CARATTERISTICHE GENERALI:
Attrezzature portatili costruite in lega speciale di
alluminio, risultano particolarmente adatte alla
curvatura dei nostri tubi, in quanto, lavorando
per avvolgimento, sono insensibili all’eventuale
incrudimento dei materiali provocato dal processo
produttivo dei tubi. L’incrudimento infatti, può
avere influenze negative sulla qualità della curva
se si utilizzano i sistemi di curvatura a spinta.
Velocità nel cambio degli utensili in soli 10
secondi, grazie al sistema di cambio rapido
della contromatrice ed alla presa a trasmissione
esagonale sulle matrici.
Il sistema brevettato senza anima, garantisce una
curva di buona qualità con un raggio di curvatura
pari a 2,5 o 3 volte il diametro del tubo a seconda
delle dimensioni.
GENERAL CHARACTERISTICS:
Portable tools made of a special aluminium alloy,
particularly suitable for bending conduits produced
by us, due to the fact that they work by winding
and are unaffected by the hardness of the materials
resulting from the conduits’ production process. The
use of a forced bending system may mean that the
hardness can in fact have a negative influence on
the quality of the bend.
The quick change system of the counter-die and the
hexagonal drive gear on the dies mean that it takes
only a matter 10 seconds to change tools.
The patented system, without a core, guarantees
a good quality bend with a radius of the elbow,
which is 2.5 or 3 times the diameter of the conduit,
depending on the size.

Curvatubi manuale portatile a tre velocità.
Funzionamento mediante la rotazione di una manovella che, grazie
ad un gruppo riduttore, rende l’operazione estremamente agevole
anche per tubi di Ø40mm e spessore 1,5mm.
L’angolo di curvatura viene stimato dall’operatore.
L’attrezzatura può essere azionata mediante un trapano, previa
l’applicazione di un’apposita frizione sul perno lento della macchina.
Viene fornita completa di un comodo cavalletto pieghevole,
una cassetta metallica contenente la macchina e gli accessori,
matrici e contromatrici di diametro Ø16mm, Ø20mm,
Ø25mm, Ø32mm, Ø40mm.

Three-speed portable manual conduit bending machine.
Operated by turning a hand wheel which, thanks to a reduction unit
makes the operation be extremely simple, even for conduits that have a
diameter of Ø40mm and a thickness 1.5 mm.
The angle of bending is calculated by the operator.
A drill can also operate the tool once an appropriate gear has been
fitted to the slow pin of the machine.

movimento satellitare della testa perforatrice, consente forature su
canali installati a soli 16 cm dalla parete. È dotata di una valvola
limitatrice di pressione, atta a salvaguardare l’attrezzo da eventuali
utilizzi anomali. I materiali speciali utilizzati per costruire la testa,
consentono di contenere il peso dell’attrezzatura in soli 3 kg quindi
notevolmente più leggera di altre simili attualmente in commercio,

Hydraulic hand tool designed to punch cable ducts in metal or plastic
materials, without pre-hole. The rotating motion of the punch head makes
it possible to pierce already-installed ducts just 16 cm from the wall.
Equipped with a pressure-relief valve to safeguard the equipment against
improper use. The special materials utilized in the construction of the
head keeps the total weight of the tool to just 3 kg, much lighter than
other similar tools currently available on the market, with the added
advantage of being able to pierce holes 40,5 mm in diameter. It comes
in its own case, equipped with 16,2, 20,4, 25,5 and 32,5 mm Ø
punches; a 40,5mm Ø bit is available on request. Using a special
punch, it is also possible to pierce holes with a fixed centre point at the
ends of the ducts to make joints.

TAGLIADIN
Attrezzatura manuale idonea a tagliare e forare profili portanti a norme
CEI EN 60715, assicura un taglio netto senza deformazioni. Può eseguire
un foro tondo ø 6,5 mm su tutta la mezzeria dei profili.
Caratteristica peculiare di questa attrezzatura è la possibilità di sostituire
le matrici di taglio, riducendo così il costo solo alle misure più usate, con
possibilità di eventuali integrazioni successive o sostituzione per usura,
solo della coppia di lame interessate.
È fornito privo di lame e completo di fermobarra standard lungo 1000 mm
con possibilità di utilizzare moduli di prolunga da 600 mm.
Appositi accessori forniti a richiesta consentono di migliorare l’ortogonalità del taglio; consistono in un supporto da fissare sul tagliadin, sul quale
vengono avvitati dei centratori adeguati alla dimensione del profilo da
tagliare.
L’attrezzatura manuale deve essere fissata su di un banco oppure sull’apposito supporto mobile cod. 001103-P, posizionabile di volta in volta
vici-no al posto di lavoro. Sulla base del supporto è fissata una cassetta
atta a contenere gli eventuali accessori e le dotazioni di chiavi a corredo.
È previsto anche un kit oleodinamico cod. 001103-I, composto da un
cilindro azionabile da una pompa o centralina idraulica.
Il cilindro viene applicato al posto dell’eccentrico e sotto l’azione di una
pompa agisce sulla lama del tagliadin senza il minimo sforzo da parte
dell’operatore.

Hand tool designed to cut and drill frame profiles to DIN standards,making
a clean cut without deformation. Can make round 6.5 mm Ø holesalong
the entire length of the profile centre line.
A special feature of this tool is the option of replacing the cutting dies,reducing
costs to cover only those sizes most-frequently used with thepossibility of
adding other sizes later, or replacing only the blade pairthat is worn.
It comes with a standard, 1000 mm-long bar holder, and an optional
600mm extension kit is also available.
Special accessories supplied on request make it possible to improve
cutorthogonality.
These consist of a bracket that is attached to the DIN cutter onto whichare
screwed guides of the proper size according to the profile being cut.The
manual tool must be attached to a work table or to the special porta-ble
support code 001103-P, that can be positioned as required near thework
area.
Attached to the base of the support is a box used to contain any accesso-ries
or keys that are supplied with the tool.
A hydraulic kit, code001103-I consisting of a cylinder driven by a pumpor
hydraulic unit, is also available.
The cylinder replaces the cam, and when activated by pump, turns theDin
Cutter blade without any exertion on the part of the operator.

The purchasing code includes male and female tools, together with pin and
carry case.
The tool is driven by two Cosmec cylinders, code 00C61 or by a manual
pump 002452N.
A reducer (code 002452-3416) is required for drive tools with a 3/4 UNF
fitting.
Utensili prodotti con acciai speciali temprati, appositamente studiati per
realizzare le feritoie dei connettori di potenza standard.
Operazioni agevolate grazie a:
- indicazione degli interassi di foratura per il fissaggio del connettore;
