Simple but effective tests are done to verify the appropriate characteristics of raw
materials that come into our stores. Important, for example, is to verify colour,
hardness and thickness of the microporous (EVA) sheet. These tests are done with
special instruments, Feeler Gauge and Durometer.
Vengono fatte semplici ma efficaci prove per verificare l’idoneità delle materie prime che entrano nei nostri magazzini.
Ad esempio è importante verificare colore, durezza e spessori delle lastre microporosa. Questi test vengono fatti con
appositi strumenti: spessimetro e durometro.
DUROMETER: This instrument measures the hardness of the material in (UM) ShoreA

Glass Test

FEELER GAUGE: This instrument measures the thickness of the material in mm (with a sensitivity of 0.1 mm)
Spessimetro: questo strumento misura gli spessori del materiale in mm (con una sensibilità di 0,1 mm)
This test verifies the quality of the polyurethane during molding.
This test check is done once every hour, as to have a regular quality control in
production of polyurethane.
The control is performed by the quality manager who, after filling a glass of PU and
leaving stabilize the material, make a section.
In this way you can do a physical inspection of Polyurethane, see any problems and
take action immediately on production
Questo test verifica la qualità del Poliuretano in fase di stampaggio.
Questo prova di controllo viene svolta una volta ogni ora, in modo da ottenere una verifica regolare sulla qualità del
poliuretano durante produzione.
Il test viene svolto dal responsabile della qualità che, dopo aver riempito un bicchiere di PU e aver lasciato stabilizzare il
materiale, effettua una sezione del tutto.
In questo modo si riesce a fare un controllo fisico del Poliuretano, vedere localizzare eventuali problemi e quindi
intervenire subito sulla produzione.

This test verifies the quality of glue cementing.
Indeed, during the production and packing of the consignment of soles, are taken to sample
a few pieces (including in the various sizes). These samples are cut longitudinally to allow
the tests with the wrench pliers both outside and inside. Occurs and thus assess the real
quality of glue cementing. A report is then sent to the customer together with the production.
Questo test verifica la qualità dell’incollaggio del prodotto finito.
Infatti, in fase di produzione e infine in fase d’imballo della partita di suole, vengono presi a campione alcuni pezzi (tra le
varie taglie). Questi campioni vengono tagliati (in modo longitudinale) in modo da permettere il test mediante delle pinze
sia all’esterno che all’interno del campione. Si verifica e si valuta così la reale qualità dell’incollaggio.
L’esito del test viene infine spedito al cliente assieme al prodotto.

In questo semplice test si verifica la resistenza della suole e della zeppa agli agenti atmosferici.
Infatti il campione, dopo essere stato sezionato, viene lasciato per un periodo non inferiore ai 12 mesi sotto l’azione
continua di sole, pioggia, umidità, freddo, caldo, microbi..
In questo modo, attraverso un controllo periodico programmato, si possono registrare la resistenza e le variazioni fisiche
del materiale e la qualità dell’incollaggio in relazione all’invecchiamento naturale.

Many other tests are performed for a constant monitoring of the quality of soles and
processes. The Frasson Srl also uses external laboratories for make physical and chemical
tests on materials. Some standard tests performed are chemical compositions, bending,
hydrolysis, slip, artificial aging ...
Molti altri Test vengono svolti per un costante monitoraggio delle suole e della produzione.
