This towed forage harvesters are fitted with a fork rotor conveyor
unit (medium or large companies) and a height adjustable front pick-up to
ensure the homogenous harvesting of any type of product on any type of
ground. The rotor forage loading unit, which consists of three or four forks
mounted on conical roller bearings, makes the loading of the product into
the machine a quiet and speedy operation. This unit can be fitted with
13 cutting blades, mounted in two rows and protected from damage by
foreign objects by means of springs that allow them to retract quickly and
immediately return to the working position.
The settling and delivery belt, driven by a hydraulic motor, enables even
unloading of the product. All the machines’ hydraulic functions are controlled directly from the towing vehicle by means of flexible controls that
operate via the hydraulic manifold unit mounted on the machine itself.
Les autochargeuses remorquees sont muni d’un rotor à fourches
(moyennes et grandes exploitations) et de pick-up avant réglables en
hauteur qui permettent une récolte homogène de tout produit sur tout
type de terrain. Le groupe de chargement par rotor, composé de trois ou
quatre fourches montées sur coussinets à rouleaux coniques, garantit un
chargement silencieux et rapide du produit dans la benne. Ce groupe
peut recevoir 13 couteaux montés sur deux rangées, protégés contre les
corps étrangers par des ressorts qui garantissent un escamotage rapide et
un retour immédiat en position de travail.
Le tapis de tassement et de déchargement, actionné par un moteur hydraulique, permet d’obtenir un déchargement régulier du produit. Tous les
mouvements oléodynamiques sont commandés directement depuis
le tracteur à l’aide de commandes flexibles qui agissent sur le groupe de
distribution hydraulique monté sur la machine.
Diese besonderen Modelle gezogener Ladewagen sind mit einer
Selbstladevorrichtung versehen, die mit einem Zinkenrotor (mittlere und
Großbetriebe) und höhenverstellbarer frontseitiger Pickup-Vorrichtung
ausgerüstet ist. Dies gestattet eine homogene Gutaufnahme.
Das Futtergut-Ladeaggregat arbeitet mit einem Rotor, der aus drei bis vier
Gabeln besteht, die auf Kegelrollenlagern montiert sind und damit für leises und schnelles Laden sorgen. Auf diesem Aggregat lassen sich 13, auf
zwei Reihen montierte Messer einfügen. Diese sind durch Federn gegen
Fremdkörper geschützt, indem ein schnelles Zurückziehen der Messer und
ein sofortiges Zurückkehren in die Arbeitsstellung erlaubt wird.
Das Absetz- und Abladeband, das durch einen Hydraulikmotor angetrieben
wird, erlaubt ein regelmäßiges Abladen des Gutes. Alle hydraulisch angetriebenen Bewegungen werden direkt vom Schlepper aus über flexible
Steuerungen betätigt, die auf den auf der Maschine montierten Hydraulikverteiler einwirken.

Questi specifici modelli di autocaricanti trainati sono provvisti di scala autocaricante munita di rotore a forche (medie e grandi aziende) e di
pick-up anteriore regolabile in altezza che permette una raccolta omogenea
di qualsiasi prodotto su ogni tipo di terreno. Il gruppo di carico foraggio mediante rotore, composto da tre o quattro forche montate su cuscinetti a rulli
conici rendono silenzioso e rapido il carico del prodotto sulla macchina. Su
questo gruppo si possono inserire 13 coltelli montati su due file, protetti da
corpi estranei per mezzo di molle che permettono di ritirarsi rapidamente e
tornare subito in posizione di lavoro.
Il tappeto di assestamento e scarico, azionato da un motore idraulico, consente di ottenere uno scarico regolare del prodotto. Tutti i movimenti oleodinamici vengono comandati direttamente dalla trattrice mediante
comandi flessibili che agiscono sul gruppo distributore idraulico montato
sulla macchina.
