IHIMER MINI EXCAVATOR,
COMPACT AND MANEUVERABLE

himer is a company specialized
in the manufacture and marketing of mini excavators, skid
steer-loaders and mini dumpers
created in 2002 through a joint venture between the Imer Group and
IHI. At the EIMA International 2008
exhibition, Ihimer presented the
35VX mini excavator especially
equipped for agriculture. The Ihimer
35VX, compact and stable, features a minimum front turning radius of 2,180 mm and minimum
rear turning radius of 845 mm. The
rear frame rotates within the clearance of the tracks to provide total
safety in operation, even close to
vertical obstacles, and high performance is ensured by the speed of
rotation at 8.8 rpm. The variable
width of the undercarriage, from
1,520 to 1,800 mm, is a unique feature in the “35 quintal” category;
the use of an undercarriage 2,210
mm in length and the excellent distribution of weight further enhance
the reliability of this machine in all
operating conditions, even on uneven and muddy ground. Another
advantage provided by the 35VX is
the wide range of accessories offered, all of which are extremely
easy to install. These include various models of brush cutters, with
work widths of 60 to 105 cm, trimmers which facilitate hedge trimming at heights of up to 2.5 m, and
olive pickers with tilting brushes.
Other than providing a wide range
of vision, the mini excavator cab
is comfortable and ergonomic in
design and equipped with a power joystick. The Yanmar 3TNV88
diesel engine at 27.6 HP and a
highly efficient hydraulic circuit ensure minimum noise levels and low
fuel consumption. Also environment friendly are the materials used
for the manufacture of the 35VX,
sheet steel, cast iron and plastics,
which are all 97% recyclable.
Also in the lineup of Ihimer models
are the mini dumpers Carry 107
and Carry 110, featuring great versatility and maneuverability and
especially suited for the transport
of materials in conditions in which
room for maneuver is limited, as in
nurseries and gardening.

sottocarro lungo 2.210 millimetri e la distribuzione ottimale dei pesi accentuano
ulteriormente l’affidabilità
di questa macchina in ogni
condizione, anche in presenza di terreni molto accidentati o fangosi.
