Ogliastra
Occupa il versante sud
orientale dell’isola, dall’alto bacino del Flumendosa fino alle pareti
del Gennargentu, in un alternarsi di
piccole cale e alte e rocciose coste,
per uno scenario davvero spettacolare. L’Ogliastra è un territorio selvaggio, per ampi tratti impervio, forse
il territorio ancora più da scoprire,
ancora più misterioso e, per questo,
più affascinante. All’interno strade
che arrampicano per portare a scorci
indimenticabili, immersi nel verde di
boschi e pascoli, tra una flora e una
fauna che rendono unici questi paesaggi. La costa è invece attrezzata per
ospitare, con le massime comodità, un
turismo internazionale, con strutture
attrezzate e moderne che si affacciano
su un mare che ha reso questi luoghi di
fama mondiale. Le giornate qui si vivono pienamente, tra mare e trekking,
tra le degustazioni dei prodotti tipici
della pastorizia e dell’agricoltura, pecorino e buon vino Cannonau magari
da assaggiare a casa del contadino, ed
escursioni lungo la costa, dove rocce
calcaree a strapiombo aprono silenziose calette, come la famosa Cala Goloritzè. Più in là, nei territori di Arbatax,
Tortolì e Gairo, si distendono, invece,
ampie spiagge sabbiose che si alternano alle rocce di porfido rosso, al granito o all’inconsueta spiaggia nera di
