Ladle
Pedercini Group is specialized in the design and in the construction of
everything about the combustion process. The essential Preheaters and
Dryers that we construct are:
• Vertical Ladle Preheater and Drying Station
• Vertical Tundish Preheater and Drying Station
• O rizzontal Ladle Preheater and Drying Station
• Special Preheater and Drying Station designed in the bases of the Client data, for particular applications and for Ladle starting from 20 to
250 TONS.
Our Preheater and Drying Station are suitable for several uses in the steel
industry, with unitary thermical power starting 100 KW to 5.000 KW.
Il Gruppo Pedercini, progetta e costruisce tutte le apparecchiature che hanno
attinenza con i processi termici legati alla combustione. Le principali tipologie
di Preriscaldatori e di Essiccatori da noi costruiti, sono:
• Stazioni di Preriscaldo e di Essiccamento Verticale Siviera
• Stazioni di Preriscaldo e di Essiccamento Verticale Paniera
• Stazioni di Preriscaldo Orizzontale Siviera
• Preriscaldatori ed Essiccatori creati su specifiche del cliente per applicazioni
speciali e per siviere con taglio da 20 a 250TONS.
Le postazioni di Preriscaldo e Essiccamento che produciamo, possono essere
utilizzate per molteplici usi nell’industria dell’acciaio, la potenza unitaria delle
postazioni parte da 100KW, pari a circa 5.000 KW.

optimization of combustion, obtaining one of the best effects of
heat exchange
• The preheated air technology, with recovery of the combustion
air, which is installed directly on the hat, allows the risclado air
up to 450°C
• The digital technology combined with a heat recovery system
and radiant burners, enable you to achieve the maximum heating technology.

combustione, installato direttamente sul cappello, consente il risclado dell’aria sino a 450°C
• La Tecnologia digitale combinata con un sistema di recupero del calore e bruciatori radianti, consentono di raggiungere il massimo della
tecnologia di riscaldo.
