Applicability

This Supplement is applicable to special articles
containing a large proportion of non-textile materals which cannot be tested or certified under
the Oeko-Tex® Standard 100. The prerequisite

principle, however, it is up to the institute to refuse a certification request.

Se il DPI è costituito da fibre che sono realizzate
con l'utilizzo di N-metilpirrolidone (NMP) è consentito un residuo di questo solvente fino al
3,0%. Contenuti di NMP superiori allo 0,1%, ma
inferiori al 3,0%, saranno indicati sul certificato
coadiuvando l'azienda nel far fronte all'obbligo di
comunicazione legale valido in molti paesi.
If the PPE consists of fibres which are spun with
the help of N-Methylpyrolidon (NMP), then a residue of this solvent in the PPE of up to 3.0 % is
allowed. When the content of NMP is higher
than 0.1 % but lower than 3.0 % then this fact
will be mentioned on the certificate to support legal communication duty in many countries.
