PER NOLEGGI NOTTURNI, LA BIKE DOVRA’ ESSERE RICONSEGNATA IL GIORNO DOPO ALLE ORE 9.30
IMPORTANTE
I prezzi sono da intendersi per singola bicicletta e il costo del noleggio comprende:
- L’assistenza in caso di rottura del mezzo (non per foratura) e soltanto per eventi dovuti alla struttura
del mezzo e non per negligenza o incidente del conduttore, viene fornita con pulmino di assistenza
per recupero bicicletta.
Casco obbligatorio per i bambini fino agli anni 14.
Si consiglia la prenotazione con qualche giorno di anticipo.
Il Noleggio è previsto dalla nostra sede. Per trasporti c/o Hotel e o strutture, salvo diversi accordi,
verranno calcolati i costi necessari.
Le Tariffe non comprendono l’assicurazione, quindi qualsiasi danno subito dalla bicicletta e/o causato
dal conduttore, dovrà essere risarcito.
MODALITÀ
Al momento del ritiro dell’attrezzatura prenotata, verranno richiesti un documento in corso di validità
e la carta di credito, sulla quale verrà “cauzionata” la somma dell’intero valore noleggiato. Una volta
riconsegnata l’attrezzatura e riscontrata la mancanza di danni, verrà stornata la somma “cauzionata” e
defalcato il noleggio. In caso di danni, verrà trattenuto immediatamente l’ammontare riscontrato. In
caso di furto e dopo aver prodotto la denuncia rilasciata alle autorità competenti, verrà comunque
trattenuta l’intera somma “cauzionata”.
Per riconsegne, oltre agli orari previsti da accordo, verranno applicati i costi previsti. In ogni caso il
bene noleggiato deve essere riportato presso la nostra sede, salvo diversi accordi. In caso contrario
verranno applicati i costi del servizio di recupero.
Al momento del noleggio, l’utente dovrà firmare un contratto di noleggio con liberatoria e manleva.
