General information
•
La macchina viene consegnata su pallet di legno. Dopo la rimozione dell’imballo la
macchina può essere sollevata e spostata tramite carrelli elevatori o gru, manovrati da
operatore esperto.
The machine is delivered on wood pallet when ordered by the buyer. After removing
the folie package the machine can be lifted and moved by fork lifting truck or by crane
operated by a skilled driver.
•
In caso di stoccaggio, le superfici naturali devono essere ben conservate e la
macchina deve essere coperta. Il luogo dove riporre la macchina deve essere asciutto,
senza vapore, e coperto.
In case of storage the natural surfaces must be conserved and the machine must be
covered. The place of storage must be a dry, vapour free, under roof area.
•
Quando si posiziona la macchina, le distanze in base alle norme di sicurezza
devono essere assicurate in ogni direzione. La macchina deve essere installata su un
piano rigido ed orizzontale e deve essere fissata in posizione orizzontale.
When placing the machine the distances according to safety regulations must be
ensured in every direction. The machine has to be installed on hard, horizontal floor
and it must be fixed to horizontal position.
•
La macchina può essere utilizzata solo dai lavoratori che siano ben addestrati per
il funzionamento in sicurezza della macchina, e che abbiamo appreso il contenuto di
questa guida per utenti.
The machine is allowed to be operated only by workers who are well trained for safety
operation and learnt the content of this users guide.
•
L'operatore deve essere fornito di protezioni personali (es. guanti, occhiali, ecc)
per motivi di sicurezza. L'utilizzo di questi oggetti è un obbligatorio.
The operator must be supplied with personal preserves (expl. gauntlets, goggles etc.)
for safety reasons. The usage of these preserves is a must.
•
La macchina non è dotata di fonti di luce. L’assenza di ombre e riflessi, e una
corretta illuminazione devono essere ricercati dall'utilizzatore.
The machine is not equipped with sources of light. Shadow less and delusion free,
proper lighting must be ensured by the user.
•
Si può iniziare ad utilizzare la macchina solo in seguito ad una installazione
corretta e professionale, e ad un doppio controllo delle norme di sicurezza.
Operation can only be started following a proper and professional installation and
double checking of safety regulations.

Descrizione delle funzioni
Functional description
Le lame della taglierina devono essere regolati nella posizione desiderata sull'albero
mediante le viti.
Posizionare il foglio sul piano di alimentazione, e guidare il foglio verso le lame. Fissare le
barre laterali nella posizione desiderata regolando i lati della lamiera.
The slitter knives must be adjusted to the required position on the shaft by the screws.
Place the sheet on the feed table, and lead the sheet to the knives. Fix the side bars to
the required position adjusting to the sides of the sheet.

Servicing
Le boccole dell'albero devono essere controllate periodicamente ed il motore ha
bisogno di verifiche regolari.
I guasti meccanici devono essere riparati solo da personale qualificato.
The bushings of the shaft need to be checked and the engine needs service check
regularly. The mechanical failures must be repaired only by skilled personel.
• E’ consigliata una pulizia periodica della superficie esterna del motore. La
protezione esterna del ventilatore del motore deve essere pulita regolarmente
da polvere e pulviscolo
The regular cleaning of the outer surface of the engine is suggested. The
cover of the ventillator on the engine must be cleaned regularly from dust and
non-appropriate subjects.
• La temperatura della superficie esterna del motore può raggiungere
temperature superiori ai 50° Celsius. Toccare la superficie può causare
ustioni.
The temperature of the outer surface of the engine may rise over 50 Celsius.
Touching the surface might cause burn injury.
• E’ necessario controllare regolarmente il livello dell’olio e in caso di necessità
ripristinarlo. Il controllo e il ripristino dell’olio vanno fatti a motore freddo. Non
mescolare mai olio sinteco con altri tipi di olio.
The level of oil of the engine must be checked regularly and refilled if needed.
Check of level and change of oil must always be made only when the engine is
cooled down. Never mix synthetic oil with other type of oil.
Le operazioni di cui sopra possono essere eseguite esclusivamente da
personale qualificato.
The above service works can only be done by qualified workmen.

La macchina può essere azionato solo da adulti fisicamente e mentalmente in buona
salute, che abbiamo superato una prova attitudinale ed abbiano appreso il
funzionamento sicuro della macchina.
The machine can be operated only by an adult who is physically and mentally fit,
have passed an aptitude test and has learnt the safe operating of the machine.
Abbigliamento richiesto: abbottonato, aderente, calzature antinfortunistiche, guanti
protettivi adeguati per la lavorazione di lamiere.

Clothing: buttoned up, tight fitting, protecting steel inlay footwear, proper protecting
gloves for sheet work.
E’ severamente vietato indossare anelli, orologio e bracciale durante l’utilizzo della
macchina!
Wearing of rings, watch, bracelet is strictly forbidden!
Capelli lunghi e pendenti devono essere coperti!
Hanging, loose hair must be covered!
La macchina non può essere utilizzata se si hanno bendaggi sulle mani e sulle dita.
Machine must not been operated with bandage on hands or fingers.
Le norme di sucurezza devono essere collocate sulla macchina o nelle immediate
vicinanze.
Safety regulations must be placed on the machine or nearby.
E’ necessario verificare che l’operatore della macchina abbia letto le istruzioni scritte
in questo manuale e sia in grado di applicarle durante l’utilizzo. L’operatore dovrà
lavorare sotto controllo fino a quando non sarà in grado di raggiungere il risultato
desiderato in condizioni di sicurezza.
It must be checked that the worker operating the machine has learnt the instructions
written in this manual and is able to use it in practice. The employee must only work
under supervision until the employee cannot perform the required result in safe
operation.
Il dispositivo di sicurezza e la copertura di sicurezza non devono essere tolti o
scollegati e la macchina non deve funzionare senza di loro.
The safety device, safety cover must not be taken away or disconnected or the
machine must not be operated without them.

Se necessario spostare e posizionare il materiale di oltre 20 kg, con un’attrezzatura di

Il lavoro può essere eseguito seguendo le istruzioni rese notei dal capo-officina e dalla
persona qualificata, che ha regolato la macchina.
The work can be done according to the instructions made known by the foreman and
by the qualified person who adjusted the machine.
Non toccare con le dita o non entrare nella macchina in funzione, anche se c’è il
dispositivo di sicurezza.
Do not finger or do not enter the machine in operation, not even if there is the safety
device.
La macchina deve essere spenta tutte le volte che il lavoro viene interrotto, si lascia il
luogo di lavoro incustodito, o viene a mancare la corrente.

I problemi meccanici devono essere riparati unicamente da meccanici qualificati.
The mechanical problems must be repaired only by the qualified repairman.
La riparazione di accessori elettrici, compreso il cambiamento di fusibili o la
commutazione su di loro, deve essere fatta solo da elettricisti competenti.
Repairing of the electric fittings including the change of fuses or switching on them
again, must be done only by the competent qualified electrician.
L’operatore può fare solo quelle manutenzioni (ingrassaggio) dove non c'è bisogno di
allentare il contenitore della macchina
The worker can do only those services (greasing) where there is no need to loose the
housing of the machine.
