La scaffalatura "BASIC" a bulloni è costituita essenzialmente da aste verticali (angolari)
e ripiani, opportunamente
assemblati con bulloni.

Aste verticali
Le aste verticali, angolari,
hanno una sezione ad "L" a
lati uguali dim. mm 40 x 40
o lati disuguali dim. mm 40
x 65; sui due lati presentano
una fila di asole (mm 9 x 30
passo mm 50) per consentire l'inserimento dei bulloni ai
ripiani. Gli angolari sono
ricavati da nastri di acciaio

Uprights
The uprights have an “L”
section at equal sides
mm40x40 or unequal sides
mm.40x65; on both sizes
there is a line of buttonholes, mm 9x30 gaunche
mm.50, that allows the
insertion of screws for the
assembling of the shelves.
The uprights are made of
first choice steel sheet, thick
18/10, profiled at cold on
automatic machines.
Ripiani
I ripiani sono realizzati in
lamiera di acciaio lucida di
prima scelta sp. 6/10 o 7/10
in funzione della loro dimensione. Sono prodotti in linee
automatiche con tre ordini di
piega per ogni lato onde conferire maggiore robustezza, la
terza piega oltre ad irrobustire
la struttura lo rende conforme
al D.L. 626 sulla sicurezza nel
posto di lavoro. Tutti i ripiani
sono saldati ai quattro angoli e
rinforzati con canotto a forma
di omega saldato elettricamente per punti.
Shelf
The shelf is made of steel
sheet polished of first choice,
thick 6/10 or 7/10 according
to the dimension. The shelves
are produced on CNC automatic working centers, bended in 3 phases on each side,
to give more robustness; the
third fold, beyond given robusteness renders the shelf in
order with the norm D.L. 626
(security on the workplace).
All the shelves are welded at
the four corners and reinforced by omega points electrically welded.
Verniciatura
Tutti i materiali sono verniciati con polveri epossidiche
termoindurenti applicate con
procedimento elettrostatico
previo sgrassaggio, fosfatazione, lavaggio in acque
demineralizzate e asciugatura. La polimerizzazione delle
polveri avviene in forni continui alla temperatura costante di 180° C. Il colore di serie
è il "RAL 7035".
Painting
All the foresaid materials, with
the exclusion of the bolts,
hooks and bases, are painted
with epoxy powders in electrostatic procedure: decreasing,
phosphating, washing in demineralized water and drying.
The polymerization of the powders is done in ovens at constant temperature of 180 ° C.
The standard color is “Ral
7035”.

Basic Serie - Self-Locking Racking
La scaffalatura "BASIC" ad incastro è costituita essenzialmente da aste verticali (montanti) e ripiani, opportunamente muniti di
elementi di collegamento (traversini).
System Parts
The Basic self-locking racking system is
made essentially by uprights (verticals lines)
connected stringers, a pair of uprights form
one side, being the carrying element, on
which the shelves are fitted with hooks.
Aste verticali
Le aste verticali, o montanti, hanno una
sezione a "C" semichiusa dim. mm 50 x 40 x
50, su ciascun lato si trova una doppia fila di
asole (mm 3 x 20 passo mm 40) per consentire l'inserimento dei ganci porta piani. I montanti sono ricavati da nastri di acciaio lucido
spessore 10/10 di prima scelta profilati a
freddo in linee automatiche.
Uprights
The open shaped upright , has a section “C”
opening, dim. mm 50x45x50; presents on the
two sides a double line of vertical buttonholes,
mm 3x20 gaunche mm 40, for the insertion of
the hooks. The uprights are made from first
choice polished steel strips, thick 10/10 from
cold profiled automatic machines.

Accessori
I ganci universali porta piano sono realizzati in acciaio sp. 15/10 stampati ed elettroliticamente zincati. Le traversine di collegamento sono realizzate con acciaio (sp.
12/10) ed hanno lunghezza pari alla profondità dei ripiani; esse provvedono a collegare i montanti conferendo massima rigidità all'intera struttura. Sono munite di linguetta anti-sgancio. Le basi sono realizzate
in materiale plastico e sono sagomate in
modo da permettere la perfetta sistemazione del montante ed una opportuna distribuzione del carico a pavimento. Le staffe a
"T" sono stampate in acciaio sp. 15/10 e
servono a controventare la struttura; grazie
alla loro forma consentono un perfetto
incastro tra montante e ripiano.
Accessories
The universal hooks (to hold the shelf)
are made in steel thick.15/10 printed
and galvanized electronically. The stringers are made of steel, thick 12/10. They
have the same depth of the shelves; they
connect the uprights conferring maximum
robusteness at the whole structure. They
have stop-pins brackets. The Bases are
made of plastic material, they are shaped to allow the perfect fitting of the
upright and the equal right distribution of
the load to the pavement. The “T” brackets are made in steel, thick 15/10, needed to attach the shelf in a perfect way
to the upright.
Verniciatura
Tutti i materiali suddetti (ad esclusione dei bulloni, basette ganci universali) sono verniciati

