La suola della linea ROAD ha un design molto pulito,
il suo profilo aerodinamico assicura la massima resa
della pedalata, è dotata di due tacchetti STEP
antiscivolo per permettere di camminare con
sicurezza. Per garantire il confort anche alle massime
prestazioni la suola offre un semplice ma efficace
SOLE AIR SYSTEM, la particolare forma e la
presenza di due aperture nella zona frontale (punta)
permette la canalizzazione dell'aria esterna che
fluendo all'interno porta sollievo e refrigerio al piede
e inoltre consente a quest'ultimo un ricambio d'aria
viziata, la quale esce nella parte posteriore da due
fori posizionati nello stesso asse degli anteriori. Per
garantire il massimo riciclo dell'aria il sottopiede
interno è stato forato in corrispondenza delle
aperture di areazione.
Il risultato di sofisticate tecniche di lavorazione e
studio del carbonio ci ha fatto creare la nuova suola
CCT (Chain Carbon Technology) che grazie al suo
minimo spessore ed alla particolare struttura con
‘ossatura’ centrale garantisce un vincente connubio
tra leggerezza e rigidità per una resa ai massimi
livelli della pedalata.
Lo studio sulla posizione della tacchetta ha migliorato
inoltre l’assetto tra asse del piede e pedale che
associato alla presenza delle ampie prese d’aria
sulla superficie della suola regalano confort anche
nelle gare più estreme.
Gli accurati test effettuati dai nostri atleti sulle
calzature Chain MTB ci hanno permesso di dare
una nuova impronta alla nostra suola che racchiude
un mix tra design accattivante e filante e tecnicità.
Modificando la sede di fissaggio della tacchetta
siamo riusciti a garantire molteplici possibilità di
regolazioni dell’attacco per accontentare un più
ampio target di atleti dando loro la sicurezza di
scaricare la propria spinta su di una superficie rigida
per trasmettere la totale forza alla pedalata.
Creata per chi ama pedalare a stretto contatto con
la natura senza dover ricorrere ad un prodotto ad
alto contenuto componentistico.
Chi sceglie questa calzatura vuole abbinare al meglio
le condizioni di comodità date da una calzatura
FREE-TIME sfruttando comunque le caratteristiche
basilari di un prodotto tecnico quali l’attacco rapido,
la resistenza e la corretta rigidità dati anche da una
suola bicomponente: fondo in GOMMA per grip e
resistenza, intersuola in PU per rigidità e leggerezza.

athletes, giving them a rigid surface to which the
pedal thrust is applied and thus the transmission
of the total pedalling force.
“Easy” and reliable footwear designed for those
who love cycling in contact with nature. These shoes
combine the comfort characteristics of FREE-TIME
footwear with the basic features of technological
footwear: rapid fitting, appropriate stiffness thanks
to a two component sole consisting of a RUBBER
outsole for grip and strength and a PU midsole for
stiffness and light-weight.
SOLE AIR SYSTEM
The ROAD sole has a neat design, a streamlined
profile for perfect push thrust and is fitted with two
no slip STEP spikes for safe walking. For pure
comfort in every situation the sole features an
efficient SOLE AIR SYSTEM. Indeed the sole has
a special shape with two openings at the front (toe)
and two at the back (heel) aligned on the same axis:
fresh air comes into the sole from the front vents,
bringing cool relief to the feet and pushing stale air
out through the two vent holes at the back, thus
ensuring air recirculation. The inner insole is
perforated just next to the sole ventilation holes for
maximum air recirculation and relief.

The result of sophisticated working techniques and
studies on carbon made us create the new CCT
sole (Chain Carbon Technology). Thanks to the
minimal thickness and to the particular central
framework structure, CCT guaranties a winning
combination of lightness and rigidity with a level of
performance taken to the max for every pedal thrust.
The study on the position of the clip has Improved

to the presence of wide air intakes on the surface

L'azienda SABENA, nasce nel 1973, da un'idea di 2 giovani imprenditori che, dopo anni di esperienza maturata nel settore della
calzatura, decidono di dare forma alle loro idee.
