n. 01 rear vertical hydraulic jack for the adjustment of the blade going up and down,
controlled by an electro-hydraulic gearbox through the laser system.
N. 02 hydraulic jacks in the rear axle for wheels widening and narrowing, allowing the road
circulation.
n. 01 hydraulic jack on the rear axle, situated at the side for blade horizontal
slant.
N. 01 hydraulic jack with 80 cm. stroke, situated vertically on the chassis to can put in the
laser receiver, with a millimetrical bar and a special support in rubber semi-blocks.
N. 02 hydraulic jacks on the blade, allowing the adjusting of the blade width according to a
goal of the work.
N. 02 hydraulic jacks joining the blade and the chassis, allowing to change the blade slant

Structural and technical data :
1. Patented agricultural grader
2. Curved chassis built in sheet steel of certified quality, reinforced inside in way of
making it robust and undeformable. Tank in the central part of the grader, where it’s
less stressed.
3. Blade entirely in sheet steel shaped and folded with a ray of curvature centimetre
by centimetre; in this way the earth rolls perfectly on itself and the
displacement is lighter and faster. This blade with telescopic sliding through stainless
steel guides is perfectly built to avoid entering of the earth between the blade portions
during the slipping to adjust its width.
4. Cutting blade in special steel with fold of 20° to have the maximum incidence and
penetration in any kind of soil.
5. Back trolley built in very thick steel structural tubular (all certified).
6. Rear EQUALIZER AXLE WITH 6 WHEELS TYPE 13.65/18 placed upon
externsible for mm. 800 in both sides, built with steel guides, perfectly milled;
hubs with 6 holes, equalizer wheels.
7. All the articulations of this grader have bronze brasses and grease cups.
8. The hubs of the wheels in 6 little columns don’t allow the dust enter inside, double
protection against the dust, tight-waist cap, grease gun, SKF or FAD bearings
adjustable through the screw nut and the split pin.
9. Identification bars with rigid wires connected to the axle; showing the blade slope on
the right or on the left side of the vehicle (the central ‘0’ means the blade is at perfect
level).
10. Hydraulically adjustable bar; where it’s mounted the laser receiver or the GPS system,
controlled from the tractor by the hydraulic distributor.
N.B.: On all the our graders it’s possible to mount like optional a garbo
connected to a jack on the rear axle to autolevel on the right side and on the
left side of the blade in automatic way like GRADER, with a visualizer inside of
the tractor cabin, allowing to adjust the degrees on the right and on the left.
