STRUMENTO DI MISURA DIGITALE SERIE TDM3
DESCRIZIONE
Strumento di misura realizzato in contenitore din 96x96 per la visualizzazione delle seguenti misure:
1) Volt AC (V)
2) Amper (A),
3) Frequenza(Hz)
4) Kilovoltamper(kVA),
5) Ore di funzionamento(H)
Le Misure possono essere visualizzate e selezionate in due modi diversi:
1) MANUALMENTE tramite il tasto Select Mis
In questo caso premendo ripetutamente il pulsante si avanza nella selezione.
La misura selezionata oltre a comparire nel display viene evidenziata dalla accensione del rispettivo led.
2) AUTOMATICAMENTE
In questo modo le varie misure scorrono in sequenza automaticamente nel display con una scansione di 3”.
Se si desidera bloccare la scansione sulla misura desiderata è sufficiente premere il pulsante “Select Mis”.
La scelta tra sistema MANUALE AUTOMATICO Si effettua tenendo premuto il pulsante "Select Mis" per 3 secondi per
passare da MANUALE a quello AUTOMATICO è sufficiente premere una sola volta il tasto per tornare da
AUTOMATICO a MANUALE
TEST Display e led
Ad ogni accensione dello strumento viene automaticamente effettuato (in un tempo di 2”il test display e led in modo di
potersi accertare del loro corretto funzionamento:A test terminato lo strumento si posiziona in modalità di funzionamento

Selezione Rapporto TA
L'ingresso di lettura corrente ha la possibilità di essere utilizzato da solo inserito in serie direttamente sul carico con
corrente massima 5A oppure utilizzare lo stesso ingresso abbinato a Trasformatori di corrente con rapporto /5
I rapporti gestiti sono : 5/ 8/ 10/ 12/ 20/ 30/ 50/ 100/ selezionabili.
La selezione avviene tramite la seguente procedura
a) Spegnere lo strumento
b) Tenere premuto il tasto "Select Mis"
c) Dare tensione allo strumento
b) Dopo circa 2 secondi sul display apparirà la scritta 00 rilasciare il tasto
e) Lo strumento è in SET rapporto TA automaticamente sul display appariranno in sequenza i rapporti di TA
Programmabili 05 - 08 - 10 - 12 - 20 - 30 - 50 - 100 la scansione viene ripetuta due volte.
f) Nell' istante in cui viene visualizzato il rapporto di TA desiderato Premere il Tasto "Select Mis" fino che sul display
riapparirà il valore 00 che significa dato memorizzato, rilasciare il tasto.
g) Ora lo strumento effettuerà tutti i calcoli di corrente e KVA con il rapporto TA scelto.
h) Per cambiare rapporto TA ripetere la procedura dal punto a)
Ore di funzionamento e azzeramento
Lo strumento ha inserito un conta ore che permette di avere in memoria per quante ore è stato alimentato
La visualizzazione avviene tramite display con moltiplica del valore tramite punto decimale
La visualizzazione è la seguente:
Da 0 a 999 ore viene visualizzato " 000 / 999" senza punto decimale; la visualizzazione è quindi di tipo x1
( risoluzione = ore).
Da 1000 ore a 9999 ore viene visualizzato " 100. / 999." cioè con il punto sull'ultimo digit di destra ; la visualizzazione è
di tipo x10 ( risoluzione = decine di ore).
Da 10000 ore in su (fino a max 65535 ore) viene visualizzato " 10.0 / 65.5" cioè con il punto sulla cifra delle decine
punto centrale ; la visualizzazione è di tipo x 100 (risoluzione = centinaia di ore).
Se si superano le 65535 ore di lavoro il contatore ricicla da 0; è da considerare che 65535 ore di lavoro corrispondono a
2730 giorni di funzionamento continuativo (circa 7,5 anni).
Vi è la possibilità di resettare queste ore di lavoro con la seguente procedura
a) Spostare la misura visualizzata con il tasto "Selec Mis" su H ore il display visualizzerà le ore
b) Premere nuovamente il tasto Select Mis tenendolo premuto per circa 15 secondi
c) Al rilascio le ore si resetteranno visualizzando 000
Lo strumento ora ripartirà da zero a contare nuovamente le ore.
VISUALIZZAZIONE VALORE MASSIMO MISURATO DELLA TENSIONE E CORRENTE
Lo strumento ha la possibilità di visualizzare per la tensione e la corrente il valore massimo misurato.
E’ sufficiente tramite il tasto Select Mis posizionarsi sulla misura interessata (tra V-A-)e mantenerlo premuto per 8”.
AL rilascio lo strumento visualizzerà la massima punta misurata per rispettive grandezze ,il lampeggio del rispettivo led
a indicherà che si è in visualizzazione valori massimi memorizzati.
Successivamente in automatico dopo circa 10 secondi lo strumento si riporterà in funzionamento normale di misura e
il valore massimo scompare dal display e il rispettivo led rimarrà acceso fisso.
Questi valori memorizzati rimangono in memoria anche se l'apparecchio viene disalimentato, queste informazioni sono
memorizzate in parallelo alle ore di conseguenza all'azzeramento può avvenire solo con l'azzeramento ore.
Attenzione se allo strumento viene variato il settaggio del TA automaticamente viene azzerata la memorizzazione della
corrente la tensione invece no rimane quella memorizzata, poiché i nuovi valori saranno letteralmente diversi.

