Il mulino rapido Elite a due testate consente di effettuare prove di macinazione
particolarmente precise ed accurate.
La macinazione è controllata elettronicamente mediante uno PLC touch screen
multilingue. Grazie ad un particolare software si ha la possibilità di impostare la corretta
velocità di rotazione a seconda della giara che si desidera utilizzare, garantendo così
un controllo sulla accuratezza del processo di macinazione. In base alla necessità
dell’operatore si può decidere se macinare in “modalità tempo” o in “modalità numero
di giri”.

La giara per mulini rapidi OGLUM® , creata dai nostri tecnici e testata dal Dipartimento
di Ingegneria dei Materiali e dell’Ambiente dell’Università di Modena e Reggio Emilia,
nasce dalla necessità di reperire sul mercato una valida alternativa alle sempre più
costose giare in agata, steatite, carburo di tungsteno e carburo di silicio. Per questo
motivo la nuova giara OGLUM® è stata appositamente studiata per ridurre al minimo
l’inquinamento di allumina nel prodotto macinato e per ridurre i tempi delle macinazioni.
Vista la sua composizione è particolarmente indicata negli istituti di ricerca e nei
laboratori di controllo qualità delle industrie chimiche, ceramiche, farmaceutiche ed
alimentari.

OGLUM® JAR
Oglum® jar for rapid mills has been created by our laboratory technicians and tested by
the University of Modena and Reggio Emilia - Material and Environment Engineering. It
has been developed for offering a valid alternative to the very expensive agate, steatite,
tungsten carbide, silicon carbide, zirconium oxide and sintered corundum jars.
What makes OGLUM® a very innovative jar is that it does not release pollution into the
mixture as alumina jars do and remarkably reduces the time necessary for the milling
process.
It is particularly suggested for laboratories dedicated to the quality control in chemical,
ceramic, pharmaceutical and food industry.

I setacci sono certificati, completi di bossolo e rete calibrata in
acciaio inox. La sagomatura speciale consente il posizionamento di
una apposita guarnizione per prove ad umido.
Rete non intercambiabile saldata a stagno. Si raccomanda pertanto
di non sottoporre i setacci a riscaldamento oltre 60/80° C perché si
possono modificare sensibilmente e perennemente l’apertura delle
maglie e danneggiare la saldatura a stagno della rete. Peso netto
kg 0,450.
