INSTALLATION
Take out packaging and clean all the cabinet using warm water together with 5%
of neutral soap then dry it with a soft-cloth; for the glass parts only use specific
products, avoiding the use of water which can leave on the glasses limestone
residues. The refrigerator must be moved only using a service-lift; during all
operations the refrigerator must be peremptory positioned on the suitable pallet
supplied.
Place the counter in horizontal position on a clean
surface, away from sources of heat (radiators, ovens,
etc) icluded sun rays and away from draughts (for
example fans, air conditioning ducts). In fact
anything that causes the temperature to the inside of
the cabinet
to rise with detrimental results to the operation of
the unit and energy consumption. Do not install the
unit in open places and do not expose it to rain. It is
necessary taht the condensing unit obtains a good
circulation of air around it. Also the area around the
condensing unit should not be obstructed by boxes
or other objects; keep a distance from the wall of 5
cm. at least.
Install and position the unit in such a way so as to allow easy access to the power socket. THE
REFRIGERATOR IS NOT SUITABLE FOR WORKING IN DANGEROUS ENVIRONMENT
WITH RISK OF FIRE, EXPLOSIONS OR RADIATION. Operation is regular with ambient
temperature between +25°C and +10°C.
Check that the voltage on the identification plate is the same as that of the network. THE ELECTRICAL
SUPPLY LINE TO WHICH THE REFRIGERATOR WILL HAVE TO BE CONNECTED IS TO BE PROTECTED BY A VERY SENSITIVE
DIFFERENTIAL SWITCH (Rc=16A,Dc=30mA); IT IS ALSO TO BE LINKED TO THE GENERAL
EARTHING PLANT. The manufacturer disclaims all responsability for any damage to people or things
due to incorrect observance of this rule. Earthing is necessary and compulsory by law.

INFORMATIONS ABOUT USE
When you place the moving shelves into the cabinet it is
necessary taking into consideration the form of the special
holed conveyer panel that facilitates air circulation for a
uniform temperature distribution:
WARNING:
- the product must not obstruct the display area
completely.
- Avoid leaving shelves empty so as not to create
turbulence wich may prejudic regular refrigerated air flow, and cause needless energy
consumption
Before loading the product make working the
unit for 1 hour with the night curtain (if present)
lowered and the lights off. During closing time
let down the night curtain (if present) to avoid
an useless energy consumption.
SEASONAL WORK
When the unit is kept unused for a long time, please take note of the following procedures:
- unplug the unit;
- clean and dry well the unit;
- leave the tank open, unusing the night curtain (if present), in order to avoid bad smell.
- cover the unit with a curtain, place it in a dry room and sheltered from the atmospheric agents.
PERIODICAL MAINTENANCE
Any further adjustments on the refrigerator necessarily
require the electric plug to be removed. Check periodically
the supply cable in order to detect any damage. In case of
damage, do not use the set and not tray to repair it. Call
instead qualified assistance to replace it. In any case, none
of the protective elements (the grill, the carter) must be
removed by non qualified staff. Absolutely avoid using
the refrigerator without such protection.
The replacement of neon tubes must be carried out
only by an Authorized Service Center.
Unplug
the unit

At least once every 30 days remove from the condenser unit the
impurity (dust and deposit) which remain among the fins,
obstructing a good circulation of the air. This operation must
be carried out only by a qualified technician. A dirty condenser
reduces the performance of the equipment, increasing the
energy consumption. Cleaning should be carried out with a soft
brush or preferably with a vacuum cleaner.
For a good preservation of the cabinet's body a periodical cleaning is necessary.
EXTERNAL BODY: When necessary, the external body should be cleaned with a
cloth and a neutral soap and water solution.
STAINLESS STEEL SURFACES: wash with warm water and mild detergent,
rinse well and dry with soft cloth. Avoid scouring pads etc. which will spoil the finish
of the stainless steel.
SURFACES IN PLASTIC MATERIAL: wash with warm water and mild detergent,
rinse well and dry with soft cloth; under no circumstances should alcohol, methylated
spirits or solvents be used.
GLASS SURFACES: only use products specifically designed for glass cleaning; It
is not advisable to use ordinary water which can leave a film of calcium on the surface
of the glass.
WATER
TANKS CLEANING AND DEFROSTING
On theese appliances the defrosting is automatic.During the defrosting period, the resulting water is
collected into a stainless stell tray and dispelled by an automatic electrical evaporating system. In case of
fault the security thermostat breaks the voltage to the electrical resistance, and the water brims on the floor;
call the operator, who must reset the thermostat stud only after having eliminate the cause of the fault.
For cleaning operation of the tank proceed as follows:
1) Remove the product from the tank.
2) Switch off the unit using main switch (see control panel) and unplug the unit.
3) Before cleaning the tank the inside temperature must be the same as the ambient.
4) Clean the tank; don't use too much water that could damage the motor fans; rinse and dry carefully.
5) Turn the unit on, with the night curtain (if present) lowered and 1 hour later you can load the product
again.