DIGITAL MEASUREMENT INSTRUMENT SERIES TDM3
DESCRIPTION
Measurement instrument produced in a 96x96 din container to display the following measurements:
6) Volt AC (V)
7) Ampere (A),
8) Frequency (Hz)
9) Kilovoltampere (kVA),
10) Hours of operation (H)
Measurements can be displayed and selected in two different ways:
1) MANUALLY by means of the key ‘‘Select Mis’’
In this case, by pressing the key repeatedly, you go on with the selection.
The selected measurement, besides appearing on the display, is also emphasized by the lighting of the respective Led.
2) AUTOMATICALLY
In this way the various measurements automatically move in sequence on the display with a 3” scanning.
If you want to stop the scanning on the desired measurement, you only have to press the key “Select Mis”.
The choice between MANUAL- AUTOMATIC mode is done by keeping the key "Select Mis" pressed for 3 seconds to go
from MANUAL to AUTOMATIC. You only have to press the key once to change from AUTOMATIC to MANUAL
TEST of display and Led
Whenever the instrument is ignited, the test of display and led is automatically done (in a time of 2”), so as to verify their
correct operation. When the test is concluded, the instrument goes to Manual mode on Volt reading.

Current Transformer Ratio Selection
The current reading input has the possibility to be used alone, connected in series directly on the load with 5A maximum
current or it is possible to use the same input combined with current transformer with ratio /5
Managed ratios: 5/ 8/ 10/ 12/ 20/ 30/ 50/ 100/ can be selected.
The selection is executed by means of the following procedure
a) Switch off the instrument
b) Keep the key "Select Mis" pressed
c) Power up the instrument
d) After about 2 seconds the following writing 00 will appear; release the key
g) The instrument is on TA ratio SET; ratios of programmable TA will automatically appear on the display in sequence 05
- 08 - 10 - 12 - 20 - 30 - 50 – 100. Scanning is repeated twice.
h) As soon as the desired TA ratio is displayed, press the key "Select Mis" until value 00 appears again on the display;
this means that data has been stored; then release the key.
g) Now the instrument will execute all current calculations and KVA, with the chosen TA ratio.
h) To change the TA ratio, repeat the procedure from point a)
Hours of operation and zero setting
The instrument has an hour-counter which enables to store the hours during which it has been fed.
Displaying is executed by means of the display with multiplication of the value through a decimal point
Displaying is as follows:
From 0 to 999 hours " 000 / 999" without decimal point is displayed; type of displaying is therefore x1
(resolution = hours).
From 1000 to 9999 hours " 100. / 999." is displayed, i.e. on the right side last digit; type of displaying is x10
(resolution = tens of hours).
From 10000 hours on (up to 65535 hours maximum) " 10.0 / 65.5" is displayed, i.e. with the point on the digit of tens,
(central point); type of displaying is x 100 (resolution = hundreds of hours).
Over 65535 working hours, the counter restarts from 0. Please consider that 65535 working hours correspond to 2730
continuous working days (about 7,5 years).
There is the possibility to reset these working hours with the following procedure:
d) Shift the displayed measurement by means of the key "Selec Mis" on H (hours). The display will show the hours
e) Press the key ‘’Select Mis’’ again, keeping it pressed for about 15 seconds
f) When released, hours will be reset, displaying 000
Now the instrument will restart from zero to count hours again.
DISPLAYING OF MEASURED VOLTAGE AND CURRENT MAXIMUM VALUE
The instrument has the possibility to display the measured maximum value for voltage and current.
Enter the key ‘’Select Mis’’ to place yourselves on the interested value (between V-A-) and keep it pressed for 8 ".
When released, the instrument will display the maximum measured peak for the respective widths. When the respective
led flashes, this indicates that you are displaying the stored maximum values.
Subsequently, after about 10 seconds the instrument will automatically return to the normal operation of measurement,
the maximum value disappears from the display and the respective led will remain ‘’on’’, fixed.
These values will remain stored even if the apparatus is switched off. This information is stored parallel to the hours
and consequently the zero setting can only be done with the zero setting of the hours.
Attention: if the TA setting is modified on the instrument, the storage of current is automatically set to zero. On the
contrary, the voltage remains the one which has been stored, as the new values will be literally different.
