1. CdL, the Degree Programme of the courses whose classes you will follow (e.g. Medicina e
Chirurgia);
2. Anno di corso: the year in which the course is taught (es. Year 1, 2, 3, 4, 5 or 6);
3. Mese: the month for which you are checking the timetable;
4. Canale*.
*What is a ‘canale’?
Local students are divided in two groups (‘canali’) according to the first letter of their last name, A-K or L-Z.
Incoming exchange students may choose the group in which they wish to attend classes, regardless of the
first letter of their last name. It is strongly recommended to refer to one group, and to switch only in case of
timetable clashes.
Integrated courses and canali
Classes of modules of the same integrated course must be attended in the same group. For example,
02367-Otorinolaringoiatria and 21341-Malattie Apparato Visivo, modules of the integrated course 37336Clinica Medico-Chirurgica degli Organi di Senso (C.I.), must be attended in the same group, and not one in
Canale A and the other one in Canale B.

The weekly timetable displays start/end time, room and building of classes; you can check the address of the
classroom by hovering over the name of the class with your mouse.
Integrated courses
Classes are listed by the name of each module. In case you listed only one or more modules of an integrated
course, please check the timetable for the following weeks to find the classes you must attend.
It is strongly recommended to attend the first class of each subject at the beginning of the semester, as
professors usually give a brief overview of the course and of the final exam.
