Within the wide range of shower enclosure solutions manufac tured by Cesana, the Lo gic series is the most innovative. All Lo gic models are charac terized by an integrated shower column
which is integrated into the enclosure struc ture itself and rests on the outer edge of the shower tray. B ecause the water supply and controls for the showering system are located in this
way :
- it is possible to turn on and regulate the water from outside the shower enclosure
- the deliver y of water is inwards from the edge of the enclosure towards the wall and away from the door opening.
- installation is easy and inexpensive

for many customers now that relaxation and well being have become impor tant features in many bathroom environments. For some time now, water massage systems have evolved from
their original horizontal form contained within tubs, and crossed over to the increasingly popular ver tical shower enclosure. As always, Cesana presents its ver y own original
interpretation for shower solutions thanks to the strong collaboration bet ween the company and its designer Piet Billekens.

Lo gic Ac tive comprises the multifunc tional corner enclosure and a tray with
an easily removable inspec tion panel. The tray can also be deep-set if
required.
The central column contains the shower system. This is composed of
an integrated thermostatic mixer that turns on and regulates the water flow
from inside or outside, and a three-way diver tor that direc ts the flow to the
three-func tion shower head, the t wo-func tion hand-held shower with flexible
tube or the six direc tional body jets.
The ergonomic suppor t rail mounted firmly onto the fixed wall ex trusion also
cleverly conceals the supply of water from the column to the body jets.
The movable door panel and the fixed wall panel are made of tempered
safet y glass of 8mm thick ness, and the suppor t frame is made entirely of
robust aluminum.
Design

The emphasis is on the glass to display it ’s simple beaut y and clarit y.
The door panel is not framed and there are no uprights to clutter the simple
elegance of the glass sur face.

The hinge is designed by Billekens with a cam system that raises and lowers
the door panel, mak ing it easy to open and provides a water tight seal when
closed. S eal fatigue is also much reduced.

The thermostatic mixer, an exclusive Cesana design, has a pleasing linear
configuration that permits the inclusion of all the plumbing fix tures
inside the column itself. Consequently, the tiled walls of the shower
enclosure remain free of clutter and expensive installation is avoided.
The water emerges from the column towards the walls, and can be
ac tivated and regulated from either the inside or the outside of the shower
enclosure.

The shower tray is acr ylic, reinforced with glass fibre and resin, and was
designed specifically for the struc ture of the Lo gic Ac tive shower enclosure.
The tray contains quick fix plumbing connec tions and takes a 90 mm waste.
I t is equipped with 6 easily adjustable feet and an inspec tion panel, which
can be deep-set (see photo).

The upper shower head has 3 water massage settings and an anti-calcium deposit system.
The position of the shower head can be adjusted by simply raising or lowering its suppor t
arm, in order to suit the user.

The lateral body jets have been positioned to provide an efficient water massage ac tion.

Filters are located at the base of the central column and prevent impurities
from entering the water system of the Lo gic Ac tive shower enclosure. When
they are removed, the plumbing circuit is automatically blocked to allow
simple and easy cleaning. The filters can be removed easily, by using a coin,
in order to clean them and remove any impurities.

The adjustable body jets are equipped with an anti-calcium deposit system.
The y can be removed easily, thanks to a bayonet fixing system. When the
ex ternal par t of the body jet is removed and there is sufficient pressure,
a single, more power ful jet of water emerges from the cone.

I f the water pressure proves insufficient, af ter removing the ex ternal par t of
the body jet, open it with a pair of pliers, remove the reducer and replace it
with a new one that containing fewer holes. Replace the other components of
the body jet in reverse order.

I f the jet of water is reduced by calcareous deposits, af ter removing the
ex ternal par t of the body jet, open it with a pair of pliers and rub the silicon
reducer carefully bet ween the fingers, then replace all the components of
the body jet.
