Tenere in buono stato gli accumulatori attraverso manutenzioni ordinarie è fondamentale: gli accumulatori sono parti vitali e costose dei veicoli elettrici; misurare la densità dell'elettrolito, controllarne il
livello, rabboccare con acqua demineralizzata e tenere puliti i cassoni, sono semplici accorgimenti che
aiuteranno a mantenerli in efficienza evitando costosi danneggiamenti.

MAINTENANCE
It is very important to keep the accumulators in good conditions through ordinary maintenance
operations: the accumulators are in fact vital and expensive parts inside electrical vehicles. Measuring the
electrolyte density, checking its level, refilling with demineralized water as well as keeping the boxes clean
are very simple operations to keep them working well, thus avoiding cost-demanding damages.

It consists of two parts: a cable probe and a
light indicator. The indicator is fitted on the
battery box or on for clift panel. The probe is
inserted in the battery by making a hole in the
lid: the connection cable will lead the
signal to the device. Blue light on: liquid is ok;
red light on: refill needed.
Directly powered at 6 volts through the

possono produrre rispettivamente circa 150 e 3000 litri di acqua demineralizzata con acqua di ingresso a circa 10°f.

Different models are available, depending on the quantity of resin
contained in the columns, ranging from the smallest model ECO/150,
to MG/3000, the largest one, respectively producing about 150 and
3000 litres of demineralized water at a hardness of 10°f circa.
RESIN SPARES - When the colour of the resin contained in the demineralizers
changes, it means the resin has exhausted its exchange capacity and must be
replaced. For all demineralizers, the necessary resin quantity is provided.

A very practical system to produce demineralized water for batteries. The cartridge containing
the resin is screwed onto a device called ACQUATEST which electrically checks the water produced by the demineralizer. A red light indicator signals when the resin is exhausted. The operator will then replace the entire container with one with new resin.