The upright, is made in a closed “U”section, dim mm 50x45x50 and has a double vertical line of buttonholes, mm
3x20 gauncho mm 40, for the insertment of the bars for the shelves and for
the robustness bars. The uprights are
made of Sendzimir of first choice thickness 10/10 cold blended in automatic
production lines.

Ripiani
I ripiani, realizzati con lamiera di acciaio
zincato di prima scelta sp. 8/10, vengono profilati in linee automatiche in due
modelli: profondità mm. 200 e mm. 100
le lunghezze sono variabili. Sono realizzati con tre ordini di piega sul lato longitudinale. La zigrinatura presente in superficie conferisce una ulteriore resistenza al
carico nonchè una notevole estetica.

The shelves are made of galvanized
Sendzimir sheets of first choice thickness
8/10, produced in automatic production
lines in two shapes: deepness mm 200
and mm 100, the lenght is variable. The
shelves are bended in 3 ways on the
long side. The present knurling in the
surface confers an extra resistance to the
load and a remarkable esthetic look.
Traversa portapiani
Il collegamento fra ripiano e montanti
avviene con le traverse portapiani aventi
lunghezza di mm 300/400/500/600/700.
Sono ricavate da nastri di acciaio zincato di prima scelta (sp. 15/10) profilati a
freddo in linee automatiche.
Crosspiece for Shelves
The connection between shelf and upright
is done with the crosspieces for the shelves, dimensions mm 300/400/500/600
/700. Made from galvanized steel tapes
zendzmir type first choice, th. 18/10, profiled at cold on automatic machines.
Traversa d'irrigidimento
La traversa si ricava da lamiera di acciaio
zincato di prima scelta sp. 15/10 pressopiegata. La lunghezza è variabile a seconda della profondità della scaffalatura.
L'elemento si aggancia ai due montanti in
modo da realizzare la spalla completa. La
traversa ha la funzione di distribuire i pesi
dei ripiani su entrambi i montanti.
Connection - Strongness Bracket
The bracket is made from galvanized
steel tapes zendzmir, type first choice,
th. 15/10 folded. The longness varies
according to the deepness of the racking. They foresee to connect the
uprights giving maximum rigidity to Staffa di irrigidimento

altezza mm 100, lunghezza variabile a

presenta i ganci per l'ancoraggio ai due
montanti. La staffa ha la funzione di irrigidire la struttura e non consentire l'oscillazione longitudinale della scaffalatura.
Bracket Longitudinal Hardening
(bracing)
The bracket is produced with a pressedbent galvanized sheet steel (15/10 thick,
100 mm height), with variable length,
according to the shelf. There are hooks
at the two ends for the anchorage of the
stiles. The bracket has the function of
stiffening the structure and prevents the
longitudinal oscillation of the shelving.

Montante Scatolato
I montanti sono a forma di omega in
acciaio sp. 15/10 accoppiati in modo da
realizzare un robusto scatolato. Le dimensioni sono mm 50x105. Sul montante
sono presenti asole (mm 5x25) con passo
50 per l'aggancio delle vaschette ripiano.
Box-shielded upright
The open box-schielded uprights are in
double omega steel sheet shape thick
15/10. The dimensions are mm 50x105.
On the upright there are buttonholes,
mm 5x25, with gaunch 50 for the coupling of the box/shelf.
Vaschetta/Ripiano
La vaschetta/ripiano è realizzata con lamiera di acciaio lucido presso-piegata sp.
8/10. Dimensioni standard 300-400-500
mm di profondità e lunghezza mm 900. La
peculiarità delle vaschette è da ricercare nel
doppio gancio, di cui è predisposta, in
modo da poter ottenere, anche, la funzione ripiano capovolgendo la vaschetta.

steel sheet folded, thick 8/10, dimensions standard depth 300/400/500
mm, length of mm 900. The peculiarity of the box is to find in the symmetrical hook, giving the ability to obtain
the function of a shelf turning over the
box.
Distanziatori ad Incastro
I distanziatori ad incastro sono realizzati con lamiera di acciaio sp. 15/10
presso-piegata. La sezione a forma di
"U" dimensione mm 20x70x870 L e
presenta alle estremità ganci predisposti per l'incastro diretto con i montanti.