INFORMATIONS ABOUT SERVICE
INTERNAL LIGHT TUBES REPLACING
For the replacing of the two side light tubes proceed as follow:
-switch off the unit using main switch.
-extract neon cover line pulling it out from a side with a screwdriver.
-rotate and extract light tubes
For the replacing of upper light tubes on models SHELLY proceed as follow:
-switch off the unit using main switch.
extract the slotted neon cover line pulling it out.
-rotate and extract light tubes.
CANOPY LIGHT TUBES REPLACING
For the replacing of canopy light tube on
model IDEA proceed as follow:
-switch off the unit using main switch.
-remove canopy panel unscrewing 4 screws.
-rotate and extract light tubes.
Warning!
In order to access to electrical components support you must remove the frontal grid.
MALFUNCTIONS AND REMEDIES
Most of the functioning inconveniences are generally due to simple causes or to defective electrical
connections. These problems can usually be solved on the place.
The unit does not start:
- check that there is voltage at the wall socket;
- check that the unit is properly plugged.
The internal temperature is not cold enough:
- check that the unit is not placed too close to any heating source or placed on to a continuosly air
flow action;
- check that there is not too much ice on the evaporator: to enter the evaporator remove the ventilated
evaporator cover making attemption to not damage the motor fans.
- check temperature setting.
- check that the condenser is not blocked by dirt;
The unit is noisy:
- check that all the bolts and nuts are properly fasten;
- check that the unit is placed on an even surface;
- check if any pipe or fan is in contact with any other part of the body.

REGOLAZIONE TEMPERATURA
Premere il pulsante (C) per aumentare la temperatura, con (A) premuto. Premere il pulsante (B) per
diminuire la temperatura, con (A) premuto.
L'apparecchio effettua lo sbrinamento automaticamente. Se si rende necessario impostare l'ora di
sbrinamento è sufficiente operare uno sbrinamento manuale nel momento prescelto premendo il
pulsante (D) (per almeno 10 sec.): sul display appare P.A.
TEMPERATURE SETTING
Press button (C) to increase temperature, with button (A) pressed. Press button (B) to decrease
temperature, with button (A) pressed.
Defrosting is automatic. If you want to set a defrosting time, just defrost the unit manually by pushing
button (D) ( for at least 10 sec.): on display appear P.A.
RÉGLAGE DE LA TEMPÉRATURE
En gardant la touche (A) amorcée, appuyer sur la touche (C) pour augmenter la température ou sur la
touche (B) pour la baisser. L'affichage de température est visualisé par le display du central.
Cet appareil effectue le dégivrage automatiquement. S'il est nécessaire de programmer l'heure de
degivrage, il suffit de provoquer un dégivrage manuel au moment choisi en amorçant le touche (D)
(pendant 10 sec.):sur display sera visualisée P.A.
TEMPERATUREINSTELLUNG
Damit eine tiefere Temperatur erreicht werden kann muß Druckknopf (B) gleichzeitig mit Taste (A)
gedruckt werden. Wenn hingegen eine wärmere Temperatur erhalten werden soll, Druckknopf (C)
gleichzeitig mit Taste (A) drücken.
Die gewünschte Temperatur wird am Display des Aggregats angezeigt. Diese Gerät führt die Abtaung
automatisch durch. Wenn es nötig ist, die Abtauungszeit zu programmieren, genügt es, eine
Handabtauung,durch Drücken (mehr als 10 sec. )des Druckknopfes (D) : Display zeigt P.A. an

AJUSTE DE TEMPERATURA
Incrementar la temperatura accionando la tecla (C) con la tecla (A) empujada. Decrementar la
temperatura accionando la tecla (B) con la tecla (A) empujada. La temperatura deseada será
indicada por el display de la centralita.
El equipo efectua el desescarche en automático. Si hace falta plantear la hora de desescarche, es
suficiente ocasionar un desescarche manuál en el momento escogido empujando (durante más de
10 sec.)el botón (D) :el display visualiza el mensaje P.A.

REGOLAZIONE TEMPERATURA
Impostare la temperatura desiderata agendo sulla manopola
(2) del termostato. L'apparecchio effettua lo sbrinamento
automaticamente. Se si rende necessario impostare l'ora di
sbrinamento è sufficiente operare uno sbrinamento manuale nel momento prescelto ruotando il perno (3) del timer.
TEMPERATURE SETTING
Set the desired temperature by rotating thermostat knob
(2). Defrosting is automatic. If you want to set a defrosting
time, just defrost the unit manually by rotating defrosting
timer pivot (3).
RÉGLAGE DE LA TEMPÉRATURE
Afficher la température désirée en tournant le bouton (2) du
thermostat. Cet appareil effectue le dégivrage
automatiquement. S'il est nécessaire de programmer l'heure
de degivrage, il suffit de provoquer un dégivrage manuel au
moment choisi en tournant la vis du temporisateur de
dégivrage (3).
TEMPERATUREINSTELLUNG
Die gewünschte Temperatur erfolgt durch Drehung des
Drehknopfes (2) des Thermostats. Diese Gerät führt die
Abtaung automatisch durch. Wenn es nötig ist, die
Abtauungszeit zu programmieren, genügt es, eine
Handabtauung,durch Drehen des Bolzens (3) des Abtaungs
Zeitgebers, in der gewählten Zeit zu verursachen.
