Cavi unipolari a norme UL/CSA
Wires to UL/CSA standards
According to Eurpopean Standard: 2002-95-CE (RoHS)
•I cavi unipolari a norme UL/CSA sono adatti per cablaggi di apparecchiature elettroniche e vengono
costruiti con materiali di alta qualità per poter superare le omologazioni statunitensi e canadesi. Su
richiesta si possono ottenere ulteriori certificazioni per quanto riguarda la resistenza agli UV, umidità, olii,
idrocarburi, etc.
•Normalmente i conduttori sono flessibili in rame stagnato, ma si possono fornire su richiesta in rame
rosso e con formazioni extraflessibili (Ø min. capillari 0,05mm).
•UL/CSA wires are adapted for internal wiring of electronic equipment. They are manufactured of highquality materials in order to respond to american and canadian omologation requirements. At client’s
request wires can be certified for resistance to UV radiation, humidity, mineral oils, hydrocarbons and so
on.
UL / CSA
The conductors are usually made of flexible tinned copper wire. At client’s request it’s though possible
to use extra flexible bare copper wire (min. wire diameter starting from 0,05 mm).

Le molteplici omologazioni coprono una vasta gamma di applicazioni che vengono impiegate nei
diversi settori industriali, dalle apparecchiature elettroniche ai sistemi di automazione
industriale.
Questi cavi vengono costruiti sia linearmente che a coppie e possono essere normali o
schermati. Gli schermi possono essere a treccia di rame (rosso o stagnato), a nastro di alluminio,
o accoppiati entrambi.
An important part of our product range consist of homologated multicore cables which are
employed in many different industrial fields and in many different applications starting from

cavi per utilizzi particolari e specifici. La qualità e la molteplicità dei materiali impiegati, i sistemi produttivi

molteplici campi di applicazioni dove necessita garantire una buona resistenza agli agenti chimici, all’alta e bassa
temperatura (- 60 °C + 130 °C), alle sollecitazioni meccaniche (abrasioni, movimenti ciclici e torsioni).
Our experience gathered in the past twenty years is at our client’s disposal whenever he or she needs to project and
build cables for specific use. Thanks to multiplicity and consistent quality of raw materials as well as advanced
production and testing systems of our partner suppliers, we are able to offer products for various applications with
good resistance to chemicals, high and low temperatures (- 60 °C + 130 °C) as well as mechanical stress such as
abration, cyclic movement and torsion.

Questi cavi vengono utilizzati in ambiente industriale per trasmettere segnali, comandi ed alimentazioni ad
apparecchiature elettriche ed elettroniche. Per evitare interferenze sulla trasmissione dei segnali è prevista una
schermatura. Hanno inoltre buona resistenza agli olii ed alle sollecitazioni meccaniche di media intensità. Nel caso
l’utilizzo sia in catena portacavi, esiste una gamma di cavi con guaina in PUR, che sopporta una velocità di traslazione
da 120 a 250 m/min.
These cables with good resistance to oils and average mechanical stress are used in industrial environment to
transmit signals and commands to electric and electronic equipment. A shielded version is available in case these
signals are exposed to external disturbance. For chain cable carriers we have to offer a range of PUR jacketed cables
able to resist a translation velocity from 120 up to 250 mts/min.
