Il collettore elettrico rotante (o distributore elettrico rotante) è un dispositivo
elettromeccanico che permette la trasmissione di segnali elettrici e/o di potenza
da una struttura statica ad una rotante, in modo continuativo sui 360°. È costituito
da un collettore ad anelli completo di spazzole e portaspazzole. E’ protetto da
una copertura realizzata in alluminio, acciaio o altre materiali che garantisce una
protezione IP55 o maggiore in base alle esigenze di applicazione richieste dal
cliente.
Le parti meccaniche sono realizzate con macchine CNC per garantire maggior
precisione nelle lavorazioni. Le parti meccaniche vengono protette con trattamenti
di antiossidazione, trattamenti elettrochimici o verniciature particolari per
garantirne una lunga durata nel tempo. Ove richiesto si usano materiali quali
l’acciaio AISI 304 o materie plastiche speciali. Gli anelli dei collettori elettrici sono
realizzati in bronzo o argento. Il contatto viene garantito da portaspazzole a doppio
braccio con l’ausilio di spazzole di materiali differenti in base al tipo di segnale
elettrico in abbinamento al trattamento superficiale dell’anello.
Il collettore elettrico può essere abbinato ad un distributore fluidico per il
passaggio di aria, liquidi o gas, Mercotac o Minigold.
La codificazione dei nostri collettori è legata al diametro della flangia che accoglie
il collettore. Il numero di anelli varia in funzione degli Ampere che il collettore
deve garantire.
A rotating electric collector (or rotating electric connector ) is an
electromechanical device that allows the transmission of electrical signals
or power from a static structure to a rotating one, in a continuous way
over 360 °. It consists of a ring collector completed by brushes and brush
holders. It is also protected by a cover made of aluminum, steel or other
materials that provides IP55 protection or higher, according to the needs of
application requested by the client. All mechanical parts, usually made of
aluminum or steel, are manufactured on CNC machines to ensure greater
precision in machining. These mechanical parts are protected with antioxidation treatments, electrochemical treatments or special paint to ensure
a longer life of the finished product. Stainless steel or special plastics can
be also used upon request. The rings of the electrical collector are made of
brass, bronze or silver. The contact is ensured by double arm brush holders
with the aid of brushes made of different materials according to the type of
electrical signal to be transmitted, in addition to the the surface treatment
of the ring. An electric collector can be combined with a fluidic joint for the
transmission of air, liquids or gases. The codification of our slip rings is
related to the diameter of the flange. The number of rings varies according
to the amperes that the collector must ensure.
