoroughly view created designs, whether they are of staircases, gates,
