Supporti in metallo per parafango anteriore
Metal supports for front fender
Smontare il parafango anteriore ed eliminare il supporto
originale conservando le quattro viti M6.
Montare i supporti del Kit adoperando le quattro viti originali (vedi foto).
Metal supports for front fender Remove the front fender
and eliminate the original support keeping the four M6
screws.
Mount the support kit employing the four original screws
(see photo).
Assemblare il parafango con i supporti montati in corrispondenza dell’alloggio sulla forcella.
Inserire tutte le quattro viti M6 x 25 prima di serrarle completamente.
Forare, se necessario, in corrispondenza dei due attacchi
dei supporti tenendo il parafango in posizione corretta.
Assemble the fender with the supports mounted in the
housing on the fork.
Enter all four screws M6 x 25 before tightening them
completely.
Drill, if necessary, in correspondence of the two attacks of
the supports holding the fender in the correct position.
Il cavo freno va tenuto all’esterno del supporto.
The brake cable be held outside of the support.

Si montano senza smontare la forcella semplicemente
accoppiando il velcro sul bordo longitudinale.
They fit without disassembling the fork by simply matching
the velcro on the longitudinal edge.

Griglia faro anteriore
Headlight protection Grill
La griglia faro anteriore e il tubo di protezione faro si assemblano insieme.
Smontare le due viti laterali M8 del faro.
Tenere il tubo protezione faro all’esterno degli attacchi di
fissaggio della griglia.
Posizionare tutto come in foto rimontando le viti originali
M8, infine stringere le viti.
The grill and headlight protection tube headlight assemble
together.
Remove the two screws M8 side of the lighthouse.
Keep the tube protect lighthouse outside of the attacks of
fixing the grid.
Place everything as in the picture reassembling the original screws M8, finally tighten the screws.

Il manubrio “Cross” si monta sui riser originali, tutti i cavi
(gas, freno, frizione e cablaggi) non vanno sostituiti. E’
predisposto con fori per il fissaggio dei blocchetti comandi originali e inserti filettati per l’alloggiamento dei contrappesi.
Il paracolpi si monta molto facilmente e protegge il pilota
in caso di caduta.
The handlebar “Cross” is mounted on the riser original,
all cables (gas, brake, clutch and wiring) should not be
replaced. Already prepared with holes for fixing blocks of
original commands and inserts for housing of the original
handlebar counterweights.
Classic bumper handlebar mounts very easily and protects the driver in case of a fall.

Il portapacchi serbatoio si monta sulla fascia.
La fascia in cuoio viene agganciata nella parte anteriore
al serbatoio e nella parte posteriore all’apposito gancio.
Rimuovere lo stickers bianco posizionato sulla fascia in
cuoio e premere sul serbatoio una volta montato.
Nei modelli con serbatoio in plastica il gancio posteriore
non è previsto, quindi utilizzate quello fornito nel kit.
Il portapacchi viene fissato nella parte anteriore al tappo
serbatoio sostituendo le due viti, come in foto, e posizionando fra il portapacchi e il tappo i due dadi forati tenendo la parte arrotondata verso il tappo.
The tank rack is mounted on the tank belt.
The leather belt is attached to the front to the tank and the
rear the hook. Remove the stickers placed on the white
leather strap and press once mounted on the tank.
In models with plastic tank the rear hook is not provided,
then use the one provided in the kit.
The luggage rack is attached in the front to the petrol
cap replacing the two screws, as in the picture, and
placing between the rack and cap the two nuts taking the
rounded side toward the cap.

Spostare la vaschetta del liquido freno posteriore verso il
basso con l’apposita staffa in dotazione nel Kit.
Fissare il distanziale in alluminio fornito nel Kit al telaio
come in foto, tenendolo il più possibile al centro dell’asola
sul telaio.
Consigliamo di usare lubrificante tipo grasso o olio per
facilitare l’inserimento dei fianchetti nei gommini originali.
Sul lato sinistro (vedi foto) è previsto l’alloggiamento
del blocchetto serratura originale che va smontato dal
fianchetto della moto e rimontato allo stesso modo sul
fianchetto in dotazione nel Kit.
Move the brake fluid reservoir back down with the special
bracket supplied in the kit.
Attach the aluminum spacer supplied in the kit to the
frame as in the picture, holding as much as possible into
the center of the frame hole.
We recommend using grease or oil to facilitate the insertion of the side panels in the original rubber.
On the left side (see photo) is expected to house the
original lock block that needs to be removed from the side
panel of the bike and reassembled in the same way on
the side panel supplied in the kit.

