ETNA: PLANETA's first red wine
is Nerello Mascalese
Six thousand bottles of Nerello Mascalese,
Mascalese our first red wine from our Sciara Nuova vineyards.
The volcanic soils and the altitude have yielded a wine grown on the mountainside and harvested
in the second half of October. Aged in used wine casks, it features an intense and elegant aroma.

From next year, there will be a new final version graphically coordinated with those of the other
Etna project wines.
The back label too, as for the first vintage of Carricante, features the personal notes of
