HDPE
Il prodotto HDPE costituisce l’esecuzione per comando di
estrusori monovite della collaudata serie di riduttori per
servizio pesante HDP, con i quali condivide l’architettura
generale e la stragrande maggioranza dei componenti.
I riduttori HDPE si caratterizzano per il montaggio nella
parte anteriore della robusta cassa in ghisa sferoidale del
supporto estrusore dotato di un cuscinetto assiale orientabile a rulli della serie 294…E, di fornitura esclusiva delle
primarie marche. La particolare costruzione garantisce una
lubrificazione del cuscinetto condivisa con quella del riduttore di velocità.
Grazie ad un’estrema modularità, per ogni taglia di riduttore è possibile selezionare il cuscinetto reggispinta più idoneo
a garantire la soluzione ottimale dal punto di vista economico e prestazionale, potendosi adattare facilmente alle specifiche esigenze del Cliente nell’interfaccia di collegamento
vite/cilindro.
Le prestazioni e le principali dimensioni d’ingombro e di fissaggio sono reperibili nel catalogo dei riduttori HDP, al quale
si rimanda per il dimensionamento della trasmissione e per
ogni altro dettaglio non riportato nel presente opuscolo. Nel
dimensionare il riduttore per comando estrusore è raccomandata l’applicazione di un fattore di servizio minimo pari
a fs = 1.5.

allo scopo di garantire la selezione di una trasmissione perfettamente bilanciata ed ottimizzata
per la specifica applicazione.

he HDPE series is the configuration specifically developed
for single-screw extruder drive generated from the renown heavy duty series HDP, with which it shares most of the
component parts and gearing.
Mounted forward to the sturdy nodular cast iron case, and
housed into a robust extruder support, HDPE units feature a
heavy duty spherical roller thrust bearing of series 294…E,
exclusively sourced from primary brands. The particular construction guarantees a common lubrication for the gearbox
rotating parts as well as the extruder support.
Due to extreme modularity, each of the HDPE frame sizes
allows the selection of the most suitable bearing to win the
axial forces generated by the extruder screw, resulting into
both a technically optimized and a price effective drive unit.
Customized mounting dimensions for the extruder support
will allow matching most of the Customers’ machine interfaces.
Ratings and main assembly dimensions are listed in the HDP
sales catalogue, which we invite to refer to as far as the
engineering selection of the product and for any other detail
that is not listed in this leaflet. Kindly note that, when sizing a
gearbox for extruder duty, the application of a minimum service factor fs = 1.5 is recommended.

A richiesta sono disponibili attacchi vite di diversa dimensione e tipologia

flangia all’estrusore.
(C) Cuscinetti reggi-spinta di diverse dimensioni e capacità sono selezionabili in funzione delle spinte esercitate dalla vite estrusore. Le sigle sono
riportate nella tabella a fianco.
(D) Disponibili diverse opzioni per il raffreddamento ausiliare del riduttore e
del relativo supporto estrusore
(E) Disponibili dispositivi per la lubrificazione forzata dei cuscinetti

(A) Hollow shafts of various shapes and dimensions upon request.
Standard shaft is keyed hollow to UNI 6604.
(B) Mounting dimensions to customer specifications can be provided for
the connection of the output flange to the extruder.
(C) Thrust bearing of various dimension and capacity can be selected, based
on external forces generated in the extrusion process. Code numbers
are listed in the table alongside.
(D) Numerous options available for the auxiliary cooling of the drive and the
extruder support.
(E) Numerous options available for the forced lubrication of bearings