Sostituendoli agli originali o montandoli sui modelli che
non li hanno di serie, la moto si alza nella parte posteriore
senza sostituire gli ammortizzatori.
Le due viti M12 x 40 sono in dotazione.
Replacing the originals or mounting them on models that
do not have them as standard, the bike gets up in the
back without having to replace the rear shock absorbers.
The two screws M12 x 40 are supplied.

Support bracket for the control unit: only for V7 II
Questa staffa consente il montaggio del nostro impianto
di scarico sul modello V7 II.
1) smontare le viti di fissaggio della centralina anteriore
davanti al motore.
2) montare la staffa in dotazione (vedi foto)
3) ruotare la centralina e fissarla riutilizzando le viti originali
sulla staffa .
This bracket allows mounting our exhaust system on
model V7 II.
1) remove the screws of the anterior control unit in front of
the engine
2) Fit the supplied bracket (see photo)
3) turn the engine control unit and fix it by reusing the
original screws on the bracket.

N.B. La marmitta completa si può montare anche senza
maniglioni sottosella e con i fianchetti originali.
IMPORTANT The complete muffler can also be fitted without
pull handles and saddle pad with original side panels.
Rimuovere la marmitta originale completa.
Le flange originali, i dadi e le mezzelune vengono riutilizzati
per il montaggio della nostra marmitta.
Montare prima il collettore di sinistra senza stringerlo
completamente.
Remove the exhaust original complete.
The original flanges, nuts and half moons are reused for
the installation of our muffler.
First mount the manifold left without fully tighten.
Montare ora il collettore di destra senza stringerlo completamente.
Now mount the manifold right not tighten completely.
Montare le due viti M8 in dotazione al posto di quelle originali. Inserire sotto la pedana destra, il supporto marmitta
inserito nel kit (vedi foto).
Inserire sull’apposita asola (vedi foto) la clip M6 in dotazione.
Montare la protezione pedana riutilizzando le viti originali. Inserire sotto al dado nella parte interna la rondella in
dotazione nel Kit.
Fit the two M8 screws in place of the original. Place under
the right footrest, the support exhaust included in the kit
(see photo).
Fit on the slot (see photo) the clip supplied M6.
Install the guard platform reusing the original screws. Fit
below the nut the washer supplied inside the Kit.

Recommended order of assembly
Assemblare i due silenziatori sulle staffe di fissaggio tenendo il rivetto al centro dell’asola.
Assemble the two silencers on the brackets holding with
the rivet in the center of the slot.
Il silenziatore con il logo 70Tre va tenuto in alto (vedi foto).
The silencer with the logo 70Tre must be kept at the top
(see photo).
I tappi delle sonde sono inclusi nel Kit, ma vanno smontati
entrambi solo nei modelli dal 2012 al 2014.
Nei modelli precedenti (vedi anche foto nella pagina successiva) va mantenuto solo il tappo sullo scarico inferiore.
The caps of the sensors are included in the kit.
Both caps need to be removed only on models from
2012 to 2014.
In previous models (see photo on next page) should be
maintained only the one on the lower pipe.

Recommended order of assembly
Ora infilare i due scarichi, prima quello superiore
poi quello inferiore agganciandoli con le molle in dotazione.
Avvitare la/le sonde sugli scarichi facendo attenzione a
non danneggiare i fili. La soda superiore va posizionata
sopra il cavo frizione.
Now insert the two manifolds, before the upper one
then the lower hooking them with the supplied springs.
Screw the sensors on the manifolds being careful to not
damage the cable wires. The higher sensor must be positioned over the clutch cable.
Il tappo inferiore va mantenuto solo sui modelli con una
sola sonda.
The bottom cap should be maintained only on models
with a single sensor.
Montare i due collettori come in foto senza stringere la vite
M6 di fissaggio.
Fit the two manifolds as in the picture without tighten the
M6 screw fixing.
Montare i due silenziatori precedentemente assemblati
agganciandoli con le molle in dotazione.
La staffa di fissaggio dei silenziatori al telaio va posizionata
al di sotto del maniglione sottosella.
Attach the two silencers previously assembled by hooking
them with the supplied springs.
The fixing bracket of silencers to the frame must be positioned below the handle underseat.
Inserire le rondelle isolanti all’interno della protezione e le
clip in dotazione nei sei fissaggi sulla marmitta.
Ora montare le due protezioni per il calore.
SOLO a montaggio completo dell’intero impianto di scarico serrare tutte le viti.
Place insulating washers inside the protection and the six
clips supplied in the fasteners on the muffler.
Now assemble the two heat guards.
ONLY at complete assembly of the entire exhaust system
you can tighten all the screws.
