UN SISTEMA SEMPRE PIÙ Easy-GOing
Nel nuovo sistema E-GO METANO, Lovato ha integrato in modo
efficiente le funzionalità dell’impianto per aumentarne affidabilità e
versatilità. L’elettronica, compatta e all’avanguardia, è caratterizzata
da un’avanzata procedura di auto taratura e da una centralina in grado
di calcolare autonomamente i tempi di iniezione del gas. Il cablaggio
dell’impianto prevede connessioni essenziali, studiate per ridurre i
tempi di installazione. Il sistema E-GO è ad iniezione sequenziale
multipoint fasata: il gas viene immesso nel singolo cilindro attraverso
iniettori atti a replicare in modo del tutto analogo quanto avviene nel
normale funzionamento a benzina. Tali iniettori, di ultima generazione
e con ugelli in alluminio, sono ora revisionabili per una durata
maggiore nel tempo pur mantenendo le elevate prestazioni dei
precedenti iniettori Lovato. I sensori ed il filtro, inoltre, sono stati ottimizzati
per permettere un’installazione efficiente su ogni tipo di vettura. Grazie
all’avanzata tecnologia, il sistema E-GO è omologato secondo le più
recenti normative su Qualità, Sicurezza ed Emissioni. Tutti i componenti
sono stati studiati e testati dal Centro di Ricerca & Sviluppo Lovato per
garantire prestazioni ed affidabilità ai massimi livelli. Ecco cosa c’è

In the new CNG E-GO, Lovato has efficiently integrated the
functionalities of the system to improve its reliability and versatility.
Moreover, the compact eletronic system has been optimized to make
installation easier and faster and the ECU manages indipendently
the time of gas injection. The wiring of the system provides essential
connections to reduce the installation time. In this system of
phased injection the gas is injected in each cylinder by an injector
synchronized with the phase of the cylinder to mirror the way the car
works on petrol. The injectors, equipped with nozzles in aluminum,
can be reviewed for a longer duration while maintaining the high
performance of previous Lovato’s injectors. The sensor and the filter,
moreover, were optimized to allow an efficient installation on every
type of vehicle. As a result the E-GO system has been certified using
the most recent standard in terms of Quality, Security and Emission. All
the components have been designed and tested at lenght by the Lovato
R&D center in order to guarantee performance and reliability at highest

Riduttore: riduce e regola la pressione del gas.
Centralina Gas: riceve i segnali dai vari sensori, calcola e
garantisce i parametri per il funzionamento a gas.
Filtro: filtra il gas.
Sensore: misura la pressione del gas e il carico motore.
Iniettore gas: inietta in sequenza la corretta quantità di gas in
ciascun cilindro.
Commutatore: permette la commutazione da gas a benzina
ed indica il livello del gas nel serbatoio.
